The doctor is not just caring, attentive and knowledgeable but he is one of the few doctors nowadays who would promptly answer patients calls outside of office hours

Mr. Ferris is my elderly grandfathers doctor. I am the next of kin and have power of attorney for him. I have called the doctors office twice now and left messages concerning my grandfathers care and they will not call me back. Time to look for a new doctor.
