As a working mom, its extremely hard to get into the office a morning time or after work. Its literally impossible. Pediatricans are good, but I just wouldnt recommend if youre a working mom and trying to get them in a early time. Its extremely frustrating. Good luck!

Very disappointed in the nursing staff, they have zero hospitality. They had the audacity to tell me that technically they can keep me as a patient until Im 21 but, I was due for my physical in April 2020 and in order to be kept as a patient, I need to schedule it since it wasnt completed in April.... I felt beyond heartbroken considering the fact I have been a patient for 18 years and their lack of empathy towards the fact that COVID-19 turned everyones world upside down between the months of March and April of 2020. It was the VERY least of my worries to make sure I had scheduled a physical. The Dr.s are very nice, but the nurses seem like they want to make sure you are no longer a patient as soon as you turn 18, even though the office policy is you may been seen until you turn 21. As a college student, who is only 19, in a time where the world is a whole new normal, I really didnt need the stress of having to find a new dr.s office when the policy is until youre 21. I have been going here for all of my 18+ years but ever since I turned about 16 they seem to try to get me out every opportunity possible. I am BEYOND frustrated and disappointed, and recommend not bringing your child here if you want to feel like you are valued as a patient or a patients parent.

We love Dr. Golden! She listens and cares about what Im saying as well as what our son is saying. Shes funny too! The office staff is always friendly and helpful and they always run on time! We are very happy!

We have been incredibly happy with the care that we have gotten from Springdale-Mason Pediatrics. Dr. Bunch is our go to and has been wonderful in the 2.5 years we have been seeing him since our son has been born but the others doctors we have seen in the practice are been great as well. My son has required several hospital stays and the communication and care they have provided during those times has been top notch and so appreciated. We couldnt recommend them more.

Excellent pediatric practice! Have been taking our kids here for 6+ years. Our youngest child has some major medical diagnosis, and the practice has been more than willing to coordinate and clearly communicate with Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. We were very sad to see Dr. Goodlander retire, but we have not had issue with any other doctor weve seen at either office! Dee at the front desk and answering phones at Springdale is wonderful!

I have no complaints about the pediatrician, however we have switched due to office staff service. We were charged extra for an off hours visit (this was her first visit, how was I to know it was not during normal hours). They scheduled her for the wrong office the second visit. When I asked to have her records send to another office it was quite a task and finally I had to go pick them up. (Apparently they don’t have a fax machine) and now we were just sent a bill for a no show appointment that I did not schedule and did not receive a call to inform me about. ???? What is going on there.

Caring, knowledgeable and well-run practice all around. Always take time to listen to and get to know patients. Never felt rushed. Dr. Leanza has a wonderful way with children

Love, love, Dr. Bawa. My son has seen Dr. Bawa since he was a few weeks old, he is now 16. She is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She always takes my questions and concerns seriously and I appreciate her.

This used to be a great pediatric practice. Now, every wellness visit gets rescheduled... I have had FIVE in a row get rescheduled. Then they get upset when you dont schedule the next wellness visit months in advance. What is the point?! The topper though was at my daughters 2 year apt. She had an ongoing ear infection, so they decided not to give her her immunization. They would give it to her at the recheck. So along comes her recheck, and they inform my husband that she already had her shot. He wasnt at her 2 year check-up, so he believes them and brings her home. He had to go back up there the next day, wait an additional 30 minutes for the shot. Which, the nurses STILL tried to argue that they already had given it to her. I left a message, and have never received a call back. Poor office management has me concerned about their ability to accurately treat my daughter.

If your not white those ladies will be very rude towards you.Only in the Midwest are people still this simple minded.For lack of a better word. I will not be bringing my child to these racist rude ignorant people

Nasty doctors would not recommend.

The staff is extremely welcoming and even when you visit occasionally they always seem to remember your face. The nurses as well as the doctors take the time to listen to your needs as well as what is going in your life as well as you little ones.

Pretty frustrating that youre supposed to open at 8 am on weekdays, yet at 8:20 I still cant get thru on the phone, automatic message says office is closed!! I dont have an emergency but would definitely like to get through to someone!!

We moved here from Colorado and love This practice! We usually see Goodlander, Hollubeck or Sakar but have been very happy with all the drs. We always feel like they know who we are and genuinely care about the kids.

Wait time is ridiculous. Nurses werent friendly. Do not reccomend!
