My 3 year old son and I went for his second dentist appointment. Like the first it was an amazing experience for him. From the moment we walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist who first cleaned my son teeth was patient, loving… to my child, and the dentist was fabulous. I apologize for not remembering their names and I will the next time. Please if you have young children, and looking for a location that are going to treat them like their own. Well you found the right place.

Excellent! I honestly loved it and will come back again! My son has autism and never lets anyone go near his mouth. I was so impressed by doctor Nidhi Taneja she was able to look inside and brush my son teeth. Her approach was incredible, cares for the child and long term results. We will continue to come.

My daughter is not a fan of the dentist and Kids Dental Specialist was our second go at it. They were very patient with her and explained everything to make her feel comfortable. The dentist came in to check her teeth and had a very calming demeanor that my daughter took to. They do not force you to do anything you are not comfortable with. This has been my daughters Dentist since we moved to the IE 4 years ago. She LOVES coming here! The staff and Doctors are all so nice and caring. But mostly, they make your kid(s) feel comfortable and also makes the experience fun!

Respectfully, I was disappointed with my visit. I was told that my child needed to see a general pediatric dentist since a root canal or extraction may be needed.Fortunately, I was able to find another pediatric dentist that was able to treat my child same day within two hours since my child was in a lot of pain.

They always take such great care of my little ones. My kids actually like going to the dentist and no tears.

Our visit went as planned. They started on time and everyone was very kind and helpful. My kids love visiting the dentist.🤍

I brought my 4 year old daughter to Kids Dental for her first visit, she was so nervous and scared but when we got there the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. The office was clean and although there wasn’t any toys out due to Covid regulations the staffs friendly environment was enough to make my daughter feel better about her visit. The Dr. was also great, she checked both my children and was very gentle with my daughter. All in all my daughter now feels comfortable going to the Dentist.

I will give the staffs 5 stars for their professionalism! I really like how Vida and Dr. Carla handled my kids. They explained things very well to them. The way they talked, made my children at ease. Thank you so much guys and I hope on our next visit, we will have you again!

Great dental office for kids!! They totally accommodated my crazy schedule on Saturday …much appreciated! Loved how clean and spaced out all the equipment and people were!! Dr Carla and Brit both were very personable, friendly to talk to, very informative, and of course, very gentle on my kids !!

My daughter went in for her first dental visit. The staff was super great, very nice. I love how all the paper forms and everything are online so youre not sitting in the office trying to fill out redundant paperwork while trying to keep your kid entertained. The doctor we saw, Dr. Nidhi. she was nice enough and quite efficient. While I appreciated her efficiency, I suppose I was expecting, and would prefer, someone (at a kids office) to be more engaging with my daughter (who is 2), a little more kid-centric. I can actually remember my own pediatric dentist and I adored him. I love going to his office and I suppose I want that same excitement for my kids, even if it IS going to the dentist.

The staff is very professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and work very well with kids. I also appreciate that each patient has their own suite for care. This way the children aren’t listening and/or seeing other procedures being rendered. I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist for family’s with kids.

From the moment we walked in, to the time we were done, we were greeted with a smile and everyone introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing. This definitely eased my mind since my son is only 3 years old and this was his third visit to the dentist. Another thing to note was that this was the first time he was getting x-rays taken. Dr. Chris and his staff definitely take pride in making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Great customer service and great customer care!

My little one is not easy to work with being that he is 3 and he is a boy. This is not to his best interest to do. They helped him feel comfortable and made every adjustment to make sure he was not scared of what was going on. I am almost positive his next visit he will walk his way inside. They are so sweet to all patients and non patients.

My 2 year old has a hard time with the dentist but the people who work here are very kind and caring. I am definitely happy with the treatment and care he receives from the dentist, assistants and front staff. Even though my toddler doesnt like to go he looks forward to the gift afterward and talks about being all done with the tooth doctor and the car he was able to take home.

Ive been bringing my children here for about 7 years. My son who has medical conditions ( ADHD and anxiety)was seen today for fills. My sons dental hygienist Tiana was respectful and good to my son but Tiana brought in anothet dental hygienist for a second opinion regarding his chart and started questioning me. They started asking me when my son last took his medication. I told them my son no longer takes medication for his medical condition. The dental hygienist (not Tiana) basically called me out and asked me why I choose to stop giving my son his medication. I was caught of guard and told them the reason. 1st of all I have never been questioned on why I choose not to medicate my son! Then she proceeded to tell me How are we supposed to treat him if he has anxiety and not on medication?. I told this woman thats the reason I chose to give him the laughing gas during procedure. My son wasnt even crying, he was a little antsy. She then walked out. So for anyone whos reading this and has a special needs child, this place will ask you why youre not medicating your child. I HAVE NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED IN THIS MANNER AT THIS DENTAL OFFICE BEFORE and my son is seen every year here. Im not sure what my next action will be at this point but Im extremely upset and saddened that she made my son seem as if he was some type of animal that needed to be tranquilized.

My 7-year-old has been going here for 3 or 4 years now. She has sensory issues along with a lot of anxiety about going for her visits in general. For our last visit, she was blessed with Alvida - a friendly, peppy, amazingly patient person who worked with my daughter for AN HOUR to help her feel comfortable with her visit. She allowed her to touch and work with every tool that was going to be used. Before this visit, for 3 or 4 years now, my daughter would not allow anyone to use the tools on her - the water, the suction, the spinny toothbrush, nothing. Alvidas perseverance and patience with my daughter was above and beyond, and she was able to give her the courage to do everything, EVERYTHING! It was all I could do to not tear up. This woman deserves a trophy!

My son had his first appt (1.5 yrs old) and also had a wonderful experience . They are all really great and friendly. Their environment makes it really welcoming and enjoyable for them. This place is nothing short of amazing. My daughter had fall after hours on a Friday night. I called this office and left them a message, I receive a text from Janina in minutes and she got me on the schedule first thing Saturday morning. When I arrived to the office Saturday they made me and my daughter soo comfortable and eased my worried mommy mind. They had to extract the tooth but did everything humanly possible to make it as easy for us both. I love love loved everything about this office. Definitely found my new kids doctor for life.

I did not have a good experience here. I know this practice changed owners and when down hill in service! I used to love this office and Dr. Rosie who treated my daughter with such care and was extremely careful with her. I was told dr Rosie is no longer there. My daughter had a cleaning don’t and they didn’t scale her teeth to het all the plaque off. Asked about it 3 different time was the receptionist argued with me about the scaling being done and it wasn’t! Her lack of follow threw was unbelievable! Lied to me on the phone when I asked why she didn’t call me with a follow up pertaining to the cleaning! Do not use the new dr. I don’t even know her man backed the didnt tell me, she’s and Thin Indian dr and she was sooooo insensitive with my daughter! She made her cry and then said my daughter was lying about feeling pain! Unbelievable!!!!

I love it here! The staff and dentists are very kind! When I went to go get feelings for my cavities for the first time I was so nervous! The dentists that were doing my feelings were so nice! And calm! I felt so comfortable! I love going to the dentist!

My son had a infection and they didn’t want to take responsibility for the mess they made. Then when u tried to rebook appt for them to fix the mistake they dismissed my family. They said you are no longer able to come back because they knew they messed up. I am getting a lawyer and sueing for malpractice. Horrible!!!!!! And the lady in front desk who claims she’s the manager is so rude and disrespectful. She should be fired.

I have been taking my kids to this place for a few years now. My last visit my daughter had an anesthesia appointment (which went well) no complaints. My bad experience was with the front staff and the billing. I noticed they were a little disorganized, first I was charged the wrong amount for another patient. Second, which bothered me the most was while I was handling my daughter to wake up from the anesthesia, I was being asked to provide another payment they had forgotten to process (a minor amount). I think that could have waited until I was leaving or for another day. Other than that the place is great.

Moved away to HB but refuse to go anywhere else, KDS provide excellent service and quality. Dr. Tran, Bonnie, Maria are the best! Thank you KDS team! P.S PLEASE OPEN AN OFFICE IN O.C!!! Pic is with Juno the practice mascot she is very skilled calming the kids during treatment!

Recently moved here to Chino Hills, googled this location and took my 1 year old for her first dentist visit ever. The location is great. Has lots of activities and games for the kids to so while you wait. Staff were joyful and nice. Wait time was less than 5 minutes for me. Rooms are clean, colorful and they have tv for kids to watch. Dentist came in she did a great job at trying to get my 1 year comfortable. Everything went well. Definitely would recommend!!

I recently came to kids dental after trying several other dental offices for my daughter. This office has been by far the best. Other offices have never gotten to the root of my daughters issues with her teeth but this one did. Everyone has been amazing and has truly helped me understand what needs to get done as well as make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Tran and her team are always so patient and kind with my son. My son is autistic and they have made him feel very comfortable.... explaining the schedule, the use of the tools and allowing him to get used to his surroundings. Making our visits so easy! They also have therapy dogs! I won’t take him anywhere else!

If youre looking for a dental office for your child...look no more! We love Kids Dental Specialists!! Ive been bringing my daughter here for over 6 years now and we have never had a bad experience. Their office is clean, the staff is super friendly and they have all the latest technology! They are so good with kids. For every visit your child gets to pick a movie to watch, which helps distract your child from their actual dental visit. They reward your children with toys as well. They have a cabinet filled with a variety of toys that your child can pick from. My daughter is now 13 but she has never once given me a hard time about coming to her appointments...and we all know going to the dentist is not favorite thing to do. I highly recommend them. They are always so accommodating with my schedule too, which is very helpful.

Love this office!! Bonnie is always friendly when we walk in and makes us feel comfortable. The dentist and anesthesiologist are amazing and explain everything to you so you understand your childs treatment. We switched to this Peds dentist last year and it’s been a great experience so far. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and love that everyone and everything is kid friendly. Has the feel of a small town family dentistry. Dr. Paulina is great with my 10, 7, and 5 yr old.

This place is amazing! Once you enter theres a table with coloring books for children to color, theres also a gaming section. Both my girls love this place. All staff is nice and professional. Dentist is so good with the children. Definitely returning to this dentistry. Highly recommend to all parents.

Outstanding and professional staff, always very friendly and accommodating. My daughter is always nervous, but with people like Maria putting her mind at ease offering to put on kid movies of her choice, it makes her much less ancy. Bonny is amazing at scheduling and helping with reminders and makes it super easy when ever I have to submit paperwork to my insurance carrier. This is hands down the best dentist Ive ever been to, all 3 of my children have come here since they had teeth. With a small fridge for the kids in the waiting room and games to play, makes it a breeze, although you are never waiting too long!
