The team at this salon really cares about helping you reach peak beauty while educating you on how to replicate your style between visits with minimal effort. They were all nice and professional yes. But they didnt do the hair color I want they suggested a hair color that I didnt want but did it anyway cuz I dont want them to feel bad. And also I told them that I dont want my hair to be cut at all cuz its already too short but they cut it anyway. So I was really disappointed when I went out of this salon.

Rafi is beyond words. When I looked at the work he had done, the first fleeting thought wasits a wig but when the tears cleared my eyes, I was speechless. He is a Master. He talked to me about what was needed and explained every snip of the scissors. I will go no where else. Ever.

I started coming to Rafi about 2 years ago and I can say that it’s the best decision I have ever made for my hair.On our first appointment/consultation, he took the time to educate me about my hair type and what was best for it. He even went as far as to teach me how to style my hair and what products I should be using but never with a push to purchase any of own. He is very professional and pleasant to work with.After years of searching for a proper hair stylist who can handle my thick hair, color it beautifully and treat it with care, I can say it has finally found its home.

Rafi is the best! I have had the best hair styles from Rafi. I found this business after reading a review stating that the person travels all the way from Arizona to get her hair done from him. I figured it was worth a try. I have been going to One Hair Salon for a year and do not plan to go anywhere else. Rafi gave me a chic long bob. Then I tired a short style and Rafi made me feel sexy! Rafi is amazing!!! I have wavy/curly hair and not many people know how to cut, color or manage my type of hair. He spent time consulting me and asking me what I would like. He made recommendations that I decided to go with and I’m beyond happy with. My hair was damaged from the highlights and cut incorrectly that last place I went to. I have definitely found the right person for my type of hair. I would highly recommend him and his salon!! Rafi is Extremely professional, the location is extremely clean, presentable, and welcoming. This place is nothing short of amazing! I found Rafi by a friend, before him I was with an artist for 8years but she charged way too much after all that time with her. I decided to venture elsewhere. I have curly medium to long hair, so I’m extremely picky with who cuts my hair. Rafi immediately took to my hair and made it 100 times better ( healthier and shiny) than ever before! I like how direct he is and will tell you what he suggests versus what “you think you’ll want.” Which we need! The salon itself is very clean and modern. I highly recommend Rafi for your hair!

I would definitely give this salon five star because they are super professional super clean and organize. I highly recommend this salon if you are trying to get your hair professionally done. Everyone works there is super amazing, especially Mike ask for him he takes his time with people and he gets you the best results and he’s so good at blow drying and styling your hair as well as coloring. This is definitely going to be the only place I will always go back to.

I desperately needed someone to do my hair and after seeing so many good reviews I decided to give One Salon a call. Rafi immediately returned my call and was able to fit me in on his only day off. I just moved to San Diego and wasnt sure where to go to get my hair done but I am so glad I found this salon. I have to say that compared to other salons Ive been to all over southern California, Rafi and his Salon is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable and hard working as well as able to teach you how to care for your hair, and what look/color looks the best for you individually. I went in not really knowing what I wanted or even what would be the best look, what I walked out with was mind blowing. My hair not only looked Amazing but I FELT Amazing! My mother commented to me that I looked years younger, and my niece and sister said it was such a beautiful change they almost didnt recognize me. As for customer service I rate 5 stars as well, everyone was super friendly, very clean and safe. I 100% recommend this Salon and I will definitely be returning!

I never write reviews but this time i had to. I got a haircut and colored my hair by mike stephan and he was absolutely amazing!!! He did an great job and provided great care for my hair. His service was also amazing. I am never going anywhere else this place is literally the best spot in east lake!
