I’ll start off by saying the staff here have always been super nice and attentive. I’m really not sure what happened this past visit, but I made sure to be early and we still waited for over an hour past our check in time until I finally had to get up and leave. My 8 month old was getting super fussy and no one bothered to check in on us to let us know when we’d be seen or that the doctor was running behind schedule. I don’t know if this was just an off day for the doctors here, but it’s very frustrating to come to an appointment for a set time and watch as others who came after you get seen first while you’re left waiting.

My two daughters (ages 5 and 2) go to Children’s Primary and see Dr. Broudy and Dr. Fletcher. On occasion we have seen Dr. Mistry if the other two aren’t available. They are all kind and caring and so easy to talk to. They talk me through any concerns that I have and I never feel rushed even if I have a lot of questions. Most importantly they make my kids feel as comfortable as possible while they are there for visits. All of the nurses and front desk staff have been super friendly and I am just so happy we have found great pediatricians for our kids.

Called to say my hubs accidentally went to the wrong location (we just switched to this one, because Medical Center drive takes almost an hour past appointment time to be seen, no exaggeration) and asked if there was still time for our appointment if he is 15 minutes late. We were told yes, but the truth was no, which means our child skipped lunch to wait around when we could have been respecfully told to reschedule instead. The customer service at the CV West location is no better: I called to schedule an appointment and the girls attitude was so bad that I wont go there again. This is the McDonalds of medical care: pump the people through with vaccines in hand, no time to look at their chart or speak with them as individuals- you might as well be a #9 or a combo or a dollar menu item 😒

We have seen Dr Broudy since my daughter was born and hes always shown genuine concern for her health and well being. We habe also seen other pediatricians when hes not available and Dr Nguyen is another pediatrician we have had a very pleasent experience with.Thank you Childrens Primary Care.

We love Dr. Broudy and the level of attention he gave to his patients, our kids. I would give a five star, but there is one nurse that is a bit rough giving shots and performing the nurse functions. My daughter had to get her ears clean with some chemical and flush it out. My daughter was very patient, until this nurse hurt her so bad while trying to flush her ears.Many wrong things I observe:1. She didnt know how to correctly pour the chemical in my daughters ears, it got all over the place2. She hurt my daughter so bad when trying to remove her earrings. She probably dont even need to take it off. My daughter was crying so loud.3. She flush the water so hard in my daughters ears that it made her cried out of control.Please know what you are doing with the small kids. you have to be very gentle. I feel so bad for my daughter. Now, I will request for a different nurse if she is assigned to treat my kids.

Front desk is always frendly when you walk in. Felxible in taking you in when your child is sick, avoiding taking them to the ER and haveing to wait for hours to be seen. My kids pediatrician is Dr. Fletcher and she is amazing!
