The only reason why I didn’t give her a 5 stars was because of her staff. I have had several issues the last few experiences trying to get basic questions answered and appointments made. I called to pay a bill and they gave me an outside number who said they don’t handle billing payments. I suggest the staff undergo more professional training otherwise the great doctor experience I’ve had with dr Chou herself will be ruined. Unfortunately because of this experience I’m transferring doctors. Been with her for close to 3 years.
