I have been using Pack & Bianes Vision Care services for many years now. I am extremely happy with their services they provide. Everyone in the office is so helpful from start to finish of my appointments. I do not see me moving to another Vision Care service in the future. Thank you to the whole staff of Pack &Bianes!

Dr. Pack is extremely thorough, dedicated and professional. His easy going demeanor makes the examination process that much better. The only downside is the actual pricing of lenses and glasses is very high.

This is the best place to get your eye exam and glasses. One of my daughters saw Dr. Pack and my other daughter saw Dr. Trajano. We love Barbara because she was so amazing over the phone and was able to get them in for an appointment the next day, which is unheard of. Both the doctors were very nice, sweet and made my daughters feel very comfortable during their appointment. This was my youngest daughters very first time getting an eye exam and she said she really felt at home. We love Frank for being being so outgoing and quick. Everyone was so friendly. I also noticed everyone wearing a mask and following safety precautions by cleaning the machines and rooms immediately after use. The office was clean and customer service was great! I will definitely be referring my friends and family here! Thank you for making their appointments positively memorable!

The place is beautiful and inviting. The staff very professional and caring. I can’t say enough about Dr. Bianes and Dr. Pack. They are extraordinary people. Dr. Pack is an exceptional doctor. He is kind, very caring, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He takes into account what you do for a living and/or what your hobbies are in order in order to tweek your prescription to perfection. His staff is trilingual and very friendly.

Excellent customer service for my initial visit! Dr. Pack was very warm and welcoming. The staff did an excellent job making sure I felt safe with the current covid precautions. I was the only patient in the office, everything I touched was sanitized and the doctor and staff were wearing PPE. Dr. Pack and his team spent a whole hour with me and explained what was going on with my eyes. He was patient and gave me different natural remedies to try to help my dry eyes instead of just writing a prescription. As a person who moves around a lot due to my spouse being in the military, I’ve seen many health care providers ranging between good and bad care. So when you receive good care, it’s a big deal! Thank you!

They are very honest in what frames suit you and are accommodating to budgets.
