What a life changing experience couldn’t ask for a better chiropractor on the west side of Cincinnati.Todd and his amazing team have fixed my neck in only two weeks. So I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. The lady at the front desk had no clue what my insurance was and decided that I would pay out of pocket. 70$. Okay fine. So I did. I asked the front desk what all does my appointment include and she couldn’t answer me. I’m at a chiropractor office I’m expecting my back to be cracked. So my main complaint was my hip, but also stated on my patient forms back and neck complaints. I had stem for ten min and paid 70$. So I’m frustrated at this point because I could have found a provider that takes my insurance but I paid out of pocket for my services thinking all my complaints would be addressed. So I address the front desk very nicely and ask why didn’t he crack my back, she goes back tells the doctor and he said that I didn’t complain about my back, but I did on my patients forms. So when took me back he asked me my main complaint told him and no time in between okay stem cell okay whatever then maybe he will take me back and ask me what else I need done today. Nope.:see you later.. call me if it still hurts... this isn’t my first time at a chiropractor and never once I have been to one without my back being cracked.Also didn’t get a receipt for my services wasn’t offered one. It’s like the all regulars walked in and I was shut out. Terrible service. Wont be back

Dr. Elwert is fantastic! I have had issues with sciatica for many years and since Ive been a patient Dr. Elwert has helped me so much. He takes the time to really understand my issue and doesnt simply adjust me and send me on my way. Instead he works with me and has developed a tailored exercise plan to help address the issue for the long term. I am so grateful for his help and dedicated care. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Elwert after struggling for weeks with a nasty knot in my back. They were able to get me scheduled in very quickly. Using the Graston technique, Dr. Elwert was able to get me back to 100% right away. One of the nicest and most professional chiropractor offices I have ever been to. Highly recommend Dr Elwert. I appreciate his targeted approach to the various issues that I’ve had, ranging from car accident whiplash to nagging joint pain. Dr Elwert always gets me on the road to recovery quickly with his treatments, and he educates me on exercises that will help address the root causes. Peggy, the office manager has always been really pleasant and very accommodating to my work schedule.

Dr. Elwert was great when my back went out. The office manager Peggy really helped calm me down when I called in a panic. I did the exercises Dr. Elwert recommended after resting the injury and they really helped!

We found out after multiple visits that our insurance was not in network. We were a little taken aback by the bill and before we even called them, Peggy called and made sure to lower the price to a self pay price. This was such a relief! They are fair and truly take care of their customers.

Highly recommend Dr. Elwert. After just the first visit I felt improvement. He doesnt waste your time, quickly identifies the problem & goes at it from various perspectives to try and resolve your pain. He gives you stretches, exercises, etc to do at home, and they seem quite flexible with available appointment times. I plan on returning every other month for a tune up since much of my issues come from poor posture and stress. I only wish I had gone over a year ago!

Todd worked on my huriated disc for 6 weeks. He promised 90-95% recovery without surgery. 22 years later Im still pain free in my lower back! Need I say more? Having a neck issue now and looking forward to my next battle, as he makes them quick and knows what hes doing. .
