I went to the office for my first visit and got a bad experience. I have 2 insurances one Is with Med Mutual and the other with Cigna. When I presented my Med Mutual card, I was told they don’t accept Medicare!? I told them this is my insurance. I called my insurance company to get information for the office. Med Mutual had another number to call for Chiropractic services and the administrative person said”for heaven’s sake” and told me she didn’t see specialty on my card! I said forget it and will go elsewhere. I called the next day to the owner to tell him about my experience. He was to speak with the office about my experience and Get back with me but never did. I have found a Chiropractor on Compton rd. Who is familiar with my insurance, called to verify coverage and confirmed I have 20 visit, a $10 copay and the claim pays 100% . I suggest anyone that is thinking about going to NCH Chiropractic and have Med Mutual insurance, don’t go. There are over a dozen or so Chiropractic services in the North College Hill and Finneytown area that would be happy to assist you! This customer deserves no stars at all!

I have gone to North College Hill chiropractor for years. He takes the time to get to know you and what pains youre dealing with and comes up with a plan on how to relieve that pain.

Great chiropractor and has a light, but amazing touch that is sure to get you back feeling great again!
