My first visit to Invision was impressive. Very nice staff, Dr. Becky Mann was professional, knowledgeable and explained issues in detail. All equipment was up to date.

The best place in the New River Valley to get eye medical attention! I feel so confident about the care they have with kids. Every single person working there is kind and professional.

I always amazed at how well run this business is operated. Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. I always appreciate doctor offices that stay on schedule and respect patient time. The office itself is beautifully decorated and kept spotless. It is obvious that the business management end of this business is skillfully executed daily to provide the best possible experience for the patient.

Dr Becky Mann and her entire staff are amazing. If you want old fashion true customer service this is the eye doctor for you. Dr Mann listens to all your question explains everything in great detail. Gives you options and really knows her patients. The staff is on point always happy friendly and so very helpful. It is the only place for me and my family.

The space is beautiful and spotless, and the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. She systematically scrutinized every aspect of my vision health, using a variety of modern instruments and technology. She is clearly experienced and knowledgeable.Rebecca measured me for my new lenses. I have not received them yet, but I feel certain that they will work for me. I also am assured that if they do not, Dr Mann will work with me to get them right. Im a former patient of Dr Scott Brandau, and I was worried that I could not find a worthy replacement when he retired. I think Dr Mann is going to be the replacement Ive been searching for. The five star rating is accurate. Ive never had such an easy time at vision facility. The equipment is top notch and the staff is friendly and professional. The facility is very elegant and well laid out. They have a good selection of frames and the prices are competitive. There isnt anything I can think of to say negative. They are the best in town.

Sorry...all 5 star reviews is highly suspicious. The Dr. was nice enough but the sales person I dealt with was unfriendly and condescending. Her sales method seems to be to try to make you feel inferior for shopping at a place like lenscrafters and/or not going for the most expensive lens. Regardless, their lenses are not worth the jacked up prices. The ones I got from them were ugly with purple reflections that I wasnt told about and more importantly, I could no longer see my computer. Luckily they gave me my money back and I went back to lenscrafters and got a new pair (frame plus lenses) for the same price as lenses alone from Invision. I cant recommend them.

Christiansburg Invision has the best doctor and staff ever! Dr. Becky has been helping me to get the best vision for years. Last week Dee took the time to help me correct an issue I had with Walmart! I had the prescription filled at Walmart to save money. In the end I decided to order from Invision after all because Walmart did not order the correct lens. You may save a few dollars at Walmart, but the three weeks Ive been without my glasses is not worth it. Dee is great!

Last week, my partner and I had our first visits for eye exams at Invision. This group had been recommended to us by friends. The staff accommodated us by scheduling our exam times consecutively; and, because we would be driving some distance to get home, they conducted my partners exam without dilating his eyes. Both the staff and Dr. Scott Mann were very pleasant and professional. They explained procedures clearly and answered all questions we had.

Ive been to a few eye doctors in the area: Pulaski & Radford. I have never been to a better eye doctor. He explained things very well and everyone was very kind.

The rating is not true which I felt the service is not good for me. In addition, the doctor made my eyes get infection.They just want to promote the glasses after examination.

There is a reason theyre 5-star, their customer service is impeccable. I definitely recommend.

I want to start out by saying WOW! I had my first appointment with Invision today and I can’t possibly begin to describe how wonderful my experience was. From the clean, beautiful office, to the caring bedside manner of the staff, I believe I have found my longterm eye specialists! When I left the appointment I knew I was going to be seeing clearly with or without the rain being gone!

Dr Becky did a great job with my elderly father She was so patient with him and took the time to slowly explain things to make sure he understood. She also made sure he comprehended what she was asking by having him repeat what she asked. This is a wonderful office filled with beautiful people.

The most comprehensive eye examination I have ever had. Dr. Becky is a true professional with a great bedside manner. I will certainly be back for future exams. The only disappointment is the facility does not accept any insurance for glasses purchase; so, I had to go elsewhere and saved over 50%. I would have preferred to use their office, but could not justify the cost.

I needed a new contact prescription on very short notice, complicated by the fact that I have a number of challenges with my eyes. Dr Mann met with me the next day, spent all the time needed to help me find the best solution, and then helped me order the contacts I needed. I was able to get an appointment only a few days out with Dr. Scott Mann. I had been here once before with my son for a free infant eye screening and saw Dr. Becky Mann. She was great with my son and Dr. Scott was just as good with me ;) I told them on the phone that I was going to buy glasses online and they said that wouldnt be a problem just getting a prescription. True to their word, when I got there, they did not try to up sell me. They just said Your prescription is waiting at check out. The prescription contained the PD as well. The exam was very thorough and included a photograph of my eyes. The center was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was having an issue with my left eye. Called center and got an appointment for that morning. Usually I see Dr. Becky but she was out so I saw Dr.Polling. He was so very thorough and explained what appeared to be happening. He was so nice and informative . This is the most professional medical facility I have ever attended. Dr. Scott and his staff are most friendly and attentive to patient needs. Dr. Becky and Dr. Scott are both friendly, attentive, thorough, and precise. I always feel like I get the most complete examination and accurate prescriptions from them, more than any other eye doctors I have visited.They have a very knowledgeable staff. Whether I was getting contact lenses, prescription glasses, sun glasses, or frames I have found each person to be skilled and informative in their area.Their in-store selection of frames and sunglasses is smaller than some but what they do have is mostly popular/stylish name-brands, some of which I didnt see in other shops (I have been to most shops in town).Their prices for contacts, sunglasses, and frames seem to be competitive. I have found a few web sites with slightly lower prices, but not enough to wait for an order.They have a nice office... modern, colorful, bright, much better than the typical sterile doctors office. And they have Saturday hours, as well as text and email notifications.

I was in Christiansburg for the day for business and had an eye emergency. I called and they were able to get me in within a few hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I expected to be private pay because my insurance doesnt cover vision, but the receptionist called and checked and since it was an emergency visit they covered it, so that was a nice surprise. Dr. Becky was friendly and explained everything in detail. The office is clean and modern and has excellent equipment. I will travel here for regular visits from now on as well.

I have visited several eye doctors since I was a child and this is the first one that has actually helped me. I have seen both Dr Manns and this past time I got to see Dr Poling. I loved how Dr Poling is slow and easy going! He really took time to explain things. He also sat with me while I waited on the optician and carried on casual conversation so my wait wouldnt be so long. Ive liked everyone I have seen here but Im pretty bummed Dr Poling just fills in LOL! I had to get two pairs of glasses this past visit and the optician was VERY helpful in helping me find something I liked and something affordable for me. I have even returned to have them adjusted and they were happy to do it! This is an excellent facility!

Absolutely wonderful! I was a new patient from out of town that they were able to work in that day. Paper work and waiting took less than 15 minutes. My tech was Courtney. She was incredibly courteous and thorough. Dr. Becky was amazing. I have never had an optometrist spend so long explaining to me exactly what was happening with my eyes or try to find me the absolute best fit of contacts for me. Yesterday, I had what I call an emergency. My eyes were swollen almost shut by a reaction to an allergy. I called and Invision had no openings but agreed to work me in. When they had a cancellation they called and told me I could come right in. I saw Dr Becky who as always was prompt, caring, and thorough.I am very happy with the services I receive from Invision. They have a wonderful caring knowledgeable staff. The staff that helps you with your frames choice are aware of what works with your prescription so that you come out looking stylish and flattering to your face.I highly recommend Invision.

My son was having trouble with his new contacts but lives out of town. Invision worked him in on a day he was home, and instead of just giving him new contacts Dr. Becky redid his whole eye exam just to be sure it was the contacts that were the problem, not a change in his eyes (it was a bad batch of contacts). They shipped him new contacts at his out of town address. Problem solved in a thorough and professional manner.

Ive had plenty of great visits/appointments at Invision in the past. Dr. Becky is amazing and Im always happy to see her (except when she calls me Kathy =) )! My only complaint is during my most recent visit, the assistant dripped a good amount of the yellow dye they put in your eye onto my blouse. It looked like a highlighter exploded! Pretty frustrating to have to finish my work day like that, but luckily it didnt stain. All-in-all, Im happy with Invision!

Had been a long time since I had a vision test. I was treated like I was someone special and my wait time was very short. I think that I had the best screening for my vision, then I have every had. Everything was explained to me about my vision and I feel very good that my eyes will be took care of. Thanks for the wonderful experience

I recently got some glasses at Invision and had a fantastic experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful. I interacted with at least five different people, all of whom were kind, patient, and helpful. I already had a prescription, so I was looking for glasses frames. The selection is great. I found that the pricing was not only fair, but much, much less expensive in comparison to four other local/regional shops in Christiansburg/Blacksburg. I was not using insurance, so price really mattered to me.I had a few issues with my glasses when I first got them. I picked frames that looked good, but were a bit big. The staff ordered the smaller size for me to try. Then, the smaller frames simply didnt fit right. After a few adjustments, and some problem-solving, we decided to order a whole new frame/lens combo. I absolutely love my new specs, but there is no way I would feel this satisfied if Diana and some of the others hadnt been so helpful along the way. Invision is absolutely worth your time if you are looking for a good selection of frames, priced reasonably, and most of all, staffed by a great bunch of folks who simply want to help in whatever way they can!

I found quality eyewear at Invision with great personal service. They stand behind their work and product as I had occasion to ask for satisfaction which was provided without question. The warranty is real. You can sleep better knowing they put your vision FIRST.

Just changed from long-time eye doc (for distance reasons after a move). Everything about CBurg Invision was great, and I tend to have high expectations! Staff were very friendly and professional, office was nice and welcoming and Dr. Becky Mann spent more time than usual with me to make sure my new prescription was right. Also HUGE points for offering electronic scheduling and prompt communication. The medical field is way behind in that regard but not Invision.

The people at Invision are professional, competent and very friendly. I have been going to them for over 25 years. I highly recommend them for eye examinations, contacts, and glasses. They have done the more complete glasses fittings, I have every experienced. They continually undate their equipment and their skills.

Both Paul and I have been going to Becky and Scott for several years. They both provide a thorough eye-examination and do it with a professional manner that is in no way intimidating. Their attention to detail is to be highly recommended.The range of frames available, especially during the trunk sales, is wonderful----so much so that I have way more pairs of glasses than I actually need.

They were customer oriented and friendly from my first phone call until I received my eyeglasses. I have definitely found a new eyecare Optometrist. So very happy with service and price. I stopped in here while on vacation in the area because my two year old had kicked me so hard my glasses were out of alignment. The staff at invision helped me quickly and kindly, and they even had coffee and cucumber water.

After each test, everything was carefully explained to me. I learned a lot and now have an understanding of what those results mean. Also, when I made the appt. and they asked whether I have insurance coverage I stated that I did not. They inquired as to which providers I had and informed me that my supplementary insurer actually does cover eye care, a courtesy I wish my previous optometrist had provided.

They found out in one day that i had a cateract when infinity eye care in fairlawn kept telling me i just had a focusing problem. invision is so much better and everyone is so nice and the prices are better compared to most eye doctors 10/10

I have been going to Dr. Becky for several years with somewhat difficult eye problems. She has taken an unusual amount of time with me, working very hard to find the best possible outcome for my glasses---and sometimes the new glasses almost feel miraculous to me in that I can see so clearly. The worst problem I have is double vision and she has been successful so far with glasses that correct this problem. I highly recommend the office there, both for diagnosis and the actual glasses afterwards.
