I had a 6 week fit body boot camp free challenge here.You put some amount of deposit but when you hit the goal (losing weights or body fats depending on your weight). It really gave me motivation to work hard and made me not give up to achieve the goal.They not only provided me physical trainings but also gave me a proper meal plan.They checked my process and answer quickly whenever I had questions.I exactly followed their direction and It was a joy to watch the scale that the number was getting reduced.After 6 weeks of challenging, people around me noticed my different shape and envy me that I can wear my former marriage clothes.I definately feel strong than before and have more confidence.I recommend people who want transform their bodies and get a new life try this challenge!!

Great experience! Motivating coaches. I just had a baby and gained more weight than I wanted; I saw the post for a six week challenge to lose 20 pounds and gave it a shot; what did I have to lose... 21.6 pounds! This is the best place to get back in shape. I completed the 6 week challenge, I was challenged to lose 25 pounds and I lost 32. The gym is small and you get to meet people who are focused on fitness. It feels like a small community where you can all motivate each other. You get a meal plan that is good, it’s hard to do at first because it is a change of your eating habits but if you do it right you’re not hungry. You can meal prep full meals and there’s great communication with Enrique and the coaches. I have previously used personal trainers and honestly this worked out better for me personally because you get to see first hand everyone else’s progress. I have a very dinamic work schedule because I work in retail and that’s the reason why I started gaining weight. Eating fast food on the daily and the inconsistent schedules didn’t allow me time to find a routine to workout. They provide you with all the tools you need and ultimately the success of your challenge depends on you.

Couldnt ask for a better place to get back on my fitness track, coaches are great and the intensive workout were great for my short time in my day I have for ME! Being a mother and working full time its really hard to have time to workout... at CVFB they offer 30 mins sessions which worked out great for me! Lost 21.6 lbs in 6 weeks, 100% recommendable!

I was seeking a gym that was great for busy moms, but also had a motivating challenge built in and FBBC was the perfect combination. With 30 minute classes and a personable staff, this gym was what I needed to get back into my favorite jeans comfortably!

Why I joined the six week challenge is to mentally challenge myself to get onto a healthier life style. I gained 15 lbs after getting married!!! This was a reality check and I realized I had some work to do for myself.  All the negative comments pushed me to even work harder. This is by far the best I have ever done!!! 🤗 Now that I am over the biggest hurdle, I feel very accomplished.Thank you FBBC fam.😘

So I usually dont do this but since I actually saw results I will. 6 weeks ago I started this get fit challenge. My goal was to loose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I was very skeptical at first but I still decided to give it a try b/c I had really let myself go. I am not a work out freak nor do I eat healthy so I knew that would be hard. I wont lie and say I ate healthy the whole six weeks, I had my weak moments. BUT at the end of the 6 weeks I am proud to say that I reached my goal and even went past it!!!! Now dont get me wrong my body still isnt where I want it but now I know that i can do it! For people out there in need of motivation; if I can give up the chocolate chip cookies and reeses cups that I ate faithfully every night then you can do it too!! Stay strong and think about the end result! Hope this helps someome!

I am amazed and thrilled with the support and guidance I received before, during and even after I finished my 6 week bootcamp at FBBC Chula Vista! The owners and coaches truly care about their clients, and do everything possible to ensure that you reach your goals, and get healthy! Im forever thankful and in debt to the FBBC family and highly recommend this awesome place for anyone that is interested in changing their life! With their help and my hard work I lost 34 pounds in 6 weeks, without any gimmicks or unhealthy ways. Stuck to the meal plan, made every workout and boom....results! Thank you once again to Enrique, Kristen and all of the awesome coaches and fellow bootcampers for all of the support! Try this out, you will not be disappointed!

7 weeks ago I was constantly tired at the age of 37 and looking forward to taking a nap after work, uncomfortable with the way I felt due to my weight I decided that I had enough. As I was getting ready to pick a gym I saw this 6 week challange. Skeptical is the lightest word I can choose for how I felt about doing the challange. A week in I already noticed weight dropping with the diet plan and workouts. 2nd week it was a little harder to stay on track but with the friendly help of FBBC trainers and guidance coaches it made it a lot easier. By week 3 when people were asking me, what are you doing? You loosing so much weight and looking great. At that point I could not turn back. At the end of my challange I lost 28 pounds from where I started at 255 lbs and workouts getting easier to get through, it was just up to me to push it that much harder. FBBC kick my butt in gear and started my transformation, and for that I could not thank them enough.
