The Doc & staff are always kind & pleasant. Ive never had to wait a long time before Im taken back to an exam room. The office is clean & well lit. All procedures are explained thoroughly & nothing is done unless I grant my consent. I can always get an appt with 2 weeks. If further treatment is needed, all options are presented & cost explained.

I had my teeth cleaned a few days ago at Dr. Chang’s office and I am very pleased with the services that I received.

Dr Chang and his staff are wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and very efficient. My last few visits Milton has been assisting and he is so nice with a great personality. I have gone to Dr Chang for 20 years and hopefully will go for another 20 or more.

I have dental Anxiety. Ive avoided dentists most of my adult life. Dr. Chang is friendly, gentle, and professional. He has a gentle touch. He is a perfectionist. No pain during any procedures. My husband and I drive from Pasadena just to see him. His staff is wonderful & friendly.If youre like me and afraid of the dentist, or have not been in many years-- I highly reccomend Dr. Chang.The office is clean and modern. Netflix in every room. Theres always a goofy movie playing to keep you distracted. 🤣

Very disappointed. I’ve been going to Dr. Chang’s office for a few years. Mostly for cleanings. My last cleaning was so quick. I felt he was in a hurry & wasn’t as extensive as previous visits. My recent visit was even more disappointing. I had a couple of sensitive teeth & wanted extraction. I am heading out of the country for a few months & I don’t have time to get 2 root canals & crowns before I leave. Dr. Chang declined to do the procedures. No Simple extractions? Why? I’m a retired physician & my sister is a dentist and I understand risks & complications. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Dr. Chang. I’ll be seeking future dental care from another dentist.

Hi, a shout out to Dr. Albert Chang and his wonderful Staff in Chino Hills! My spouse, my adult children, and I have been clients for over 25 years. My daughter drives from Monrovia to see Dr. Chang. What we like is the service we get with teeth cleaning, crowns, etc. He makes sure we brush and floss properly. Also, I like the folks who do the teeth cleaning, Stacy or Milton. Also, the folks at the front desk Lilly, Lizza and a few others. Dr. Chang is a perfectionist when it comes to service. Thank you for taking care of our pearly white teeth. I went to Dr. Changs office for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff is very upbeat and friendly. The vibe is very welcoming. I drive all the way from San Bernardino and will continue to do so. I have never had dental treatment as good as Dr. Changs. My crown looks very natural, the color match is perfect, and this dude is a PERFECTIONIST!
