I visited this place before new ownership and my experience was very negative, rude man. I read about new ownership and let me tell you that they are providing excellent and outstanding customer service. Happy to come back, no complaints!

Thoren Optical & Safety Products is the best optical store that I have ever went to for glasses. The customer service is excellent from start to finish. Their optical knowledge is out-standing. The visible inside and outside of the company is incredible. After many years of going to a place for my eyewear, I have never been so impressed. If you want to see excellence, come to this store!

Quick professional and friendly service.

I have been going here for the past few years, they have always been courteous and helpful. They have great options, for such a small place. And they have decent hours in which i can make it in.

I had such a horrible experience with the owner of the practice. This place is not professional at all. The way he speaks to his customers/clients is absolutely disturbing. I will never come back to this place again. How is he a business owner, and treat his customers so poorly? Maybe, just maybe.. If he was nicer, and treat people like people, maybe youd have enough clientele, and make more money to hire a receptionist.

I have gotten my glasses here for nearly many years. My son just got his first pair there. The woman is who I have mainly dealt with. She is not sugary nice, but very far from rude. She is blunt. Tells it just as it is. I have noticed that the more respect and courtesy I show them, the better my experience is. Although I guess we all want to be respected.

Dont bring your kids here these people are always rude and the man is worse then the woman. He has no patience. They barley have options and the place is super small. Once i get these glasses im looking for a new place.

Eye ware is extremely limited for those with Medicare and/or MassHealth and the Equipment used is about 100yrs. Old and that is NOT an exaggeration...Very small place so dont bring ALL the kids or youll be screaming at them the whole time your there.

All of the people working in this office were very professional and we received the order earlier than was expected.

Dont go. They dont run insurance right. Told me we didnt have coverage for my daughter which we do. The lady was such a B****

What a joke of a place this is.
