Jan did a fantastic job on my Hard to handle hair! My first time there and I walked out feeling better about my hair than I have in years. Also very nice people and it has a very relaxed feeling. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Ciarra mills is amazing she is a fantastic stylist and nail tech. I wont go anywhere else for my nails and she she can do anything you find online she is definitely talented!!!

Our experience with Designs on Main cant even be classified as Fair. In fact, its been one of the worst experiences ever in a salon or from a service provider. My daughter was quoted a price of 22.00 for a down-style from the stylist. My daughter showed her pictures and everything - the quote was 22.00. On the day we went in to have the style done, while doing my daughters nails, they talked about the style yet again and the stylist admitted that while she didnt know how to do the requested style, shes been watching youtube videos to learn - first red flag. She continued to discuss the style with my daughter and never once mentioned a price change. When it came time to have her hair style done (Marcel waves), it looked like nothing more than half-done barrel curls and then the stylist charged her more than DOUBLE the quoted price and REFUSED to budge, spouting some mumbo jumbo about minutes. The same stylist also left my daughters service more than twice to make and take personal calls, to order coffee, to eat, she came back chewing her food, and started her service 10 minutes late although we were 1 or 2 minutes early to the appointment. Worst. Experience. Ever.
