If you really need a real massage don’t go to this corner massage clinic that do nothing but rubbing your body with lots of lots oil. Marcela massage therapy will really give you the kind of relief and satisfaction of her professional service that you don’t get from those corner hidden massage clinic. I don’t have massage for two years because of the COVID, and the kind of work that I do in the hospital really sore my body specially my shoulders and leg. I had a deep tissue massage, Marcela knows that area of my body that she needs to focus her energy, strength and expertise to unknot those clinging muscles that causes pain and weakness on my body. The best massage I have ever had. I came in with several muscle knots around the body (neck, back, forearms, etc) and Marcela took care of them. She has strong, intuitive hands that work wonders on any condition.I recently have been doing a lot of physical labor which caused me to not be able to straighten my back. Great masseuse! I was feeling a little skeptical at first since it was my first massage and I had recently being to the Emergency room due to a severe back pain, but she knew what to do. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She helped do some stretches and afterwards I was feeling a lot better! I no longer needed my walker. She is also very considerate and communicates well. (Y también habla español). Really grateful that I got a massage from her.

I had tightness and pain in my neck and upper back due to stress. I couldnt turn my head as easy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Maricela incorporated stretches with a deep tissue massage. And I mean stretches! After a session of deep tissue I did a calming massage(Swedish?) which helped to relax my body after the workout. I highly recommend Maricela and doing the combination of deep tissue with a relaxing massage afterwards.

One of the best massages I have ever gotten and I am a self proclaimed massage afficionado. Marcela is so friendly, courteous, professional but most of all EFFECTIVE! I am currently 6 months pregnant and I need major body areas worked out. My problem areas are my upper back. Being pregnant, most prenatal massages are mere application of lotion or oil. Theres typically no pressure or intensity. Not with Marcela. Shes perienced experienced for 15 years so she knows exactly what shes doing. She works out all of my tension and problem areas. I may be sore the next day but my knots are gone. She even stretches you out during the massage. If you need vital body work, give her a call, you will not regret it!

So I google looking to get my first massage, like real massage after being on earth for 30 years. I find Marcela called her, first she hung up on me then texted me “text only”. I text her she advised me to look at her reviews but I had already done that and was super duper excited to have my first “real” massage be from Marcela based on the reviews. So she tells me she has 8pm available and it’ll be $80 a hour. Cool I booked that hour. Took a $35 Uber there and she suddenly stop texting me me. I waited for about 15 minutes then called a Uber to go back home so I spent $70 for nothing. She never texted back until I told her I will be writing a review. So yea she me be great with her hands, but’s seems I will never know.
