I have been visiting this dental office for many years for my whole family dentist are experience courteous and very patient I highly recommend this office.

Did not like this place the dentist or what the employees call the doctor is explaining everything to them instead of him explaining it to me! He didnt seem to have the interest of explaining anything. So I went to another dentist that gave me and intrested of explaining it all to me. I would not recommend this place.

This place is not for me .. didnt get the service I was looking for and charged for nothing being done .. thank you but Ill not be returning..... ok Im not going to edit just add ... yall going to charge me 3 times for one vist well my lawyer has your number .. yall are so unprofessional you are robbing me blind I went one time got asked questions then charged 3 times for the same one visit .. never a again and I hope yall clean up this is bad

Its sad that you have a nice clean office and your staff mess it up. I am so sorry, I felt like we had intruded into there world, please get over yourself you are not better than anyone.

Place is clean, sadly they no longer have the great dentists they once had, they switch dentists every few months, and dentists now working there are very sketchy, they butcher your gums while doing procedures, they make requests for procedures you most likely don’t need, you ask for a change of dentist and they refuse to reschedule and accommodate you with another dentist. For three months back to back they cancelled my appointments without letting me know, they put in requests for dental procedures I did not need to get money out of my insurance company, when I am someone who takes their dental care very seriously, my insurance company obviously denied to cover the procedures and called me concerned since they have dental professionals that review the xrays etc. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and even that dentist told me luckily that I didn’t require all those procedures and that they were butchering my teeth and just trying to get money from my insurance company and money out fo my pocket. I spoke to their “coordinator” she who is in charge and instead of handling the issue professionally, she argued in a very unpleasant tone and hung up or either placed me on hold when calling back. Definitely not someone I’d recommend to go to, please be cautious of your dental care.

Nice clean place. Great people. But they take forever to see you. Its been 50 min since my appointment and we havent been seen

The Adult Great Dental Group is very friendly. They always make sure you are doing fine and also are really good at explaining and making sure your teeth are fine. Staff is very friendly and fast at what they do.

I have been coming here for years and have never had an issue here. The staff are great and caring also very professional. I cannot recommend a place more than this

Alejandra in the front desk is really unprofessional and rude. The doctor on the other hand is amazing she treats you like a family member. Sucks to have Alejandra in the front with a nasty attitude. I would give 5 stars once they get rid of her.

I had a great experience with this office. Dr.Zapasnik and staff were very welcoming . I was really nervous, but Alejandra was so nice and helped me understand every visit

I been coming here for a while I had searched for a good dentist we’re my kids would feel safe and i found it and will be staying here for a long while.

I like the dentist. They are nice and take care of your teeth. Without them I would have nasty ugly teeth.

I went to great dental group for a check up, I was in pain on my lower right side, and although they couldn’t extract my wisdom tooth there Alejandra was so nice and professional she called the oral surgeons office and set up an appointment for me . She made my visit so easy . I’d definitely recommend this office

Very pleased with this dental office.

Worst dental service in San Diego! They required a $100 dental cleaning before I could get any work done and My appointment got cancelled because I couldnt receive a confirmation phone call the day before my appointment. Sorry I work. What dentist requires you to confirm an appointment two hours before the closing of their office the day before your appointment ? Pathetic. The doctor was rude and dismissed my pain because she was busy giggling with her assistant. Dont bother !
