All the ladies that work here are so sweet & welcoming, they remember your name & make it a point to connect with you. All the chiropractors here are just as amazing, they always pick up our conversation from last time & remember whatever it is we’ve talked about, not to mention the work they do is magic. I’ve always had back & neck problems as I’m a hair stylist so I’m always on my feet & I recently got into an accident. They’ve done wonders on how my back and shoulders feel now. 110% the best chiropractic in the area. I love it here!!

The staff is great here and take the time to make your experiences there uniquely fit to you. They have been great about working with my schedule and always are able to adjust as I need. Excellent Service and Treatment, I had a pinched nerve and it was causing me a lot of pain in my lower back. Instead of looking for short term relief via medication I decide to consult a chiropractor. Needless to say it was a great option, with very positive results. With only a short amount of therapy sessions I can walk upright without much pain and I continue to get better each day without medication. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and makes you very comfortable during your visits from the start. I came in 5 months pregnant with a pinched nerve in my back. I was in so much pain before I found this place, I couldn’t do basic things without crying out in agony. I thought for sure I was goin to be miserable for the rest of my life! Not only was Dr. Heckler able to tell me exactly what was wrong me he told me he promised to get me better (which by the way I didn’t believe him at first lol) They set me up with a wellness plan and I got to meet a bunch of amazing people. The staff treats you like family and work with you if you have a pretty demanding schedule and I absolutely looove Dr Naples! He does such an amazing job on my back! He really knows his job and you can tell his passion through his practice! He is a such a nice person! If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

I’ve been having pretty serious back pain since I hit puberty, and in only a few months Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic has alleviated a significant portion of it. I had never before seen a chiropractor because my dad doesn’t believe in them, and I am so glad I didn’t listen to him. Not only are they fixing my back pain, they are also fixing headaches, nerve pinching, sinus pressure, and neck pain as well. I’ve been in a better mood, sleeping better, eating better, and overall feeling better. I can genuinely say that they have changed my life.

After having suffered with sciatica pain for a long period of time I decided to go to Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic hoping to find some relief. I have tried physical therapy and pain management, none of which helped. The doctors at GCC know what they’re doing and have given me so much relief that I’m sorry I did not go sooner! I sought out a chiropractor to help work out my joint pain, and I am ecstatic to say I found the best chiropractor in the city! From walking in to leaving, I never felt unwelcome. Every member of the staff have a pleasant greeting to me, and I know they were giving me a big smile (underneath the masks). During this crisis it was amazing to not have to worry about sanitation in this business. Their attention to detail and customer service is top notch. The doctors who worked with me always made sure I was comfortable, and reassured me that they’d do everything in their power to help me. 10/10 best service I’ve seen. I have had chronic migraines for over 10 years. I found GCC and they got me in for a consultation so fast! Everyone is very welcoming. After much discussion, X-rays, and more discussion, we determined I would benefit from chiropractic care. Dr. H explains your X-rays so well and you know what you’re looking at and what you’re trying to fix. I’m halfway through my set treatment plan and I have noticed a major difference in my body! I was having such an increase in my migraines before I met with them. Now, I haven’t had but maybe 1 so far! My body feels great. I also notice myself sitting straighter and being more conscious of my posture. I highly recommend the team at GCC!!

I came to Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic with an excruciating nerve pain on the left side of my L4 / L5. I saw specialists in Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, and Dietetics (I wanted to turn vegan since plant-based eating reduces body inflammation) to try to come up with solutions as to how I could recover from this disc bulge causing a buckling shock to my system. I went through hoops to get referred to chiropractic care, even though I explained to every doctor that it had helped me historically.To set the stage a bit - I went through the pain for 1-2 months and my quality of life drastically diminished during that time. The pain caused depression, lack of focus, anxiety, and hopelessness - nothing a 31-year-old should be going through! I couldn’t sit, stand, lay down, twist...do anything without having to brace for the big shock to come. Keep in mind that I am fit and an amateur climber - and I was still going through this.From the FIRST PHONE CALL, GCC was the best. They got me in immediately and listened intently to all my concerns, even taking X-rays in my initial meeting and doing an initial assessment. They invited me back the next day for an in-depth look at my X-rays, what my prognosis was, what their recommended recovery plan was, and how much it would cost (even offering a discount if I could pay upfront - I was impressed by the doable amount). I got my first adjustment then, too.I’ve been there 3x a week for 4 weeks, with 8 more weeks to go in my initial recovery plan. Every second I come in I’m treated with dignity by the kind staff. They answer all my questions and always have a smile for me. I was so moved by the relief this place gave me - and just genuine courtesy as a human being - that I decided to bake something for them every week. I also went to Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care to inquire about foot inserts, and am getting a custom one soon - I heard that can help. I ALSO ordered a new mattress. I was taken to a room, and one of the workers came in with a pillow. She explained how to use the pillow correctly, and was able to answer my questions. Love the pillow, and I am using it right now on the chair to help my lower back. Thank you for the opportunity!

I tried the neck pillow. It is soft and supportive. Jade was very helpful and friendly. She showed me how to use the pillow correctly with different sleeping positions. Dr Estep was was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions! I’ve used the pillow every night for a week as my regular pillow and now use my other pillows for leg support!

I have been thankful for this pillow. It is amazing when you are laying on your back especially if you have a tension headache. I haven’t been snoring either which is awesome. I haven’t found a comfortable way to sleep with this pillow on my stomach but I have been comfortable on my back and side.

My wife and I started coming here about a month ago. We have a two and a half year old who has to come with us. As you can imagine, she wants to talk to everyone, help clean, and see everything. They are always so accommodating and understanding. Not too mention both of our backs have been night and day different since seeing them. They staff and Chiropractors are great! Not sure why this is coming up as my husband giving review...I’m the one that used the little blue pillow and I will say I’ve used it for 4 nights now and I don’t recall tossing and turning near as much as I used to. I still have neck issues but I’m also in the process of getting that worked on. The only downside to pillow is you can’t wash it. Other than that I really like it!

The Staff is very friendly and supportive. You barely take a step into the building without at least 3 people greeting you, whether it being your doctor or just any of the staff. It’s nice to have a conversation with any of them while getting treated showing you that they honestly care and strive to put their patients first. I also love the way that they can help give you any advice needed for stretches and exercises at home!

All I can say is that Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic has positively changed my life. I suffered from migraines, neck pains and jaw tension. I assumed this was my life now and it was part of being an adult (I’m 28 so not even that old).After my initial evaluation and X-Ray I learned that there was hope for me. I receive treatment 3 times a week and I look forward every time. All of the staff is extremely friendly and take pride in their work. Also a simple adjustment is like a cup of coffee for me. Everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming! I’ve never been to a chiropractor before going here and they eased any nerves I had by explaining what was causing my issue and what we were going to do to try and fix it!

The staff was very friendly and I was very comfortable. The pillow is great. I used it and slept great. I also have let my husband use it who has 3 crushed discs in his neck and shoulder pain. He has a hard time sleeping. He has used it for the last 3 days and his shoulder pain. Has eased up and he says not bad at all. He also is able to sleep with it. This pillow is amazing. Of the three previous chiropractors that treated me over the past 28 years, the treatments were always the same. They crack your back and neck and say to return when you need to. No one ever had a plan. No matter what I told the doctor, the treatment was the same, crack, crack, and out the door. I would go from gripping chronic pain to tolerable pain at best. I thought this was how it was. Finally, I decided to try another practice.I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor from Greater Cincinnati Chiropractic said all their patients have individualized treatment programs. I thought, Yes, they actually have a specific, written plan of attack to help me. The doctor showed me my x-rays and pointed to the areas of my spine that were causing the pain. Then the treatments began. The doctor does adjustments specific to you, briefly uses orthotics and you just do some simple exercises at home. Then, after several visits, the doctor sits down with you to review how things are progressing, make any changes needed, and continues. My total time for a typical visit is just over a half hour.My results: Week by week I noticed significant improvements. I say “improvements”, because not only were the adjustments reducing my back pain, but my mobility and posture improved as well. One day, after about two months, I noticed that I didn’t feel the squeezing pressure and quick snap of pain that I would always get whenever I tried to take in a deep breath. It was gone. So, this is what it’s like to be able to breathe in all the way again! I didn’t think that was possible anymore.I also have carpal tunnel in both wrists. I told the doctor on the first day of treatment that I can’t even screw in two screws with a screwdriver. I would have to stop because my hands would go numb. And if I pushed myself my wrists would hurt most of the day. Most nights, I would wake up because my hands had fallen asleep. Now I’ve been able to paint some rooms in our house. I’m not completely over the carpal tunnel, but my hands don’t fall asleep anymore and they only hurt mildly after spending all day scraping, priming and painting. If I don’t paint all day, then I don’t hurt at all anymore. None of my previous chiropractors even attempted to address my carpal tunnel. They just told me I should see my primary care doctor. So, I’ve had cortisone shots on and off over the years, but it never resolved it. Prior to me beginning treatment in August of 2020, a good day to me was a pain level of 6, and a bad day was over 10. I wrote this review on December 1, 2020. Now, when I have a good day, I’m pain free, and a bad day is at about a 3.I also want to tell you about my other observations. The staff that work with the doctors seem to know everyone’s name and are always in an energized good mood, friendly, respectful, and dignified. The cleanliness is impeccable. I’ve never seen something that needed attention. Before COVID, I really didn’t care about seeing a little dirt here or there, so with them keeping a spotless environment, I know they’re serious about keeping me safe. Also, they ask that all patients wash their hands before treatment. They also sanitize all surface areas after each patient, and they all wear masks. None of the equipment looks old. Wait times are short. And, when I leave, I’m in a good mood. I highly recommend them. If you’ve had experiences similar to mine, give them a try. The Doctors and staff are very nice and welcoming to new patients. Great communication between patients and scheduling team. You get texts with appointment reminders and you can text to reschedule at your convenience.

I came in a little over a month ago for a free pillow, and after filling out some questionnaires I went ahead and did the free consultation. I know it’s all just to get you in the door, but I was having bad headaches several times per week and migraines a few times per month, so I figured I would give it a shot if it might give me some relief.After having xrays done, the doctor found several places in my neck where nerves were being pinched, and they showed me vertebrae by vertebrae where my neck wasn’t functioning properly. I started coming in several days per week for treatments and adjustments and I instantly noticed improvements. I can happily say that since starting treatment I have only had one headache, which Tylenol took care of, and I haven’t had a single migraine. As someone who has been dealing with this for years, that’s pretty huge.The employees are all friendly and professional and the doctors offer options for short-term and long-term relief, depending on whichever route you want to take. Overall it’s been a great experience.

After my exam, the doctor was putting words to the problems I feel but dont have the language to describe. He literally found all my pain points, not by poking them and hearing me respond, he just found the problems and told me about them. Excited to begin treatment!

Staff was very friendly. Took time to show how pillow should be used. Dr. Gallenstein took a few mins to discuss my chiropractic health and what he would recommend. Was not pushy at all to get me to come to their practice but was very nice.

Maybe this sounds familiar. You haven’t been in an accident and you’ve not injured your back lifting something. You just have some “normal” tightness and aches and pains in your back and neck. You accept that with age, you’ll lose some range of motion in your back and neck. If you’re like me, you’d never been to a chiropractor and perhaps wonder if chiropractics can actually help. Well, GCC has changed my pov so much in 2 months that I’m compelled to share my experience here.In late August, my chronic mid-back aches were a bit worse and on a whim, I submitted a new patient form on the GCC site. At my consultation visit, I really doubted whether this was necessary for me but listened as Dr. Hekler walked me through what levels of spinal degradation look like and based on my motion x-rays, how my back and neck fell on that spectrum. It seemed there were some issues after all and he convinced me that he and the staff could help.In a year that has been upside down for everyone, this 12-week treatment plan at GCC has been a major bright spot in my year. I’m grateful that I didn’t let my initial skepticism win. First, these visits start my days off right. The GCC staff and doctors are warm, fun people who also do a commendable job with COVID precautions. Importantly, I’m seeing amazing results. Midway through my treatment plan, Dr Hekler and staff have already taken years off of my frame. I feel better and have more energy. My posture is much improved so I’m actually taller (much to my husband’s ‘chagrin’ who is shorter than me) and no kidding - my brain is clearer and working better than it has in years. Think about it... if your spine is out of alignment, your body and mind are not operating at their best. Chronic, dull aches and pains in your back and neck ARE draining. We do alignments on our cars - why not our bodies? It just makes sense to me now. This is about root causing and fixing body mechanics - not just treating symptoms with pain meds. I’m no longer resigned to just feeling gradually worse with age.If my “before” story sounds familiar, please do something kind for yourself and book an appointment with GCC. Went yesterday for my very,first consultation visit .was told it would be no charge .for this 2 weeks before visit.went back to doctor talk about 20 minutes .and he took my profile. was told by him x-rays would all be covered by insurance.checked out .then told me the visit was 159.00 dollars. i..informed her i was told there would be no. charge. very false advertisement . i will not return. and will look into. this with the better business bureau..

The entire staff here is wonderful, with a wide variety of treatments they use to help you on an individualized level! Definitely recommend them!
