Waited 48 minutes, call dropped as someone answered. Then called again, waited 57 minutes the guy answered but couldnt provide accurate info so asked me to call PCP for a script that wasnt cover. Called PCP a they said all I needed to know was that medication needed a prior Authorization. Can the staff be up to date on this ?! It would be helpful. The wait time on the phone is too long so they should cut it down.

They have definitely made prescription errors on my scripts. I presume its from rushing and not taking the time to read what they say. Luckily they take pictures of the bottle before they go out. (Thats what I was told.) Once I spoke the the head pharmacist and they reviewed everything, she corrected that error. There has been other issues in the past, but, I currently go there because of convience. Lets just hope they dont screw up my shots today.

Absolutely terrible service… the pharmacy messed up my prescriptions the last couple times I had them filled on Memorial Drive. There was no apology. The manager Desserie did not respect my privacy by loudly announcing my medications at the consultation counter. I was also told to wait 30 minutes for them to fill 2 prescriptions, even though upon leaving, I was the only one at the pharmacy. When I asked why it would take so long I was told by the woman at the cash out counter, Phung that it was because it would take her that long to count out a 28 pills. She was extremely rude to me. I thought I would use this pharmacy because they are open 24 hours, but I would rather not deal with their incompetence anymore.

The lady that worked there followed me through the store than when I stopped at the body wash she asked if I needed help. So I said Im looking for body wash. I picked out the one I wanted and she grabbed it out of my hand and said Ill carry it for you. Than proceeded to check me out in a card only station but told me it accepted cash. I used my digital coupon and than it would only take card not cash. So she canceled the sale and takes me to a register wouldnt put my digital coupon back on cuz she said it was my fault I choose that machine to cash out. I told her no you brought me there to cash me out. I felt like I was being handled as if I was stealing. Left went to Walgreens and no problem carrying the Sam body wash by myself to cash out.

Called just to ask something really quick.Waited 20 minutes and nobody picked up (pharmacy).I then called the front store, nobody picked up there either.Now, I get it that it can be busy in the pharmacy, but I feel like had I gone there in person I probably would have been taken care of within 20 mins. People on the phone are customers just the same and should also be treated like that, as in treated like they are in line with the physically present customers.Im certain that in the 20 minutes I waited people walked in long after I first called and were dealt with. Or maybe yall dont answer out of state area code phone numbers? Which would be nuts, given base housing is down the street from you. Just saying.Ill try calling a different location. Ill go ahead and assume theyll answer within 20 mins.

So much more than just a great pharmacy.This store is open 24-7 including the pharmacy. You can get your flu shot here, they have a drive thru pharmacy window.The pharmacists and their crew are very attentive, helpful and available for your questions. Plenty of beauty, health and hygene items. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. They say hello and ask if they can help almost every time I visit. Lots of stationary, gift cards, candy, holiday items etc. Redbox DVD rental machine on site.

The pharmacy is extremely fast. Cant say the same about the front cashier area... Takes for ever to get rung out of due to understaffing it seems. Also the freezer and drink sections are tiny; Walgreens has a much better selection.

30 minute hold times that usually end with them just hanging up without answering forcing you to call back and wait again. Ive seen some people wait on hold longer than most work days and they dont care. They also often have issues even filling prescriptions and wont explain why their systems dont work.

Every time I arrived to this pharmacy to pick up my medications they are not ready even when the system a day before tells me medication is ready.Today through the drive thru, person told me that there was not medication for me in that pharmacy. I insisted that impossible becasue I always used same pharmacy. Person insisted there was nothing when I had 4x refills for the med. Person was rude and kept saying there was not medication and I provided the name of the medication and finally!! Medication was there by miracle.Worst Pharmacy in town. Poor customer service.Other reviews confirmed my experience.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! Every Single Transaction processed at this location is done incorrectly. ONE PHARMACIST, available only after 10pm, actually knows what hes doing. Desirae the pharmacist is the most unpleasant, unhelpful, and uninformed employee Ive had the misfortune of encountering. At least the other employees acknowledge their errors (2 per transaction, an occasional 3) and update accordingly. Not Desirae, who repeated the same incorrect information to me 5 times in a row while raising her voice- must be a new hire, even techs should know you need to run a brand name drug as brand name, not generic or you get a prior authorization required message (too difficult a concept for blondie). Since the customer service site cant find the folder to process the complaint, heres a google review instead as well as a really helpful tip - HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND STOP WASTING THE GENERAL PUBLICS TIME!!!

I always have a problem refilling my prescriptions online and so I ALWAYS have to call and every time I call pharmacy it takes 30 or more minutes for someone to answer ! Why !? I call all the time it’s ridiculous. Are they purposely avoiding answering phones !!!!????

Made my Christmas!!!! I had to pick up my wife’s meds and needed baby aspirin (I had a stroke a month ago) but I couldn’t go into the store because we are awaiting results of a COVID test.I called the pharmacy and explained, and the lovely woman I spoke with said she would put some in with the prescriptions. I then said, “if you happen to pass the Oreos, could you add them, too?” I was half kidding- couldn’t ask her to do it but we are out of Oreos and I can’t go inside a store to buy then because of aforementioned Covid Test. She laughed.When I drive up to the drive thru to pick up the meds, baby aspirin was there— as was a family sized package of Oreos!!! I was just thrilled!!!”

This place is terrible. If your doctor request specific brands of meds because they work better for YOU, then avoid this CVS as they never get it right. CVS should make every effort to fill it as the doctor ordered. Now, I’m stuck waiting almost a whole week for them to fix their mistakes.

No complaints about this particular store, but overall I am surprised CVS doesnt make more of an effort to incorporate environmentally sustainable practices. I bought 2 items the other day and before I could even motion to the canvas bag I was holding, my items were stuffed into 3 plastic bags. Paper isnt offered. I cant begin to imagine how many single-serve plastic bags this company is responsible for on a yearly basis.

I drove to the 24 hour CVS in Chicopee Massachusetts in order to be able to fill a prescription tonight . It was approximately nine o’clock. There were only two people behind the pharmacy counter . I had a gentleman in front of me who had several prescriptions and several issues with prescriptions cards . I was standing there for a Ridiculous long period of time .I was never acknowledged politely by either worker in the pharmacy . I was told by the one that was behind the counter filling the prescriptions “ if you’re dropping off you’re going to have to do it over there “ .Obviously , I knew where to stand !I have visited other CVS pharmacies where the pharmacy staff greets the customer. I left after the snark , sarcastic comment by the pharmacist. There was no long line.I won’t be visiting that pharmacy to fill a prescription anytime soon.Common courtesy was lacking for the staff !!First and last visit !

I switched pharmacies recently to the CVS on Memorial Drive in Chicopee Massachusetts. I have had nothing but problems with them. First time I went there to have my scripts filled they didnt have any in stock and I had to wait a week for them to come in. Second time I used them my Dr. Faxed in some prescriptions for me. Two hours after they recieved the fax the CVS Smart Phone App says theyre still processing them. So I give them a call and the woman who picked up the phone says that they just recieved them and that theyll be ready in an hour and tried to feed me some nonsense about my dr. Specifically said to wait until 7:30pm to fill them like come on lady. Im switching pharmacies asap. Very poor service and theyre customer service experience is very lacking.
