I scheduled a new patient appointment, I filled most of my paperwork out online, but know there is always more. I arrived five or so minutes before my appointment and after waiting over 30 minutes I asked the girl at the desk how long my appointment would take, she said an hour. At this point I was told they had me down for a different time, I showed her where the email I was sent from the office manager and that it was incorrect. I couldn’t wait for an appointment time 45 minutes after the time I was scheduled for because I had other appointments after, as I took the day off work to run errands and go to appointments. There is clearly an issue if the office manager is scheduling appointments wrong. The girl at the desk didn’t seem to care that they made a mistake, she acted like it wasn’t a big deal, when you are in pain it is a big deal. She just said she could get me rescheduled but I have no interest in wasting more of my time for scheduling issues on their side.

My story is that I came in crying I was in so much pain. Every time I would lay down my ribs would hurt. I had been to the orthopedic doctor, got MRIs and a CT scan and told I wasn’t bad enough for surgery and given no other options to feel better.Dr. Brock at Baker Chiro listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that by giving attention to my spine through adjustments and massage, it would definitely help get my spine healthy again, and that would help me get on the road to feeling better.When I came home after the first visit, I just remember telling my husband somebody actually cared about the pain that I’ve been experiencing and they wanted to help.I’ve been 9 times now and even though I still have some back issues - my ribs aren’t in excruciating pain every time I lay down.Their massage therapists are phenomenal. I have been dealing with TMJ for about 8 months after having my son. The TMJ was caused by stress and anxiety (grinding my teeth). 4 weeks postpartum I went to ER because I thought something was wrong but it was TMJ symptoms. I began to seek things I could do online for relief but nothing really helped it only got worse. I went to Orthodontist and they recommended a bite splint but it was not covered by insurance. My therapist recommended this office and my first visit I had instant relief with my TMJ, I could actually feel my back teeth when biting down, before it was a big gap and they weren’t touching. My body had just become to feel much older than I am. I had tweaks in my back that sometimes were so bad I ended up in the hospital because I couldn’t move, just paralyzed by pain. I’d receive muscle relaxers but the underlying problems were still there. At Baker I discovered I have a spinal curve, my hips were about 1cm out of alignment with each other, and my neck had about 30deg less curve than it should. After a few months of adjustments and following Dr. Paul’s home care instructions I have my mobility back. My hips and back have corrected their curve and my neck has made about 10deg improvement and continues. I don’t think about back tweaks. Can’t recommend this place enough. Not just for the excellent care but the staff is just as good. From doctors, to nurses, to reception and administration. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Recently it got so uncomfortable I went to the doctor for x-rays and MRI and they could not figure out my issue and even setup a second MRI this time to scan my lower back to hopefully determine the issue. I came to Cincinnati in mid-April for an extended project for work that involves me being on my feet a good portion of the day in steel toes work boots on a warehouse concrete floor. Im a big boy unfortunately, so between being overweight and the combo of work environment and attire, my neck, shoulders, full back, and hipa are always hurting to some varying degree. Unfortunately the pain in my low and mid back got really bad the beginning of May to the point it was running from mid back down through my hips and legs. I looked up local chiropractors and found Dr. Bakers office was right down the road from where I was working at. I even found a demonstration video of one of their doctors giving a Y-Strap adjustment for decompressing the spine. Id seen videos on YouTube of that tool being used on patients and providing great spinal decompression results and I wanted to try it So I reached out to Dr. Bakers office by Facebook Messenger on their Facebook business page and explained my situation and they made me feel welcomed immediately just from the online experience of chatting with them. For over 5 years I have seen various back specialists for lower back pain (herniated disc at L5/S1, with disc degeneration) and they all never seemed to hear me. All they offered was surgery (50% chance of it working) and/or a mix of pain meds and implied that it was “just a part of getting older.” So it has been something I have dealt with, managing on my own for a while. A separate injury (pinched nerves in my upper back) brought me to see Dr. Paul Baker, and WOW! From the beginning he was always open and honest with the strategy on my recovery, not only for the upper back pain, but that the lower back issues could be resolved. Finally, I have found someone who sees the person and not just the problem. It has (and will continue) to be a joint effort over the past 2 months, effort on both our parts, that has led me to see improvement with my myriad of issues. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Dr. Baker is an amazing chiropractor and always takes the time to listen to any concerns and addressing them immediately. His adjustment are easy and fluid, and often I am not even sore afterwards. Recently I injured my ankle and without missing a beat he began treating my ankle and in just 2 weeks I’ve made a lot of progress in my recovery.

I came to Dr. Paul Baker initially about 14 years ago, the back specialist that I was going to at the time had tried everything and had told me that I needed surgery to fix my L3, L4, and L5. I really didn’t want to have surgery unless it was the only option. I hadn’t been able to walk without being in pain for about 2 years at that point.I was nervous, but I went and the nurses and Dr. Paul were extremely kind, I have never in my life met a nicer group of people. Dr. Paul Baker literally had me feeling so good, that I was able to stop taking my pain medication in less than a week! Pain medicine that I had been on for 2 years!I am still seen by Dr. Paul Baker, every one is still as friendly and helpful as the first time I went, and he still has my back pain free. This was my first Chiropractor experience and everyone at Baker Chiropractor far exceeded my expectations for how it would go. I did have to bring my daughter with me. I have had 2 major incidents involving my health during the current pandemic. The first major incident involved my inability to get out of bed and walk without major help. I knew to get to Dr. Paul Bakers office and he would fix it and with he/his staffs help, I returned to slowly being able to walk on my own out of the office that same day. Unassisted. The second incident involved my first ever experience with Vertigo. It was a very bad case of it and when I arrived to the office, I had felt like I had a budding sinus infection, had a fever of 99.5, a major headache and blurry head feeling & nausea. With Dr. Baker doing an adjustment specifically for Vertigo and some treatment, I walked out of his office 💯 symptom free! The nausea & sinus issues were gone! My head was back to normal. For years I have been told to run to traditional primary care doctors to cure what ails me. The issue with this, is that I have never had such transformational healing from any PCP I have ever seen. Paul Baker is a miracle worker and literally took me from a pain level that was easily 10/10 (I’d rate my pain as being worse than that if i could) to almost being pain free in less than 3 weeks!!! Today it was more dull pain, barely noticeable and I’m taking NO medication at this point for 2 slipped disc and 2 pinched nerves (diagnosed less than 3 weeks ago). This almost kept me from going on a girls trip next week ... a trip i planned months ago. I went from sleepless nights due to pain and so many days/nights full of tears to being able to walk pain free and I’m able to sit most of the day (for work). Between his adjustments, and dry needling, it has been the perfect combination for me and I’m almost healed!!! Dry needling is seriously the best thing (it takes more than 1 session so don’t give up!!!) but the combination was key for me!!!! I literally cannot say enough good things about the staff, the treatment, the facility... it’s a no brainer. I had been telling doctors for years about specific local pain in my ribs (as the result of an accident). I started bringing my twin daughters when they were under 18 months old. Now they are seven. They love their nearly weekly adjustments. It has kept them free of major viruses and ear infections and has reversed sensory issues for them. Within 6 weeks, their hand-flapping overstimulated sensory issues disappeared. If they fall, or get sick- our first instinct is to go visit Dr. Paul and no body else. I couldnt walk after I miscarried and had a D&C, Dr. Paul fixed me. I truly wouldnt trust anyone else with the care for my children or myself. His entire staff are amazing and supportive, they lead by example of living a healthy life through all aspects- food, exercise and spiritual well being.

I first came to baker chiropractic several years ago for migraines when nothing else helped. The chiropractic treatments helped tremendously, not only to reduce frequency and severity of the migraines but also with back pain and tension and many other issues. I was attending a different chiropractic in Lawrenceburg Indiana called principle chiropractic for a month straight and still couldn’t stand up straight . Everyone kept saying go to baker chiropractic so I finally did and after one visit I felt better than ever ! As I continued to go I now am back golfing again and enjoying life ! This place is the best in tri state if u ask me ! The massages are also great to ! Their entire staff knows what they are doing ! So if u need help with ur back or neck go to baker chiropractic!!!

When I experience pain, I do not want painkillers, narcotics or surgery. I also do not want to wait to get in to see a doctor, only to get a referral to a specialist. I can call Baker Chiropractic and Wellness and get in immediately at any one of several locations. I get evaluated and treated that day and receive relief through an adjustment and/or therapy. I have learned so much about my body and health from Dr. Paul Baker and his efficient and caring staff. Regular adjustments boost my immune system. I have not had a bad cold or flu in nearly six years since going to Dr. Paul Baker. I also have not had a flu vaccine. In terms of managing my overall health, I choose to go to Baker Chiropractic and Wellness.

I will whole- heatedly and honestly say that Dr. Paul Baker is the best chiropractor, maybe even best health provider, Ive known. He and his staff are so caring, helpful, and skilled! He believes in helping the whole person. Almost everyone in my family has been to Dr.  Paul. We are amazed at his expertise in chiropractic skills and the health benefits that have come from regular adjustments. He has helped us by correcting spinal subluxations ( vertebrate that are out of alignment) that were causing such health issues as severe stomach problems, sciatica, headaches, painful stiff necks, and more. Recently, I have been dealing with serious health problems stemming from exposure to heavy metal toxins. By regular spinal adjustments, proper nutrition, and supplementation my body is better able to detox and unload the toxic burden. Gradually Im seeing improvements in my health.  Dr Paul and his staff have come along- side me to help in more ways than they will ever know. Dr Paul Baker truly is a blessing from God!

I was in an auto accident on February 28 and I went to Baker to see what they could do and they took x-rays and they were horrible I have Grade 2 cervical sprain strain and Grade 2 whiplash since Ive been seeing him Im at 60% of 100% of almost being well and improving each time I go. Dr. Paul runs a chiropractic clinic that is very open and friendly. The twin Baker Brothers hustle at everything they and that is part of what makes them so great. Lots of docs have skills, but these guys really care about what you want.

My dad recommended that I go to Baker Chiropractic because I had a really bad shoulder ( I broke it and had to have a 4 hour surgery and pins put in it) and my neck was always seeming like something was wrong. Both injuries were from sports injuries. I am honestly speechless as to how amazing I felt after just one visit! Where to begin. I started visiting Baker chiropractics about six years ago. My job is very demanding and have seeked chiropractor care for almost fifteen years now. After meeting the Baker team I knew no other chiropractic team would ever help me the way there team has. From the minute you walk through the door your day is uplifted from there attention do detail to there all around positive atmosphere. I started attending Baker chiropractics for lower back pain six years ago. Im a subcontractor for a moving company so as you can imagine my job has put a toll on my body. With Dr Paul bakers help we have put together a plan that has kept me not only still moving but doing so pain free. I thought my biggest struggle in life would have been this year when I found out I had stage four neck cancer. Most people would be very concerned with this. Myself on other hands new I had been taught for years on how to deal with this situation. And, never once worried that with constant support from Dr Paul and is staff that I was in the best hands that I could be in. Most would argue that a chiropractor can not cure cancer. But, I am living prof that with the complete life style changes, support, and treatment that they offer they are truly saving and changing my life and the lives of others. They got rid of my migraines and helped me prolong knee surgery,eventually had to have knee replacement because it was bone on bone and nothing else could be done except for surgery was laid up for months and I stopped going but then went back to now help out with back issues that I have and each and every day Im starting to feel much better,I would recommend baker chiropractic they help heal and give you a healthier life!!! ♡♡♡
