Ive never found any business so efficient, accommodating and friendly as Hendricks. Their delivery service is phenomenal (thanks, Michael). The online ordering makes juggling several medications and refills as easy as can be. And every interaction with their exceptional staff is a pleasure. They deserve ten stars!

This place is truly exceptional. We were having a tough time finding a place for my son to receive the vaccine. He has a really hard time with needles. Everybody was so patient and accommodating. I could not be more thankful.

You can get birth control here without a script. Friendly staff, nice clean store. Full of products.

Went here to add to my collection of Pressed (squashed, smashed, souvenir) Pennies. 4 different prints. Did not go in the rest of the store but from the door it looked clean and organized. It is located in a very nice down town area with lots of shops.

Experienced the worst customer service of my life , the guy handling the phone (I believe he said his name was Chris) did not even attempt to resolve my issue and was condescending and rude to say the least.It is not a good reflection on the business when they have employees who conduct themselves without any professionalism , the contrast is especially stark given that many of their fellow healthcare professionals such as nurses , janitors and doctors have shown courage and compassion in such tough times. Extremely disappointed.

Love this place - the pharmacists always have time to help with questions regarding our prescriptions. If they dont have what I need they will do their best to order it for me. The place is clean and organized. Have never had a long wait to get a prescription. Never had an error in filling any prescription in the ten years we have been going here.

Great customer service, Super friendly I had a hard time getting my daughters medications filled through CVS the vendors that they go through couldnt and wouldnt authorize certain medicines but thanks to Hendrix It was a smooth Transaction Id highly recommend this pharmacy !!!

I was having an issue with one of my meds. The pharmacy I was going to couldnt resolve the matter. On the recommendation of a friend, I went here. Staff was excellent and resolved the issue. I was so happy I transferred all my meds to this pharmacy. They took care of that also.

Terrible customer service. I spoke to pharmacist over phone and she was super rude. I thought it is just one time incident but other day i had a bad experience with other technician too. This place will loose your prescription so be care full . I like CVS than this place. I dont like to give people bad review but this place truly deserves one!!!
