Dr. Tin has been my dentist for years. Her and the staff are very nice. I recommend!

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The doctor was 10 minutes late. Myself and 2 other patients were locked out of the office in the pouring rain. Finally the office opened. I was there for a consult and impressions for a denture. I was seated after 15 minutes. The doctor walked in the the exam room. They wanted to take x-rays. I explained to them that I had x-rays 2 days ago at the referring dentist. They seemed upset that I would not pay for more x-rays. The referring dentist sent the x-rays over. Dr. Tin did not even look in my mouth or anything. She said that they would submit to my insurance for approval. She then told me it could take a month. A month later I called my insurance and they have NEVER submitted a claim. Now I am in pain and no progress has been mad. The doctor has a very unkind condescending attitude.

My experience was very good. The staff was friendly and professional and Tin San Aye did first rate work, Im glad I took the recommendation.

Tried calling all last week and no answer and stopped by. Are they still open?
