Screamed at students and threatened to call the police just for calling to ask for information. I am a teacher in the community and my middle school students needed information from local businesses. When my students called this facility to know the cost of monthly daycare, the person who picked up screamed at my student and told them that they need to call other places. The quote or cost for the daycare is not evident in any of the information online which prompted student and anyone to call. Her outbursts is concerning which makes me wonder if she responds to other customers or children in manner. Her disrespectful behavior also makes me and my students parent feel uncomfortable in supporting her business since she does not support students efforts in learning from their community for school.

A true pleasure to know Esperanzas Child Care for being an ecological place where it offers an environment and a chemical-free environment. :)
