Great people!! Wonderful place with a wonderful staff. I feel welcomed every time I come. Maria, front desk staff is fantastic. There’s a lot of places I go to where I get a major run around but , Max MRI Imaging is definitely not one of these places. Thank GOD for that!! I came for a CD disk of my Lumbar spine and these Wonderful people had already sent it to my Doctor, can you believe that!! Saved me alot of time and stress. Please keep on doing what you’re doing because I for one was very 😀 please. Once again thanks so much . Maria was at the front today being her wonderful self ! Remember it’s not just Maria, everyone that works there is fantastic and I can’t say that for a lot of other businesses 👍👍👍.Sincerely Daniel

I have my MRI a week ago, and I just came to see my doctor a week later. Still they didnt have my results.

If you are reading this before showing up for your appointment---- call your physician and demand to be sent elsewhere. Its been about a week since my husband had his MRI done here and neither the Doctor not the Insurance company have recieved anything from this place. We went down there in person today to try and get the MRIs emailed, but theyre only open 3 days a week. Today was not one of them. And theres no one that we can call because theres no one at the office. This is where that even taking into account the fact that my husband is claustrophobic and the girl who did his MRI did nothing to calm him when he was inside the machine, and when he started hyperventilating all she did was threatened that she would have to reschedule him if he didnt start breathing the way he was. She would stop the machine to threaten him instead of reminding him that he was actually safe and that he needed to control his breathing. He came home with his anxiety through the roof, wanting to throw up and still a little shaken because the experience was so incredibly bad for a supposed medical facility.

This place is horrible, staff is super rude. Came in fifteens mins early for my appointment, no one was in the office to check me in, I was waiting 20 minutes until someone showed up. They started half hour later.

If I could rate 0 i would, set an appointment for 1:35 should up 15 min early, nobody was in the office, I seen the staff kicking it up in the truck, they seen me walk into the office, and nobody came in to greet me and check me in, I am still currently waiting and its been 10 min past my appointment and I am now being finally being given paper work to fill out, when that should have been done when I arrived early. There is only 1 person waiting in front of me and she said she had been waiting awhile, 30 min+ past my appointment and I havent even been seen, this place is a joke and they obviously dont care about customer service. Why I got referred out to this place I have no idea. Never coming back again.

Hate this place!!! Ruid staff and the girl on the front desk is nosey she gets herself in everybodys business

Worst place, I had my appointment at 5:15 pm got there at 5 one person was there waiting since 3:30, no one in the office to reschedule they were out on the trailer yes trailer I left at 6:00 never got my MRI not going back
