Reen & Reen have been my orthodontists for over a decade. Months before I moved to CA in 2016 I scheduled an appointment to have my bottom permanent retainer removed. It was becoming loose. They refused to remove the retainer and insisted that it can last another five years.After a year the retainer moved to create a gap. And over the last two years one tooth has shifted under another and they’re beginning to chip because of the constant collision and bad placement.Their offices won’t take me for the short time I am in the area, three weeks of November, because the Orthodontists are on vacation. Their receptionist will not even forward them an email!I think everyone deserves an undisturbed vacation. But my teeth are shifting because of the choices of my Orthodontists. They should be able to accommodate.Super unhappy with the follow ups after braces. Not worth the $$$.

I highly recommend you go elsewhere for treatment, a few years ago I had braces and they removed them. I had one of the Drs grinding the glue off my top front Teeth Canine tooth to canine tooth are all damaged (my enamel is burnt down and now Rotted) Never had a cavity in my life and at the time when the Dr was grinding my teeth it was sensitive because of him pressing hard and keeping the dremel in one spot, just like waxing a car you cant keep the buffer in one spot or press too hard because youll burn right through the clearcoat. Now I have to live the rest of my life knowing my teeth will forever be ruined due to the lack of professionalism and care from these people. By the way, I always kept my teeth/mouth clean, not perfectly white since off white is the natural color of teeth, but no where near what would cause this. All their fault!
