I used to be a customer of this BJs Optical till they took the frames of my sunglasses to put in new lenses and didnt give them back till 38 days later. I had to call MULTIPLE times about my glasses they didnt know where they were. When I was finally able to talk to a manager on day 35 I was given attitude and offered a $25 refund due to my troubles I was told it took long because my lenses were jacked up which was super professional! When I expressed my obvious and understandable frustration, no raised voices or rude language used (even though I really wanted to), I was given attitude and then hung up on! I cant believe I was treated this way. I am definitely telling all my friends, family, and colleagues to NEVER shop here unless you want to be treaded like dirt!

Its convient if you shop at BJs, the staff are all extremely helpful, the hours are also great
