First time visiting with a lower back issue. Doc had me go through a few stretches and got right to the adjustment. Instant relief. Id go here if you’re in the area. Even if you’re not. They know their stuff.

Dr. Yost is the best! No matter what I have going on, hes always able to narrow in on the issue and make sure I leave feeling better than ever. I also love his multi-faceted approach to care to make sure his patients get the best treatment possible. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chad White always helps to put my back into feeling great. I have a desk job and setting in front of a computer 8hrs a day gets my neck and back not working and feeling like it should. Dr. White takes the time to find out what is bothering my back and neck. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends, which I do often.

I was quite late for my appointment but they did everything to accommodate me on same day. When I entered the office, I was dealing with body pain and exited with happy face! My doc did everything to keep my engaged in interesting discussion while treating my problematic areas. I am very happy!

I had a fantastic experience at Norwood yesterday! I was referred to Rick Yost by a friend after a lumbar back injury, and was delighted they were able to get me in with just a 24-hour notice! Rick was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and did an excellent job of carefully working with my body to adjust it gently in its highly inflamed state. I feel like we have a good game plan moving forward, and I have every confidence that Rick will bring me back to full function in record time. Couldnt be more pleased!

Dr. Washam is terrific. Walked in with a little stiffness in the lower back and neck, and walked out 20 minutes later feeling loose and ready to take on the world! Terrific group of pros who really understand athletes and folks like me who like to work out but get an occasional tweak in the back or accumulate some stiffness over time.

The whole office has great vibes, very inviting, and great with children. Dr. Washam goes above and beyond for his patients and can treat a wide variety of ages. He is well versed in all types of healing techniques and you can really tell he’s passionate about the body and using holistic techniques to help it heal. He has been fabulous guiding me through common illnesses my twins have been catching while at daycare we use chiropractic care for prevention as well as acute care.

I was having extreme migraines everyday for 2 weeks. I went in to see Dr. White and in 3 days my migraines were gone! He was able to get me to go back to work and working out. He helped me when other doctors couldn’t. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. He even treats plantar fasciitis!

From the time I spoke to Annette when I called to schedule my SAME DAY appointment until I left the office their level of professionalism, concern kindness and compassion was nothing less than excellent. The staff all know me by name even though I only go there every few months. All of the doctors there are professional and personable. Dr. Washam ALWAYS remembers my problem areas and does a FANTASTIC job of adjusting them. I have sent several family members to him and he always asked about each one by name. Im very satisfied with Norwood Chiropractic! I went to the mason location. Everything was clean and new, very professional. I saw Dr. Kent and he helped relieve my nagging back pain in 2 visits. He said he likes to not have to see patients for too long, meaning he doesnt want to just collect co-pays. He had a good sense of humor about that stereotype. Also, he was very focused on lifestyle improvement rather than just does it feel better right now.It was easy to get an appointment and even reschedule when I couldnt make my second visit.I would definitely recommend this practice.

Norwood Chiropractic Center has by far been the best chiropractor that Ive been to! Dr. Washam was able to see me on a Saturday and I really enjoyed how they pay attention to your overall well being rather than just the one spot your aching in. Dr Yost changed my mind after 15 years of being afraid of a chiropractor he listened to my concerns and was very patient with me. An amazing experience every time I go. I was within a year of back surgery and had explored all options except Chiropractic care. Norwood Chiropractic has made me feel 10 years younger and has postponed any back surgeries for probably another 10 years.

I’m 35 weeks pregnant. My job is very body demanding, which causes a lot of hip and back problems for me. After work last night, I couldn’t walk really, or put hardly any weight on my hip. I needed an urgent adjustment, and my typical chiropractor is closed on weekends. I couldn’t wait till Monday. This place got me right in with no problem. I seen Dr. Greg Washam. May I just say that doctor is outstanding. First off I didn’t feel like a money staple to him, but like he actually cares about his patients. He was very thorough, which showed me he truly cared. When I entered that office I could hardly walk, I was in so much pain; when I left I could walk again with no problem, and can put weight back on my hip. My body feels amazing! Very pleased, highly recommend this place, and will be back!

Dr. White is awesome. After my first appointment, I had more range of motion in my shoulders than Ive had in years. Not to mention my posture improved drastically.I love that he focuses on all of my concerns, instead of cracking my back then using a muscle simulator. He doesnt ask you to come back 3x a week or push anything else on you. Hes always on time. The rest of the staff is super nice and accommodating.Wish I had gone sooner.

Dr. Rick Yost and the team at Norwood Chiropractic are awesome. I have worked with them off and on for nearly 10 years. They’ve gotten me through running injuries such that I could run marathons and more recently the occasional “tune-ups” that seem to come with my age. I have been to multiple chiropractors around the Cincinnati area, but Norwood Chiropractic is the best (in my opinion). In addition to their very knowledgeable doctors, they also have skilled massage therapists and friendly administrators. Because Im a bodybuilder, Im always involved in weight training and other physical activity. Ive had multiple injuries (some are acute and some have been chronic for awhile) that they have helped me work through. Their philosophy is not to tell you to stop moving or to just crack your back, but to help you find the root of the issue and treat that. I first started going to see them for lower back pain. I could barely do any bent over lifts without pain. They helped me relieve the pain in the back and gave me exercises and activation drills so that I could train my body to use my core rather than my power back. My back feels better than it ever has!! They also have helped with many other issues not even associated with the back! If you are looking for help, go see them!

Dr. Yosh was super attentive to figuring out and testing the pain location of my injury. Between doing different ROM tests, stretches, rotation, alignment, the visit was a very pleasant experience and positive prognosis for the short term. Have some exercises to complete in the meantime to get things straightened out, but would definitely recommend Dr. Yosh and Norwood Chiropractic.

Dr Washam is great. His bedside manner/attentiveness/practice makes up for the Norwoods office lack of luster...but look it’s not like I’m going to a spa...I’m there to get treatment in lieu of possible surgery so I can get back to normalcy without walking with a limp anymore.

Everything is well-organized and smoothly run. They take your temperature when you walk in, you fill out a COVID questionnaire, and there are never too many people in the space at one time.I saw Dr. White and he is great! He talks you through everything he is doing and offers explanations for your symptoms. After only 2 visits, I am seeing a huge improvement in my back pain and tension.

Ive been seeing Dr. Yost for years now when I have issues. He is very skilled and his adjustments are gentle. I highly recommend that one ask for him to provide the A.R.T. technique rather than just do a standard adjustment. The office staff are very friendly as well!
