Terrible service, I asked for a quote for a product and Miss Andrea Ramirez did not answer the phone or my email, it seems that they do not want to sell me. I ask him about any situation and he does not know it, I sent him the product I need via email and to this day he has not even responded to know if my information reached him. Regarding Miss Ramirez, she is very rude and does not solve my doubts, unfortunately I am in Mexico and she is the only person who speaks Spanish
