I started my braces treatment here and it has been a great experience with them Lauren and all the staff have been really nice and helpful right when I walk into the door I feel comfortable and am helped quick. I had already see a big difference in my new smile.If you are looking to get braces this is the place to go.

I don’t even know how to start this review… This office has absolutely shattered my fear to go to the dentist. Years ago, I root canal done at a different dental office. The root canal was very painful. So painful, it felt like I was in a “Saw” movie. I felt so much pain during the procedure and my crowns kept falling off after. That experience kept me from going to the dentist for years. Recently I started having toothache. The pain was so bad I finally went to the dentist. I tried another office in Eastlake first. I told them which teeth were bothering me. They too xrays on those two teeth alone and charged me $110 just for the X-rays. I thought the estimate they gave me was a little high so I told them I would check another office. I went to Premier Dental Care of Eastlake to get a second opinion. As soon as I entered the door, I felt comfortable. Cristina in the front desk greeted me, reviewed my estimate and right away said that they could give me a complimentary evaluation. They took X-rays of all my teeth at no cost. The doctor also gave me a game plan on what needed to be done and also a priority ranking based on urgency. They then quoted me me a lower rate and in addition to that, they offered me finance options. The medical assistant Marlen, did a fantastic job. She was very patient and had a nice touch. Top of the line technology they have too. No BS, I use to fear going to the dentist… I’m now looking forward to my next appointment. This is a great dentist office with an even better team. Solid all across the board.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I called premier dental of eastlake on a Saturday morning after going to another dentist the day before and ending up in the ER. They told me to come in right away and I would be seen as soon as possible. I was literally in tears when I arrived and they were so nice to me and saw me right away. I ended up having a severe infection and was there for 5 hours getting work done. My dentist was so nice to me and took the time to explain everything and reassure me it would be ok. I had to be put on antibiotics which meant I couldn’t breastfeed my son anymore, which made me very upset, and was so empathetic and even offered to work with me and my pediatrician to try to make a plan for being on/off meds so I could continue breastfeeding. He definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me. After I left, I had to drive to a cvs about 10 miles away to pick up the specific antibiotic. When I got there, they were so rude - they said the prescription wasn’t called in or it was on their voicemail that they didn’t check yet, and the pharmacist was about to go to lunch, so I’d have to wait a few hours. I called premier dental again and the woman at the front desk was so nice! They were technically closed and she stayed and called cvs with me on the line, spoke to the pharmacist, and made them get my prescription ready in an hour. I will definitely go back here and would recommend them to anyone!

Will not be returning, it was way better 10 years ago Now they are un professional, un organized and they will not ever return any of your call to answer your questions , my family and I been there for over a decade and I had great experience with dr maroon, his great even my kids grew up knowing him and love him even though we moved 60 miles away we still manage to come and stay with him because of dr maroon NOT so much of the staff , I really love the staff back then 11 years ago they were great awesome staff, but over they years lots have changed they always seem to have new staff every few months, Anyways its sad to say because of his staff we will never return😥

I had the worst experience with this location. They make a lot of medical errors on my cosmetic dentistry and a lot of excuses and no accountability. I really liked the staff they had in 2019 but the quality in service and dental cate is clearly lacking in the past year. My family and I will definitely not be returning.

Absolute FRAUDS! Went two years ago as a new patient and they said I needed 8 fillings. I had a check-up six months prior to this visit with my regular dentist in Virginia and had no issues. There was no way I had 8 cavities in 6 months time, later confirmed by another dentist. And now, two years later, I get a bill for $198 with nothing more than a note that said PAY IMMEDIATELY. No itemized list, no dates, nothing more than a demand to Pay now. Nevermind the fact that I havent been in 2 years and my insurance covered 100% of the visit. BEWARE!!!

I had a great experience and that staff and Drs are amazingAnd I would recommend the office anyone in need of a dentist. The people are amazing, I feel like they really care about my teeth.

I absolutely enjoyed having my teeth whitened at this office! Not only did they do a fantastic job of whitening my teeth the staff also treats you just like family! They make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what is going on. Thank you Premier Dental for my beautiful white smile! Would go there again :))

My experience at Premier Dental Care of Eastlake was very pleasant! I was greeted promptly in a warm and welcoming way by Mary. Customer service was fantastic and that is a big thing in my book! Dr. Maroon is very kind and comforting to my concerns and really make me feel at ease because I was very nervous. He does fantastic work and I HIGHLY recommend this office!

I used to be scared of dentists since i was little because its so painful, but not at this dentistry! All The procedures went so smooth and i didnt feel anything!! Hallelujah!!! .. Everyone out there are super friendly And welcoming starting with a front desk ladies! The entire staff is just amazing, fun, interacting and i trust them 100% ! Highly recommend to make an appointment and see how good they are! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Honestly, this dental office is the best! My friend recommend Dr. Maroon to me & I was not at all disappointed. He is not only ethical & honest but him and his assistants/staff have warm personalities and charm as well!They take their time, explain everything, & always made sure I was comfortable (very important to me), Im kind of a diva when it comes to personal services such as this and I was super happy with my results and the service that they gave, I also got a pretty good special $$woo hoo! I highly recommend this location if you want to be treated like FAMILY!!

The best dental office in San Diego!!!!They are absolutely amazing with children and even fearful adults like myself. I had a issue with a tooth needing a root canal and they went over and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of as far as price and service. Premier Dental made me feel like family and not just another number.

Love Dr. Maroon and his staff. His recommendations were very straightforward and his service was unmatched. Also, the cost for my daughters braces were significantly lower than what our previous dentist quoted and resulted in us changing over to him and his staff!

This clinic keeps sending us reminders of our cleaning even though my husband has told them several times we have that somewhere else. I even receive recordings saying I have an appointment when I wasnt even a patient there. Predatory at best!

FRAUDERS!!!!! FRAUDERS!!!! FRAUDERS!!!!I haven’t been to this dentist in over a decade and just recently when I went to try and get Invisalign through my current dentist I was told that my Insurance was already charged for braces in 2008 wich I never had...Ive never had braces before and Now I can’t get the proper orthodontic treatment that I need because my Insurance was fraudently charged by Robert Maroons Dental Office

My review is strictly in regards to the staff and not Dr.Maroon. He has been professional, but he needs to overhaul his staff. There was an awesome orthodontist deal in the Buy 1 Get 1 magazine for braces that we couldnt pass up. We took our daughter to start the process of having her braces put on. The first day we were told there was an error in the ad and normally the retainer is an extra cost, but they agreed to honor the ad and they will not charge for the retainer. During these 2 years there has been several occasions that we would receive notices about a balance owed. After disputing the invoices they would come back and say it was an error. I understand there will be mistakes, but how do you start having billing issues 2 years later? Especially when the account was paid in full the 1st year!Now we are at the end of service and being told they will no longer honor the original deal, which means we will have to pay for the retainer! So, I advised we will not be purchasing retainers from them and they can take her braces off. For some reason an appointment for take off was not made and my husband called in to schedule her appointment for removal once he made it home. We are now the day before removal and we receive a call stating they will need to reschedule her appointment because her retainer isnt in. I advised we were not getting retainers from them and the appointment was to remove her braces. The representative tried to tell me my husband called in to order the retainer, which is incorrect because I was in the room when my husband made the appointment. This makes no sense!!! They really need to get it together and stop playing the blame game. They always blame it on another staff member instead of fixing the issue.Now we have to pay additional money to another orthodontist for a retainer and removal of her braces!

The doctor is nice and seems capable. Unfortunately, this capability seems not to be the case The office staff is HORRIBLE and their billing practices seem criminal to me. They are over-priced and very sneaky about adding on things without permission...re: deep cleanings. I have to get a crown revised because it was inserted incorrectly. My new dentist says the work was haphazard.

Love Dr Maroon and crew...even my mother, a fearful dental client, loves them. Great care and scheduling. They listen and follow through, youre not just another patient.

WARNING: I am having the same billing issue as some of the other former patients. My family and I have not been patients since 2014 and they are trying to bill me for services they say my insurance did not pay. I called and asked for an itemized statement and a copy of the EOB they received from my insurance company for review before I consider paying the balance. They sent me a statement with balance forward from 11/6/2017. No itemization nor copy of EOB stating my insurnace company was not paying. What the heck! I have notified my Insurance company not to pay any further invoices from this dentist. It seems they are simply trying to balance their books by trying to bill patients. I have also called the BBB. Be careful if you do consider this office and check your EOBs. If you are going there for a Workers Comp injury, make sure you are copied on all the bills they send the worker comp insurance as well.

They lie cheat and will steal and bill you for services not asked for. I have a dispute and possible law suit pending.

Fantastic experience here as always, all staff are true professionals!!!!!
