Dr. Navarro and her staff were very kind and thorough. Even when it came to my scheduling for a follow up, she was able to work with me.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and never once had a bad experience. Everyone was kind and caring . A lot of the reviews Ive read are common sense (dont take children to any appointmentes, and dont show up until 15 minutes prior) or it will seem like youre waiting longer. Dr. Navarro is always willing to disguise any questions I have. .

There are no words to describe the level of customer service. I called several times over the span of a year to try and make an appointment with Dr Navarro and finally someone told me why I wasn’t able to make an appointment was because apparently I had discharged myself and the doctor has to approve me to be a patient before I can actually be seen. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I am in constant pain and all of the previous secretaries that I spoke with couldn’t bother to tell me that I was never going to be able to make an appointment with the doctor. They just kept telling me to check with my doctor and this entire time it’s been DR NAVARRO that hasn’t approved me. If this isn’t a horrible doctor I don’t even know how to feel! Waiting for a doctor to help with my pain that doesn’t seem to care if you’re in pain is a horrible feeling.

I’m sitting here in the office, was here 35 minutes early. I watch and count 6 patients that came way after me go in to see the doctor. When I went to the front desk, I ask a question “Do they go by appointment time, she said,Yes. Well there was a lady that came in at 1140 and was call in, I’m still sitting here. I will not be coming back. This has been the second time I have encountered a problem here. I was the only black person there and everyone else was Hispanic, the speaking of Spanish from the front desk. They never call me but call everyone else so I left.

I have been seeing Dr. Navarro for two years. Shes great. A great doctor and a great person. When I first stated going to her, they had a problem with scheduling and wait times were way too long. But all of that has been fixed. Best of all, she knows how to get rid of pain. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I cannot believe people would choose to go here. Wait time was 2 hours, Rosa Navarro was not genuine at all and the staff was so ghetto, I could not believe this was a doctors office. The only people I saw in the office were old retired Mexican folks who probably did not speak English. I hope these people know that there are better and more professional doctors offices in San Diego.

Dr. Navarro displays a slightly disturbingly lack of empathy and comes across as incredibly superficial. Trying to get a straight answer out of the front office staff is enough to give aspirin a headache...

My expiriance with Dr. Navarro was first rate. I went in this morning for a 10:00 appt. for a epidural injection and was walking out by 11:00. Her and her staff were very professional and they went to great lengths to make sure i was comfortable from start to finish. One of her staff even held my hand during the procedure and told me i can squeeze if theres any pain. They were all very comforting. Thankfully it was near painless and was over before i knew it. Highly recommended doctor.

Although it has been over 2 years since my treatment with Dr. NAVARRO, I should not mention her, l was injected by one her staff on both of my treatments, truth be told, l never even saw her.the only reason that l am writing this now is because l was so manhandled & that l still suffer from constant pain in my sciatic nerve, which began with the injection. l TRIED to converse with doctor(?) Navarro, BUT she was unavailable ....during the injection l felt an horrendous pain shoot down both my legs.l told the person who gave me the shot, about what l feeling, he said would go away. lt is still with me.A.B.L.

I should have read the reviews before going here. I was there for 2 hours waiting to be seen and it was just a terrible experience. I should not be waiting at 1115 if I have a 1000 appointment and I arrived at 9. No regards for patient time when in fact we keep them in business. I cant even put into word the whole experience at this office. Choose somewhere else.

This place is a joke. They act like theyre doing something behind the desk and make you wait for an hour. I was the only 1 there. Then all they tell you its a process to wait. Dont waste your time here

This Clinic was terrible. The people didnt allow my young daughter to enter the room and they expected me to leave her by herself in the waiting room. They were very disrespectful.

Ok then I leave my opinion I hope it serves. This doctor does not cure anything only treatments and treatments and tests and never comes to solutions, it does not take time to listen. fast wants to start the treatments $$ and this and the other and nothing, that if appointments and appointments $$ almost 2 hours to be served even by appointment, secretaries groceries if they decide to go will realize what I say.

You are warned: this is NOT a pain management clinic. Neither Navarro nor his staff care about (or listen to) their clients (patients is too much to ennoble a word) and do everything possible, for example and among other things, to refer clients to unnecessary (and inaccessible) programs ) such as detoxification or outside neurologists, to arbitrarily download the slightest complaint or disagreement, and to refuse to provide the necessary medications for pain relief - even intermittently or short-term. Arrogant personnel also participate in excess reserves that may sometimes require long waits. Therefore, whatever you do, avoid becoming a victim more - yes, victim - of this capriciously styled pervert system pain management. You are warned: this is NOT pain management.
