Office staff and doctor nurses or assistants are clueless and have no customer service skills at all! Im looking to change doctors because of this. I left a message, no call back. Left another message, no call back. When I call to reschedule an appointment, I finally get someone and I ask her why nobody returns my phone calls when I leave a voicemail and her response ooohhh thats weird, ya, I dont know. Maybe the call didnt go through. Seriously! She sounded like I woke her from a nap!

Front office staff is clueless. Cant answer basic admin questions. What happened to Liz? At least she was competent!

Always have appointments available if there are any health issues or concerns, as fast as same day appointments if my kids are sick
