The office is very clean and they take every precaution to ensure the safety of everyone, not to mention such a lovely group of people working there. Alicia was very helpful, worked within my insurance coverage and schedule to meet all my needs. I came here for my first visit to have a routine checkup and deep cleaning. Dr. Drachenberg is friendly, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything that he is doing. The support staff here are excellent as well. Once youre there, they give good customer service, however they do a terrible job getting back to you after you leave a voicemail. They also do a bad job following up with you when there is an issue.
