Had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had and I had hundreds. My therapist was outstanding in technique, professionalism and concern and caring. She explained everything in her plan and warned me ahead of things like hot towels etc. She did an exceptional job and just the right pressure. I could not b more pleased and plan to go back for additional massages.

Absolutely terrible experience. We spent a long time on the phone making sure we booked exactly what we wanted for our spa day. It should have been 3 1 hour massages, plus hand and foot treatments, so a total of 3 90 minute sessions, 2 of which were supposed to be hot stone. My wife also booked an eyebrow wax. When we showed up, we were told we had only been booked for 50 minute massages, with no time left for the extra treatments we had requested. They had also not booked my wifes eyebrow wax. One of the hot stone massages wasnt able to be done because the therapist had overheated the stones, but they did upgrade to a Himalayan salt massage at no extra cost. They did manage to squeeze my wife in with someone for the wax but that person messed up her eyebrows so bad my wife was in tears when we left. Absolutely not worth the time or money, and they ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon out, not to mention her eyebrows for our yearly family pictures.

Terrible experience. They call me last minute to tell me that my masseur cannot do the pressure that I always got. Trying to blame on me like I was asking them to do more than what they can. When I asked them if they can get me in with a different person, they said they’re book over a week ahead. I can understand if they’re busy and don’t have any opening, but they should have call me earlier than this not call me when I’m driving to my appointment time. They’re busy, but I’m also busy. I made this appointment over a week already and just received a call right before my appointment is not acceptable. They fail being professional, so I asked them to return my money back but they wouldn’t do it for me either. I still have 3 packages left that will be wasted. Hand and Stone will never get my business again.

Amy was simply amazing! She eased so much stress after what has been a crazy school semester and I couldn’t be more thankful! Not to mention the fact that she is super friendly, engaging, and wonderful! Everyone here is so nice as well and they make you feel welcome! 😊 HIGHLY recommend!

Dave was my therapist. I was a few minutes late, but they took me back right away. Dave was fantastic at getting the Knott out of my shoulder and was very helpful as to what to do if it gets knotted like that again.

Won’t be going back. I had a facial here with their introductory rate. Unfortunately it became salesy from the beginning being pitched the membership and upgrades once I laid down. I ended up getting an additional peel + mask for $60, but didnt realize that would be the only treatment I received- not in addition to the traditional facial. I wish I didn’t upgrade and could experience what I initially paid for.The esthetician was nice, but each time I asked a question it became an opportunity to sell a product or upcharge my service instead of just answering in a trustworthy way. I would have loved to build that trust and learn from her, but feel they just wanted my money.It sucks she works for a business with so much pressure to sell because I’m sure she is very knowledgable and good at what she does, but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Worst massage Ive had. Pretty sure she has not been trained to give a massage.Felt like Phoebe from friends was giving the massage.

I’ve been going to hand and stone for 11 months for both massages and facials! The ladies at front have always been nice and respectful. I have only scheduled my facials with Sheila due to the fact that my first and every experience has been wonderful and she’s very attentive and friendly. I’ve had a few massages there but I didn’t care for the fact that I seemed more like a hurry up and get done and move on to the next client experience. I would definitely recommend going for a facial with Sheila though.

I would give it more stars, if I could. Try the Himalayan hot stones. The salt rocks stay hotter longer than the normal stones and can be shaped to hit those hard spots. I do have to give a special shout out to Darla as one of the greatest massage therapist.

Had the 50 minute Swedish massage today and am very unhappy with my service. I filled out on the form before my appointment and told my masseuse before we started that I really wanted to focus on my upper back and shoulders. I’m very tight and haven’t been sleeping well because of it. She didn’t spend all but 10 minutes on my upper back and then spent more time on my legs than anything. She also only massaged me for 40 minutes- not 50. I completely understand needing 10 minutes to get undressed and then dressed again, but I’m paying for 50 minutes, not only 40! She started massaging me at 2:40 and then stopped at 3:20. Lastly, the work she did on my shoulders didn’t do anything. I left feeling the same amount of tenseness that I came with. As a college student who has to save up for massages because they are a luxury for me to afford, I want my money to be worth it. This time it wasn’t.

We made appointments a month ago for Valentines weekend for two massages. We got a call one week prior to the appointment asking for one of us to switch to a facial instead and when that did not work, got another call saying they could make it work for two massages (that had already been booked for weeks already) Less than 24 hours before our appointments, they cancel one of the massages due to therapist being sick. I understand fully that sickness happens and people need to be extra cautious but seems pretty fishy that they already tried canceling the same appointment a week prior already. I asked if they had other staff members that come in to cover shifts, being that they are a larger company and Valentines day and the girl told me it was too last minute for any one else to come in. Unfortunately, we were only offered by the manager to rebook at another time in the future for the inconvenience however the next time I go to set up babysitting and a night out, I will do so with a company that is not trying to cancel appointments multiple times last minute.

Wouldnt recommend that place. I bought a gift card for my wife. They charged me $116.95 and that included 90 minutes hot stone massage + taxes + $10 tips. Guess what happened? When my wife came there they told her that the gift card was empty $0 on it :) They told her that the money was in the account. I have no idea what it is if I bought a gift card. They gave her 80 minutes of regular massage and charged her $19 extra + tips. Thats a scam.

Sommer was my massage therapist and she did a great job. This was my first massage in quite a few years and the staff were all very friendly and didn’t make me feel out of place. Sommer really caters to your needs and will work in places you request. Very relaxing and a little treat your self! Hopefully will be returning again soon.

I had my first hot stone massage and it was fantastic! Darla was my massage therapist at the Mason location and she listened to my concerns and adjusted pressure when I asked. Everything was clean and it was a very calming atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs some time to relax!

I had a wonderful experience at their Mason location. Kate was AMAZING! I definitely recommend her for facials. She was very kind and detailed with her work. I also liked how she explained what exactly she was doing and what products she recommended for me as this was my first facial and I was a little nervous. The facility overall was very neat and all the staff that I ran into was very attentive and nice. I was greeted with a smile the second I walked in and was offered a water, which is such a nice touch. I did not feel pressured to upgrade my facial or buy their products but she did go over everything and told me the price so I wasnt shocked when I went to check out. I was so impressed with the experience I had, and I will definitely be returning here for my next massage or facial.

I had a hot stone massage for the first time. It was heavenly! Amy at the Mason location listened to my stress points and focused on those areas. The heat from the hot towels and pressure from the hot stones really helped to open up my tight muscles and relieve the tension I had been feeling. I will definitely be back.

Had a one hr massage with Summer and a one hr facial with Kate yesterday. They both were fantastic! Great professionalism the entire time. Amazing communications with both on what they were doing, especially for Summer as it was my first ever massage. Great quality servicing as Kate recommended what was needed for my own skin type and not products for general facials or for hard-core cleanings, etc. They were both great and I will definitely be coming back soon!!!

I had a one hour massage with Summer yesterday and she was amazing. She took the time to really understand what I was wanting to benefit from the massage. She was very knowledgeable about the physiology of trigger points and was awesome at getting them to relax. She also combined head, face, and cervical techniques to help with my tension headaches. Today is the first day in weeks I havent had a headache. Will definitely return and ask for Summer. The staff was pleasant too and everything ran on time. The facility is also clean and relaxing.

David is perfect. I have chronic pain and sciatica and he has been able to relieve muscles that were too sensitive to touch in previous massages. Best massage I’ve ever had. Got the 90 minute CBD massage today and I’m floating. I’m going to him weekly now! The staff is also amazing. Super nice, compassionate, and helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I felt comfortable with the cleaning and precautions that this establishment had to protect me. My masseuse kept checking with me during the service to make sure the level of pressure was right for me. (Side note, although I am very used to wearing a mask, including during exercise, it is really hard to wear a fabric mask face-down on a massage table with your face in the headrest. This is not required but it was my choice.)

The Ladies at the Mason Area Location were so fun and friendly! Thanks to Tammie the Manager!! And the district Manager!! They honored a gift card we had from four years ago! Some places wont do that even if the amount never expires, If it has an issue date from years prior. I am so Thankful. My Mom needed this and she loved it!

What a warm and inviting space. Truly felt like a queen walking in until the moment I left. My massage therapist Jenny is the best. She listens to your concerns, addresses them and I walk out feeling like a million bucks. This is my GO-TO place for massage!!

It was my first massage so I can’t compare but I loved the experience. Destiny was very professional and listened to what I wanted. I carry my tension in my neck and shoulders so she worked on that area until the tension released. That area is a bit sore today but the knots and tension are gone. Will be back sooner. I would have given this a 5 star rating but the towels hadn’t heated up enough to use. She did put the stones on my back to substitute.

They truly care about you and make sure to meet your needs always. The membership is truly worth it, you save a lot of money with it and then your loved ones can use it as well ?! Who can beat that! WOW! What can I say, it is clean, professional and accommodating. Diamond was fabulous. I have had a knot on my back for years and she made it go away in 1 session. It is an experience worth every penny.

The environment is just so tranquil! The staff is great! I loved my esthetician! My first facial was a success. I was a little dissatisfied with how expensive the products are but I guess thats to be expected. I wish when I scheduled my appt I would have been offered to become a member, I paid almost $100 for a facial when if i had become a member I could have only been charged about $60.

I’ve visited three times and have been unimpressed.The cost of the services did not meet my expectations. The $200 massage and facial package was more for what I received! The 50 minute hour massage was pretty good, the therapist did not talk much and used the pressure I asked for.The 50 minute hour facial by Ebony was good however she took me back 20 minutes late and didn’t start the service until 5 minutes later. A 35 minute facial for a$100 is unsatisfactory.I’m disappointed with the prices they charge for the shorten services and unprofessional front desk when I checked out.The online $200 gift card with $50 free was misleading. I had to call and have it verified to get my gift card after buying it online.The op manager was receptive and gave me the gift card after calling .

It is a pretty strange experience. To begin with nobody smiles. I filled the form which asked for too many details. I have booked a massage and facial. I had requested female masseuse but got a male. No issues. The massage was good but ended before time. The woman who did the facial did a quick and shallow job.It was a unimpressive service for the money paid.

Diamond gave me the best massage I think I’ve ever had. She did a few stretches with me also to work out knots and I’ve never been so relaxed! 10/10 would recommend

Very relaxing time at the spa! Enjoyed nice massage and facial compliments of my son! The eucalyptus aromatherapy was a nice addition to the massage. I was also treated to relaxing foot scrub too! Left feeling very refreshed!Visit number two was for hot stone massage with Davi, highly recommend seeing him for your massage. Nice amount of pressure in the right spots. The only thing I was disappointed about was that my appointment time was 7:00, I was ten minutes late, massage started after 7:20, lost 20 minutes of massage, appointment ended at 8:00. Would have been nice if receptionist had said to come early.

I am very disappointed in this company. My friends & I made an appointment, 1 mo in advance, to get massages for our whole group to celebrate a friends birthday. Upon arrival we were told that they had to cancel two of the six massages. The receptionist was very rude and no help. She stated they left two voice mails on the phone number listed. NO voice mails were left. Besides they confirmed the appointment by email why did they not email the information regarding the cancellation if they could not reach her. No one did anything to help..no reschedule of the appointment, unable to speak to a supervisor, and no phone calls after the fact to make it right. I would will tell everyone I know not to use this business. I suggest you go to Mitchells Salon, always had a pleasant experience. Dawn

I live my membership at Hand and Stone! I get a massage every 4 weeks with Jenny. She is amazing and I look forward to the relief. I like the Himalayan Salt Stones. I get my eyebrows waxed every 8 weeks and it’s always great, too!

Prompt service. Good masseuse. Would recommend. I knocked off a star because I believe the sip of water at the end should be either a bigger cup or a bottle.of water. Overall a great experience!

Best massage Ive had including a high end spa in Vegas that can not come close to Mandys massage. A warm soft massage table with candlelight and relaxing music provides a peaceful atmosphere. Mandy worked on trouble areas where I had stiffness and pain until there was relief and I feel so much better days later.Tammy, the receptionist answered all questions graciously and was a tremendous help before I arrived and after.Will be visiting again soon and highly recommend.

Tera is amazing! She’s the absolute best therapist, ever! She is very accommodating and listens to Your body issues before she starts her session. She really cares about Her clients! I would suggest her for deep tissue, although she’s a small woman, she has amazing strength!!!

Its a typical chain massage place. Nothing wrong with that. However its best if you know the massage therapist that works best for you. Some have a very light touch and others a much better deep tissue approach. Ask the manager for a recommendation.

My first experience with a hot stone massage was amazing ..But tonight was not the masseuse was not prepared so I had to wait . she was also very timid and I dont think she could handle more heat with the stones. She also stumbled around the room. So today actually stressed me more the relaxed me but I would still refer people perhaps the young lady was new. I was underwhelmed and disappointed but my husband had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE and his masseuse was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very disappointed .

I had an appointment for a massage and facial. The massage was without a doubt the WORST I have ever had. The therapist did not appear to have any training or experience whatsoever. She had no technique at all. Just awful. The facial person seemed more experienced but had an awful bedside manner. She made me feel like my skin looked old and terrible. It does not. I am still bothered by the way she treated me. All and all, a terrible experience.

The very best of their masseuses left after my one visit with her. Of course, they couldnt tell me where she went (just like my last hairdresser). The others have been pretty good. Amy is excellent. My problem is with the front office staff. There seems to be a LOT of turnover and too many of the reception girls come across as sickly sweet in tone and demeanor. I come away with the impression they dont pay enough to hire and retain professional staff.

We signed up for the membership. An hour or so to relax and help heal is priceless, especially with todays stresses.

Try via on line and there is always an issue.Today I had an appointment for two massages (wanted a facial but apparently they do not offer this service in the evenings). Arrived on time only to learn there was only one scheduled. Offered a free service if we would come another day. Really upset me. We were already there.Sent an email for the manager to call me for a refund but I’m sure I will not even hear from them.There are many other salons in the Mason area with much better service and therapists. Stay far away from this location!

Great facial and massage. There are a lot of possible up charges easy enough to turn them down.
