It was a pleasant experience getting my exam, and once we new the issues I was having, they were extremely helpful in the process. I dont have the best credit, and they worked with me, and made my payments extremely affordable. To top it off, they were more concerned about my health then the financial side of things as well, which was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend coming to see them if you have any mouth issues.

When dental assistants Valerie and Ysenia are there you are definitely going to be in good hands. We loved the dentist dr Houchin that worked there and had a contract with them for a healthy start mouth piece for my children. But then they suddenly closed 1/2019 and didn’t notify us and have left my girls without dental care and is about $9000 out even though the contract guaranteed us till they were 17 . Contacting the dental board for fraud.

We were hesitant about how the experience would be. But we were happily surprised at how nice and professional the staff were and how comfortable they made my four-year-old daughter feel. It was an overall good experience I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

My Extraction took about 2 minutes. Dr Bob definitely knows Exactly what he is doing. The staff was friendly and kept up the pace. I would sit my children in his seats. Im going back for a deep cleaning. They will work with you just ask!!!

I took my son here and he did very well. Before this visit he was afraid of dentists but not now. People here are really professional and cost is affordable. Definitely I will come back.

Dont waste your money or time. The cleaning is an assistant brushing your teeth for $35. They are not organized. Their system was down so they couldnt accept my card and had the nerve to ask me to go buy something from Walmart to get cash back. Do NOT come here for anything .

I got an appointment for a teeth cleaning. At my appointment I decided I wanted to get my teeth whiten since they had a good deal on it. They said it would take at least an hour and they didnt have room in the schedule so they had to bring me back another day. I was annoyed but came back anyways. They did get my teeth really white.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I needed a tooth extraction along with other dental work. Instead of putting me on a antibiotic before extracting my tooth, they pulled it while it was a “hot tooth”. The doctor tried to numb my tooth but wasn’t successful so she continued to break and extract my tooth while I wasn’t numb and in a lot of pain. It was so painful I began sobbing and then was told they would have to give me the gas to help with the pain. The assistant couldn’t figure out how to turn it on so I started panicking from the pain and being nervous about getting the gas they didn’t know how to use. I tried to breath and remain calm when the dentist tried to pull the tooth again but I still wasn’t numb so I was crying telling her to please stop and I actually tried to put my hands up and she then forcefully pulled it out at that moment. As a result of so much trauma to the area from not being extracted while properly numbed I had canker sores all over the extraction site, tongue and corner of my lip which was extremely painful for two weeks. The doctor also did a bone graft which the stitches came out the night of. I’ve since then had to find another dentist to finish and CORRECT the terrible dental work they started. Please do your research before going to this awful dentist office.

Scam. They tried to put me to deep cleaning and some other projects costs thousands dollars. When I refused and they didn’t clean me teeth. I wasted 1 hour there without getting my teeth clean.

Went in for a cleaning i got from Groupon. Everyone was very nice. I got in and out within an hour.

I appreciate the office staff and dentist involving me so that I understand and can make clear decisions about my dental work that needs completed. Even though I will not be getting my work done right now due to finances, I still recommend this office.
