After explaining EXTENSIVELY the problems we have had finding care for our kids due to my daughter’s mild autism and son being neurotypical, Mayra assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I pushed for a trial day and it was given. They had my daughter less than 3 hours and communication was spotty after that. We weren’t comfortable with their reactions and facial expressions regarding our daughter when we picked them up so I offered for her ABA therapists to accompany her to help with transitioning her into this new environment. It was cleared by licensing however when it came to Mayra and her family they stated that it was to much responsibility for her therapists to be there and they are welcoming our son back but not my daughter. I’m not at all impressed with our experience there and it’s really sketchy that they didn’t want another adult in the home during care. They were strangers, in a strange environment and they didn’t have any understanding or empathy for my daughter being scared initially upon entering their home from school.

My daughter has been going to little learners for a few months. This is our first time taking her to a daycare, we were so scared to take her to a place where it wasn’t a family member watching her. BUT, im glad that we did. Since day one, Myra and Mr. Willy (my daughter calls him like that) were very welcoming. Answered every question or concern I had, making me feel safe and comfortable with leaving my daughter with them. She loves it and has learned so much from being their. The environment of the daycare is 100% family oriented. They communicate efficiently, update me on how my daughter is doing through the day. Send pictures of activities they are doing. All in all I am very happy I made the choice of enrolling my little one at little learners daycare.

My daughter loves Little Learners Daycare!!! This is my first experience with a in home daycare and im glad I choose little learners daycare. Since taking my daughter there she has made so many new friends and awesome memories. She gets to play and have fun while im at work. The staff is amazing with keeping everything sanitized and safe for the children. They have helped me with distant learning by making sure my daughter is in class every morning ready to learn. She gets help if shes not understanding a subject or even if the computer is having technical issues theyre ready to help with any problem it might be. I would recommend Little Learners Daycare to any parent that wants their kid to feel at-home while being at daycare.

My children love being here while I’m at work! The staff is very friendly and big hearted, they treat my children as if they were their own. I highly recommend Little Learners Daycare. Mrs. Mayra helped potty train my 2 year old in less than 1 week and helped him with his vocabulary. Before daycare my 2 year old was really shy and would barely play with other kids, now he’s very friendly and speaks a lot, which I’m very proud of. I have to say Mrs. Mayra & Mr. Will are a great help with my 3 children. I used to struggle feeding my children veggies and thanks to Mrs. Mayra & Mr. Will they now enjoy eating their veggies, they helped show my kids how important and good veggies are. I cannot express enough how much help they provide, my work schedule can be hectic and long at times and it’s a great relief knowing they are in great hands in a safe environment (love that they have security cameras on site). I was really nervous at first about putting them in a daycare but I have to say I made the right choice in enrolling them with Little Learners! I really like that this daycare provides outdoor activities and go on field trips as well. The communication Mrs. Mayra and Mr. Will provide is very good, they send photos and texts throughout the day with updates on the kids. They also help my 5 and 6 year old with they homework and provide the transportation to and from school which is great! My kids and I are very happy with Little Learners Daycare and the service they provide, we couldn’t ask for a better daycare. ♥️

One of the best daycares out there my children really enjoy going here and never make a fuzz about it. Sometimes they are even excited to go because they go out on field trips special activities or they even have birthday parties for the children. If you want your children to be safe happy and well educated I recommend this awesome daycare

I recently enrolled my son in Little Learners Daycare. I actually located Little Learners via Yelp. I like to research something as much as I can before I schedule an appt. I had been hoping and praying to find a daycare that had later hours since I am a single working mother. It seemed all the other daycares in the area were closed by 5pm. I recently relocated out to the San Diego area and found a job quite quickly but the daycare piece was much more difficult than I expected. After scrolling thru 30 daycares in the list that came up near the zip code I had placed in the drop down I had almost given up hope. Something told me to go one more page. And I did. Lo and behold there was Little Learners Daycare. They have extended hours til 9pm at night and they are open for weekend childcare. It was a Godsend. I could have cried I was so relieved and happy to visually see a possibility. I immediately reviewed their website and sent a message. Even though it was 9 to 10pm at nite I didn’t want to lose the opportunity. They responded quite quickly the next day, (even though they were on a scheduled vacation.) They made time for me that Monday.Well, that Monday arrived and I went and met Mayra, Wil, Mayra’s mother who said she loves to also cook for the children homemade meals. And also, the sister as well. They were all warm, welcoming and kind. The place is an in home daycare with a traditional preschool feel. A big backyard with grass, a teeter totter, enclosed trampoline, one of those toddler kid houses. My son went wild in the backyard. He adores being outdoors. She allowed him to enjoy himself while he was within eyesight while I was touring. I was very impressed. Overall, my son has now been there for several weeks and his speech has improved. He is happy when I pick him up and proudly tells me what they did that day and what he learned or who he is now friends with. It has definitely made our relocation more stress free to know he is in loving hands and his growth is a priority at Little Learners. Highly, highly, highly recommend! Oh, and side note: they just made forky from Toy Story 4 this past Friday. My son was actually holding the little clay figure when we went to In N Out that evening and the worker handing us our food and shake squealed in delight and mentioned it to all her coworkers because she just thought it was the coolest. I proudly told her,” Yeah, he made it at his daycare.”
