Dr. García has been our kids doctor from birth. He’s amazing and caring!

I been taking my son since 2009 and I never had a problem or a rude experience. The staff members are always welcoming.

Everyone from the staff to the doctor are friendly and helpful. Love this office! I’m usually in & out of the office very quickly which is appreciated.

Great staff always friendly! Dr. Fish and Dr. Santiago are the best. My children have been patients for over 8 years never had an issue with getting appointments. If your looking for the best then this is the right place.

I’m finally done and I need to find a new pediatrician I have been so patient and have been with them a long time I have 6 boys. But, when you have kids that need to see specialist they take so long to finally realize they need to refer you out.😡

Dr. Fish needs to learn a thing or ten in PROFESSIONALISM! First visit to the office and it will be my last. The receptionists are impatient and the medical assistant are cold and look unhappy to be employed. They do not belong in a field with children.

Dr. García was my daughters pediatrician when she was a baby. She is now 16. Our toddler is now 3. We struggled so much when our toddler was an infant due to him getting sick every month and due to his colic problems for his first year and 4 months. We switched from Kaiser to Heritage Park Pediatrics. Our problems solved within the first visit. We followed thru what they recommended us to do and our sons colics remedied within the first week. I love how every doctor in the office is not afraid to be hands on and literally feel the ill areas in our children. Everywhere we used to go, there was a lot of verbal diagnosis and no physical examinations. Dr. García, N.P. Fish and Dr. Lazarazo have always been personal and extremely friendly with our children. They always acknowledge our children and its something I always enjoy seeing. They genuinely show care for them.

I will never recommend a doctor who doesnt care about his/her sick patients, specially when were talking about children. I made todays appointment 30 days ago because they didnt have anything sooner. I had to leave work earlier to pick up my daughter early from school and pick up my other daughter from the daycare in Tijuana, crossed back and call the doctors office to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. I finally got there, but the doctor did not want to see my daughters. They wanted me to make a new appointment 45 days after. I said to the receptionist that I understand we were late, but I called and ask for a grace period that everywhere you can get. Besides that, I had my daughter with the need of refill medications for asthma and nose bleeding, and my other daugther with ADD side effects. I asked to speak to the doctor, and he didnt want to see me; What kind of doctor doesnt want to see their patients and confont the problem. The receptionist only said Im sorry, these are the rules. Im just wondering why when we get to our appointments on time, they let us waiting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes until the doctor is avialable. They were not comprehensive, flexible; they were just careless to lose one of their patients. Instead of being more humans, they just want to follow rules and policies and not always are that efficient. People now a days act like computers not like human beings.

Dr.fish was really unprofessional she was extremely rude and came off very abrasive I will not be returning due to dr.fish

I have my children since babies with Dr Garcia Dr Santiago Dr De la Mora now they are teenagers and I have always had excellent service and attention, all very kind from receptionists to nurses and they as doctors

Always excellent ...! Dr. Carlos Garcia in my experience is very attentive, helpful and treats with great respect the pain and concern of parents and children, is very sensitive and dedicated to each case ... I have 2 children and has been attending them for 13 years. years and definitely to him and his excellent team I dont change it !!!
