This has to be the CVS pharmacy with the worst customer service. Every time I call I’m on hold for at least 25 minutes. Today I had to call twice and was left on hold for 30 min each time, the first time they answered and just hung up. I came into the pharmacy 5 min after 8 pm and the pharmacist would not let me pick up my medication, both pharmacist were still working so I figured they can just sell it to me. The pharmacist even asked if it was ready to which I replied yes and that I let the pharmacist know over the phone that I would be in to pick it up in the evening. I also explained I’m in great need of my medication and to please make an exception. They just said sorry and ignored me. I understand I was 5 min after posted closing time but now I’m one more day without medication that I need. The pharmacist at this location do not care about their loyal customers.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Will never return here at all because of the way she treated me. Very very rude and very unprofessional.
