Great place. The nurse practitioner is amazing. I have never actually met MY Dr. In the past 4 years I have been going here I have never actually seen Dr. Kevin Malone.

My husband Keith Anderson asked me to post this. He has found Dr. MALONE & staff to be qualified, responsive and caring for many years. Best primary care doctor that he has ever had.

Dr. Malone and his staff have always been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Before I came to Dr. Malones office, I was suffering from an unknown ailment. I had gone to the ER, and urgent care, both with two different diagnosis and both were wrong. After being seen by Dr. Malone, he correctly diagnosed my case as shingles. I was very relieved to finally know why I was in so much pain. He right away prescribed me the right medications to help alleviate my suffering. I have been going to Dr. Malones office ever since and have received wonderful treatment.

I literally couldnt even finish a sentence with the receptionist after holding for around 6 minutes (after hanging up the first time holding for around 10 minutes). She kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain what I needed, repeating the same thing even though I understood what she was saying and had mitigating details. Good grief, seriously?! And this is one of the only doctors my crappy health plan takes. I cant even make a stupid appointment.
