I have a compound prescription filled at Christiansburg Pharmacy on a regular basis. I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience with the pharmacy service and preparedness. They are always extremely pleasant. They have my prescription ready when it is promised. They make the process very easy. And I love shopping locally. I would highly recommend this business.

Christiansburg pharmacy is amazing. They called me (not a recording)at 7:30pm to tell me that my wifes prescriptions were ready. I told them that I could not pick them up until the morning since my wife is in hospice and could not leave her by herself. They had someone deliver them in less than 15 minutes. I love calling them and getting a real person without having to go through a lengthy menu of options. They really care about their customers.

This staff is so friendly and professional. Ryan, one of the delivery people, is awesome! He is definitely a keeper! So very polite and courteous as well as the rest of the Pharmacy team! They feel like a part of my family. I will never choose another pharmacy and hope they never change!

Seriously the best pharmacy!! Every single time I come here, they are so sweet. I was taking a prepu quiz on my phone and was in the drive thru waiting and wasn’t paying attention to the car behind me so I decided to pull in a parking spot to finish my quiz and to give them time and the lady brought my medicine to me! (Still confirming my name and DOB of course❤️) anyways, it was just something she didn’t have to do but she did anyways. Outstanding, I always recommend them 1000% oh and my prescriptions don’t take longer than 15 minutes and seriously I don’t think it’s even taken longer than 5 minutes. They are amazing 10/10😁❤️😍

Yep. All the five star reviews are spot on. Our previous pharmacy had really declined in quality over the past three or four years and we always talk about switching somewhere else. We didnt for years, because we thought it would be a huge hassle and that something would get messed up.Well, one day we just walked into Christiansburg Pharmacy and asked about the process. From the moment we walked in the door we could tell - there is just a really positive vibe and energy in this building. Everyone is helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. We have a moderately complicated list of things we need done a certain way and these gals and guys have made every request and question feel like a breeze. We got everything switched over just by walking in and asking. It wasnt more than a five minute process.Finally when one of us says I need to stop by the pharmacy.... we dont both groan and dig in for a battle or a long wait. Every trip to Christiansburg Pharmacy for us has been quick, easy and painless. Now thats a big change. If you are looking for a good, solid, local pharmacy then check these folks out. They are awesome.

This pharmacy gave me the best experience Ive had with any medical professional EVER. The staff were so kind and Brandon not only went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, he genuinely restored my faith in humanity. I had such a positive experience with Christiansburg pharmacy. They were kind over the phone, efficient, and willing to do a local delivery of over-the-counter supplies. The delivery made it not just the same day, but the same hour and they called to let me know when the delivery driver left for the house. And, the price was just about in line with a chain pharmacy or online store like Amazon. Overall, such great service - thanks so much.

Thank you Christiansburg Pharmacy! They really helped me out today. I had a prescription at Kroger and they only gave me enough to fill two days worth, told me to come back, needless to say they did not have my medicine. I really needed the medicine and drove thru the drive thru and they had the prescription transferred and filled it super fast. I know who I can count on, very nice, and even sold me a pill box Thur the drive thru. Awesome service, I was impressed with how they handled the situation. I would highly recommend this pharmacy ❤️

This place is PHENOMENAL! I cant say enough good things about the level of customer service my family has received- the staff is the best! Quick lines in the drive-thru, medications always in stock, questions always answered, and service delivered with a smile and positive attitude. We switched from CVS and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend- you wont be disappointed!

Lines move MUCH quicker than that of CVS. I can’t speak for all medications, but mine are always cheaper at C’burg pharmacy than anywhere else. I also prefer to support small business 😁

Was recommended by my family doc so I figured Id give it a try. Wow.. I have never had a pharmacy be so efficient, polite, & affordable (my medication price dropped by over 50%... dont even know how..). Its an extra couple miles down the road compared to a Kroger or CVS but well worth it. This will be my pharmacy for as long as I live in Blacksburg/Christiansburg.

I used Walmart for a while when first getting my scripts but after they kept screwing up every order, my mom suggested Christiansburg Pharmacy and its been the best choice weve ever made. Was a former customer of Walgreens and got tired of the rudeness. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and friendly the people who work here are. Helped with some insurance issues in 1 day. The same issues that the other place couldnt fix. Highly recommend for anyone who is tired of the big box rudeness

Nothing like a hometown pharmacy with prices as good as the big box pharmacys. If your looking for a pharmacy you dont need to look anymore Im sure theyll meet all your expectations. This place is awesome they are so nice! I didnt know I could use a coupon for my medication until he told me. and with the coupon I only had to pay 5 dollars. I always hated cvs because they were always so rude and I always had trouble out of them but I only went there because it was so close. So glad I decided to try this pharmacy I hope they take all of cvs customers

Christiansburg pharmacy in Blacksburg pharmacy are owned by the same individuals. And you will not find a better group of people anywhere. I cannot speak highly enough of them and the service they provide. this is how a business should be run. And this is how customer service should be.

This will be lengthy, which I will apologize in advance. We have tried several pharmacies, all which would have terrible attitudes, script never ready when they said etc. We decided to try another pharmacy which was reccomended by my dr. Each interaction with a variety of the staff has been nothing but fantastic. Rather its going out of their way to see the mix up with insurance, contacting the Dr due their lack of refill request response etc... Every single time were greated with a smile and the best customer service we have ever received! To be honest, each staff member makes you feel welcomed and a feeling of family, Ive never waited longer than 3-5 from start to finish for picking up our prescriptions. YOU cant go wrong if you transfer to this pharmacy, nor will you regret it. If their was an award for best business, pharmacy, customer service and owner/management CHRISTIANSBURG PHARMACY deserves it. Yall help make our life a lil easier with going way above and beyond, doing yalls job. We dont have to be worried if your out of our medication etc. Choose this pharmacy, best in the business!! This place is awesome. Had my meds ready in 5 mins and I was a new customer , my doctor actually reccomended them to me. And after another 45 min wait at Walgreens for them to tell me their computers are down I will never go anywhere else again! Awesome awesome, so kind , every one is!
