Very friendly and polite. My technician was very kind and empathic as well as very professional. The security guard and the staff member tending to the front even offered some sort of weather protection to a lady that was outside waiting for her ride. She respectfully declined though.

I got there at 5:10 after they picked up my grandson at 5 which I babysit and they didn’t want to take me for x Rays even after begging them and telling I don’t have any other time during the week , They don’t close until 6 they should have take care of me.They don’t care about sick people!!

I came here for an abdomen ultrasound and had an easy, seamless, overall great experience. I made an appointment via phone call (with the earliest available appointment being about a month and half out, which I completely understand). A few days before my appointment, I received a text message giving me the option to pre-register all of my information online which only took a few minutes to complete. I highly recommend doing this step to save time because on the day of my appointment, after completing the contactless check-in procedure (via text as well- it will have you fill out a short online questionnaire), all you have to do is wait outside or in the parking lot for the confirmation text which will direct you to a designated zone. I was immediately called in for my ultrasound. I was even called in a few minutes before my appointment. I didnt have to line up to check-in with the receptionist anymore. If you are not tech-savvy and would rather check-in in person, there is a staff member at the entrance who can assist you. The staff member who did my ultrasound (N*****) was super friendly, courteous, professional and worked very efficiently. I was done in about twenty minutes. I noticed they also take COVID-19 health guidelines very seriously.

This is just unacceptable, I have been waiting outside since 7:45am, is 8:23am and I still havent been seen, I just dont understand why they ask you to check in at 7:45 for an 8am appointment and not follow up with their requirements themselves.. this is ridiculous!

My experience here has always been very satisfactory. Nice, corteus personnel and as parking is concern. When you finally find the entrance to the parking, is a good parking.

Ive been here a number of times... Xrays, CT & MRI scans. I cant think of any time that Ive been treated poorly. The staff has had to make many adjustments to their intake procedures, like everyone else. It takes a bit to iron out glitches. That being said, I have never been, or seen anyone else treated badly.

My doctor told me to come here for an X-ray. They will not take appointments for an X-ray, so I called ahead to see how much of a wait time there was. They told me 15-30 minutes. When I got there to check in, the girl at the desk told me there was a one hour wait, maybe less.I sat down to wait. After one hour and 15 minutes, they called the lady that arrived after me. I went to find out what my status was. She told me there were 2 ahead of me. It’s now been one hour and 35 minutes. I’m still waiting here outside, listening to jackhammers and other construction tools.I’m never coming here again, and I’ll be telling my doctor not to recommend it. So frustrating....2 hours, 15 minutes, and still waiting. I had to call my doctors office to call them. They didn’t even put my name on the list! DON’T COME HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Totally worthless staff never called me to tell me my insurance hadnt authorized the procedure yet. I get to my appointment and they lie and say theyve called to notify me and that my voicemail was full and that they were unable to get ahold of my doctor as well. Complete lies. First of all, I pay for a special voicemail service, it has unlimited storage. Second, Ive never had an easier doctor office to get ahold of than the Dr that sent in for this CT scan.This front desk staff member who should have called me was just lazy and wrote notes in my account that are a complete fabrication of truth. As you can see with these other negative reviews, your front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. I dont understand why you have the time to respond to these negative reviews, but no time to train them to do their jobs.

This is the worst medical experience ever. Over two hours just for X-rays. Most of the waiting was because the front desk do not know what they are doing. Once you are inside, the technicians only take a few minutes to take X-rays. It’s not my first time there. The service and waiting gets worst every time I go. On top of that, if you make a comment about their service, some front desk personnel get a rude and nasty attitude. Very unprofessional atmosphere!

I just had another great experience here! Id missed my bus connection and called to let them know that Id probably have to reschedule my appointment for an ultrasound. Wendy asked me where I was and unbelievably offered to come and pick me up so I wouldnt miss my appointment, and she Did!! Her commitment to customer service is pretty much the norm around the H st IHS! Her manager Ariana was sweet enough to drop me off at my door on her way home also! WOW! The whole staff here is just amazing! That includes the technicians, who are knowledgeable and friendly! In all honesty, Id still use the Chula Vista H st location even if I moved out of Chula Vista!!Update: Wow! TEN STAR Service AGAIN!! Never have I been to any medical type facility where I’ve received the kind of Go Out of Their Way service that I get here every time!! I’m SO impressed!!! Highly recommended!

Need a street sign states where parking is. There is one. But when you actually go into parking structure. Checking my Dad in was a mission. Told them he had a Doctors order. They looked at me like what I was telling them was made up. He has a doctors order. Not sure what else to say.

I had such a wonderful experience with my Ultrasound Tech (I think thats the job title). Nicole was an amazing woman who took her time with me and informed me with all the details she came across in her findings. Although I know its not her job to give me details of the images she took such time and care with me. This was nothing in comparison to my last appointment in San Diego hence the relocation to Chula Vista. I hope management has the opportunity to see this and can take into consideration the kind of employee they have. Nicole you were personable, warm and thoughtful. Thank you!

Shame on you these people canceled my appointment and been giving me such a hard time just to make an appointment. I voice my concerns to the team and the supervisors and they are no help. I got bad customer service.Take your business elsewhere

The receptionist are rude and really slow. I dont know if they know that they are not doing you a favor... They made me wait for sooooo long and still gave me attitude.If manager is reading this by any chance, please talk to desk staff regarding the patient service. The only nice one was the lady that greets you right as you walk in, she was nice and polite.I really will try to avoid this place again.

Good customer service should be emphasized when hiring people and please please receptionists should not be conversing with each other in their language especially when there are patients in the room- not everybody speaks Spanish .

They are not organized at all! You have to wait 35-40 minutes just to check in. Then when check in they tell it 45 minute wait.If they would put signs saying where to check in mammo would help people from screaming patients name who are not in building. What happen to privacy. May want to think patient navigator to be lobby guide where to check in at.Front desk can only do so much when helping others.Have line for appts only and one for walk-in for X-rays.The customer service horrible and there no team work. Everyone running to there own thing.

Good service at the location. But I just received a call from them (missed it) call back and the person who answer said she was not authorized to tell me anything. But during the call she kept making noises like mm, ahhh. Make me really nervous.

Extremely disappointed with Imaging Healthcare in Chula Vista. I have been fighting Renal Cell Carcinoma for 3 years and now there are fears that I may have prostrate cancer. Regardless I travel often for work and scheduling treatment and CT scans is an ordeal between the doctors, insurance providers and even made much more worse by IMAGING HEALTHCARE. They claim that they never get the orders and this becuase they loose many orders. Or second when they do get orders they confuse the type of scan or cancel another. Bottomline I have spent plenty of time waiting in line or trying to get scans done but often their lack of organization reflects the lack of customer care that they have for their patients. I have experienced so many delays that my doctors prefer I go to another provider.

Got here 30 minutes before my first appointment at 1.15pm. Everyone else that was here is gone and im the only one left. They forgot about me and their excuse was that i had another appt at 2pm. Its 1.44pm and still nothing. Not so happy when someone comes early and when your late. They ask to reschedule. It was for 2 MRIS.

Very bad service, the front desk were constantly goofing off and giggling, when they’re people here for serious intentions. We’ve waited over an hour, and still haven’t been checked In. When we asked how longer do we have to wait to check in, and in response they were rude. And our visit for an X-ray only lasted 5 minutes prior waiting for an hour to be checked in.

Bad service I do not give them -10 stars because there is no that option, they make me go to the appointment and tell me by phone that an ultrasound costs 200 dlls and arriving there that is 400 dlls? Who had told me it cost 200? I mean without justification they wanted to charge me 400 dlls when the price is on their website and not even an apology for giving you the wrong price, nothing like that! Maybe in the Chula Vista office they are doing their bad management I do not recommend going there they do not give you a solution only that it costs because they want to, bye.
