When the second child was brought to another Orthodontist four years later due to her teeth moving, the Orthodontist said the McKenna did not spread the pallet appropriately far enough. He said not wearing the retainer enough was not the issue. Called McKennas office to ask them to look into this concern. They said it will be $50.00 and maybe he can help her out with some trays to re-align her teeth. They said she probably wasnt wearing her retainer 7 days a week. Hey! Two teens went through your place! $11,000! You could at least be professional and look at her mouth and give your professional opinion. Do you know what customer service is? I guess its lip service once they take your money. Dr. Scott Smith from South Hadley told us back when we took our first child not to go to McKenna. But McKenna was significantly cheaper. We should have listened. You get what you pay for even in healthcare. Shop around first. Get three Orthodontists to look and give an opinion. Dont go for cheap; you will pay again sooner or later. We do not suggest going to McKenna. There may be a smile at the door and treat you all lovely in the chair but they dont give a damn about you the person. Its just all about the cash.
