Waited 2 hrs to be seen when there was only 2 patient ahead of me. doctor only talk to me for maybe 10 mins, I also had blood work prior to going to my appt to speed up the process and doctor states theses labs dont work but yet order the same labs.

Incompetent and uncaring. More interested in billings than healthcare. I finally walked out after 3 hours! Dont waste your time.

I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior upon entering the office.The lack of acknowledgement of my standing at the counter , in excess of 10mins. Only two other patients in the waiting room, yet my waiting to see my doctor was well over one hour.I am very disappointed and have changed Primary care doctor the next day. Dr. Aljawadi came highly recommended...yet her office and staff sadly left me sorely disappointed. First impression is terribly a sad one.

Worst front desk service. They dont answer phones at all. They may finally answer to put you on hold but never pick back up. I tried called all day yesterday and when I came in today for test results, I sat in the waiting area and watched how they handle phones....they dont. Phones kept ringing off the hook and they could care less. If they hate their jobs so much, why apply?

The only complaints are ever wait times... Sounds like there might be a reason so many people are willing to wait so long... That reason is because of how amazing the providers are there at My Chula Vista Doctors. 5 stars

This office is sloppy mixing COVID positive people with high risk patients in the waiting room. They not only double book but they have nine people booked at the same time they are probably responsible for some people getting covid. They will book you a 7 am appointment when the assistants don’t even come in until 7:30!

Brought the woman I care for to get blood drawn.And the lab technicians bruised her up ...took them 3 technicians to draw the right way.Unacceptable in the medical field and a horror to see their inexperience hurt the elder woman I am a caregiver for.Pathetic group.

I received the best treatment here by a doctor of the name of Steven Montague. He was kind, thorough, patient and informative. It’s nice to be made felt important versus just another name on the check list. He made sure all the bases were covered to get down to the reason of why I wasn’t feeling well. He nailed it!! I definitely recommend this place! Also I was in and out in less than in hour!

My experience here has been very good .Dr Rabago is my primary Dr. and she is amazing, she takes her time with you, she never rushes you. She listens to any cares and concerns and gives excellent advice. The DR. ALBS are great as well they are the husband and wife duo Mrs. Dr. Albs is my GYNO and she recommended all of my test she is very clear and precise. Mr. Dr. Alb has seen me a few times when Dr. Rabago couldnt see me and I was immediately comfortable with him because his bombstastic wife has seen me and he didnt disappoint. My only issue here was the wait time but you know what??? Having excellent quality Drs was worth the frustrated wait.

Called today 3/4/19 at 11:23, girl said just one person ahead of me, put me on hold for 20 MINUTES!obviously, they dont want to take on more patients, to bad they were recommended. Dont waste your time!!!!!

She is an amazing dr she takes time to listen to you and is very careing she is very thrall and patient. I love this dr and would recommend her to Everyone 😊

Dr. Stillwell was very attentive to my medical needs. Felt comfortable with her care.

I have had approximately a dozen appointments with two different Doctors and two different PAs in urgent care. Dr. Polak and her staff are in great demand as evidenced by the length of time before a future appointment.The two Doctors I have seen, Dr Georgia Aljawadi and Dr. Carla Stillwell, listened patiently to my needs with compassion and understanding and at no time was there a sense of being rushed. I was given a full explanation of their diagnosis and was given a role in determining my own treatment.Dr. Polaks is the very best practice I have encountered in my 74 years and it was worth the wait! I come to my appointments with music and reading material prepared to wait patiently although I have had to wait more than a few minutes only twice. After all, we are called patients because we endure without complaint - until we see the doctor.

Terrible front desk service! Ive been a patient here for many years and lately its been horrible. Ive shown up in person and tried to get my problem addressed and no help at all. Ive been told they will call me back and no one ever does. Not acceptable!

I cant stand this place. The parking is always ridiculous. Then they take forever to check you in. And then only spend minimal time with you once you get in the back. I will be changing Drs soon.

Dr. Melissa Yelanich is a great doctor and human being. He knows how to listen to the patient and always does what is best for my health and well-being, few doctors do that. Thank you doctor for all your effort and being a humble person and putting yourself in the patients shoes.God bless her
