I just love the staff here, Zach is one of my favorites! Very knowledgeable and such a sweet guy. Always wanting to help and just seems like he cares about what he’s doing. A lot of places are not like that and I feel rushed or like I don’t think they know what they are talking about. But Zach is always chipper and his customer service and knowledge is always there. I never been disappointed when it came to the quality of the products, i really love their flower and tinctures. Definitely worth a visit and there drive through was so convenient, hope one day it will return. Thanks theory!

To date the best drive up experience and professionalism. Arrived with my partner to a pick up order and the check in service prioritized our safety by checking both our ids and we left in the quickest time. Highly recommended for all Cannabis users over the age of 21yrs!! They are detailed in all regards and even if you need a little better of an understanding of any part of Theory Wellness products, reach out to them.

Ive had good experiences here since the beginning, but I had an especially great time working with Tia this morning. Im a trans person that gets kind of stressed out about being in situations with my license and my deadname, I havent always necessarily found dispensaries to be the most inclusive places, but Tia was really patient listening to my concerns and thoughtful about offering suggestions. The bud is always worth the trip but the staff also comes through as genuinely sincere and helpful. Very cool place

Awkward customer service at best, not the warm endearing kind either. It’s rarely easy there, I don’t feel welcome, I often feel ignored. There are other places to choose with a more welcoming vibe. They put too much on the med customers to have to advocate for, other area dispensaries go above and beyond in this way. I often feel like a burden or hassle, id rather just avoid it.

The staff and service was good. Product had lots of fan leaves though. Looked like Helen Keller trimmed the buds. Kind of disappointing considering the price of things.

Used to come here regularly until I moved. I loved their products, vibe, quality! I revisited today for the first time in over a year and wasn’t super impressed. The reception folks were talking with each other and kind of slotted us in. When we walked in, we werent sure which cashier to walk up to and none greeted us or called us over. No one seemed super enthusiastic to be there and the cashier seemed a bit confused. Hoping their flower is as good as it always was!

Have been to Theory a few times now and the experience is yet to be even matched by other dispensaries in the area. Everything from customer service, quality, to the cleanliness and experience when you walk through the door is great. As business owner, hats off to the managment and owners for always having an organized and pleasant experience for your customers!

They didn’t have 1/2 of what I had picked from their website, all the high-THC strains were out of stock. The buds were bland smelling and tasting, with a lot of stems. The effects are also unremarkable, I mean, it sort of works, but no:“oh wow” moments, more like, “maybe I’ll try another”. Not a very good base price either, and be prepared to pay 20% tax on top of the high price. From an environmental standpoint, their packaging is un stainable (unless they let you bring back the glass jars for re-use). They are taking advantage of out of state people that won’t question price, quality, or taxes because they don’t have a better choice. Bad Rasta karma

Where’s the weed?!So I arrived home, opened up the bag, popped open the package only to find an EMPTY CONTAINER! This was a waste of my time and gas and therefore my money. Oh and they’re closed right now so I can’t even make ANOTHER hour drive… very upset and dissatisfied.Update:Still a one star review for the customer service. Their only remedy was a refund or gift card which is the exact same thing. I’ve noticed that this has happened to other people so just go to another dispensary or if you really need to go to this one make them check that they’re not giving you an empty container. It is a huge inconvenience to be told to wait until you get home to open the package, only to see an empty container. And then not be given anything for your troubles. Any other company there’d be a free item or at the very least 10% off your next visit. And it doesn’t even have to be expensive. I’d be satisfied with a damn lollipop. Loyal customer gone.

Great place but the service was sub par with the person we had. More of a cashier and not really someone personable who can help you through all the tidbits you have no knowledge on. I recommend checking their site and have your questions beforehand just in case you get a service clerk and not an authentic bud tender.

I made the trip (1:15 hrs) to purchase pain relief herbal remedies. The staff at the front door wouldn’t allow me in as my ID was expired. With a pandemic In place and the DMV in my state backlogged... it’s been a challenge. i even offered my disabled veterans ID and he didn’t care to see it... I’ll be turning 41 in September (21) I did my best to reason, no budge. Sad... I’ll stick with friends locally....

Great customer service but youll be wasting your money purchasing bud from this dispensary. Got left with chafe and tiny buds for paying top dollar. This place is a rip off to say the least.

The ‘Monkey Mints” I purchased from this place was just regular basic low grade weed packed in fancy packaging and sold. I drove over an hour to come here because I wanted something different other than my usual dealers and I got ripped off. My advice for a daily smoker is to NOT visit this place you will not get what you pay for just regular LOW grade weed with seeds and stems like mine had. Please DO NOT GO HERE U WILL NOT GET HIGH!!!! Waste of time and waste of money low grade weed in fancy packaging.

Good dispensary with a big selection, but the prices have become beyond greedy. Every product is marked up HEAVILY compared to other Mass dispensaries. Any flower with a TC (not thc but TC) over 30% is automatically $60/eighth. Theoryx flower is $65/eighth. To give an example of the mark ups, a 1/4 of bountiful farms flower with a TC over 30 is $120 at theory wellness, but if you go to bountiful themselves, you pay $95 for the same exact product, regardless of thc level. Good greens cannabis, which aims to make cannabis more accessible by providing popcorn nugs for much cheaper prices, are marked up to the point where the mission of the company is lost. This is what putting profits over people looks like.Update: downgrading to 1 star after less than adequate response that disregards the greed, and directs me to try another product created out of greed

After searching Holyoke dispensaries for one the gave medical patients a tax break ( no luck they only like out of state recreational users ) my search ended in my hometown in an area i love...They gave me $50 off a $100 purchase for my medical card...Ahhhh so nice that corporate America has not gotten to all the Western Massachusetts dispensaries..Great customer service and good product...And a drive thru Whaatttt. LIT AF

BEWARE!!! If you are buying a cartridge DO NOT buy a PAX pod. What the dispensary does not tell you on the website, for reasons which are a mystery, is that it is not a normal cartridge that can be used in a typical device, instead you have to buy a specialized battery at an excessive cost. If they are going to sell you something listed as a “cartridge“ that needs its own device, they should tell you that, and of course you cannot return it. So now I have to spend extra money to buy a device for this one stupid pod. But hey, they are happy to sell you the device for $70

Terrible expience here. Someone hit my car door with their door and staff was little to no help. Even with cameras surrounding virtually every inch inside and outside the facility, they couldnt get a readable pixelated ID on the person or vehicle who damaged my car. Mind you, they take state ID at least twice at this spot...no reason why they didnt manage to catch this person with Police involved also. You would think the owner would offer something for the inconveniences and damages due to problems on their property but barley even an apology. Avoid this place...much better staff, prices and dispensaries elsewhere. In theory youd think that they would actually care here; they dont.

I bought five different products here. From flower, to pre rolls, edibles, and seltzer. Literally NONE of it got me high at all. It was my first time at a dispensary so I went a little wild. This turned out to be such a waste of money! I was debating with myself if I needed a tolerance break and that’s the reason ALL five products had no effect. Then I realized I don’t even smoke that much. Mids in fancy containers. This put me off so bad, I don’t think I’ll visit another dispensary. Will stick to the streets.

Being a medical patient, there are reserved parking spots. Also dont have to wait in line; can just bypass the recreational customers. Theory wellness has great products!! They have a tremendous selection of waxes, badders and other concentrates as well as their flower and other products, all the time. Theory Wellness products are top notch. The customer service is great! The budtenders are super knowledgeable and friendly. They tell you about the loyalty points program and can answer any questions about their products. They are great about recommending something you might like based on your selections. They service medical and recreational users and even have a drive thru now for picking up orders. Would highly recommend Theory Wellness as a great dispensary!

Just my 2¢... flower I picked up literally smells like hay.. tastes even worse. Probably the last time I spend my money there. Not the first time. Mid grade at best. Extremely disappointed. Tested and packaged 7 months ago... only reason I gave more than one star was because of the SOLID customer service they do have that going for them.

This is not a bash the staff was cool. I just want everyone to know my what happened and always check your stuff. I went for the first time to spend a few bucks but when i got home one of my jars was completely empty no flower and that was the main reason i went there. Theory handled it very professionally but i thought it was kind of strange that no one really wanted to discuss it they just handed me a gift card and that was that. I cant be the only person this has happened to judging by their reaction so remember to always check your purchase just to avoid the hassle. I dont think Ill be returning just to expensive.

I purchased what should have been batter and received crumble the photo of item I purchased clearly stated and showed a sap/gooey substance. What I received was crumble/sugar. When I went back in all I was told was oh well all sales are finale. This is false advertising and the way it was handled is not professional. This is what it should have looked vs what I received. It’s a shame you weren’t able to rectify the mistake made. I will not be returning to this facility. This used to be my number spot to go to but at this moment their customer service has dissatisfied me to the point of no return

Bought 1/4 of shake for the $35 posted price. I pull up to the drive-thru and it’s magically now $60 with an “oh sorry the online price was wrong” passing an error from the business into the customer is awful customer service. It’s you’re fault you posted the price wrong. It should’ve been $35. So many other dispensaries around now I think I will go elsewhere from now on.Edit to theory: I actually did reach out and Theory was still not able to properly own up to their error.

Parking lot full at 11:30am on a Friday but only a few people inside. Im always baffled by this phenomenon. Maybe they share their lot with other businesses. Was told to just keep driving in circles til someone leaves. Well I didnt want to deal with all the other cars looking, a UPS truck parked in the thruway and people hanging in the lot talking instead of leaving. After 3 circles around I split and headed for Holyoke.

Extremely friendly staff and comfortable environment. We found out after the fact that dogs are welcome. Good selection of products and some fun extras such as peppermints and seltzer. They have a drive thru, in store pickup and normal in store shopping. We will be back.

Just picked up some Afghan Peach, and on the picture there’s a pic of theory flower which is very deceiving because in fact Afghan Peach is from Bountiful Farms. If I had knew that it was from Bountiful Farms I would NOT have purchased because for some reason all the bud from this company is weak. This was very deceiving Theory Wellness and I’m not a happy customer.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The establishment was definitely clean, as there was a staff member sanitizing each station between customers, so I felt at ease as far as Covid-19 measures were concerned. I do love their product, Ive tried several types of their flower - but have yet to dabble in their concentrates. Hope this helps!

I had the pleasure to visit Theory Wellness with my daughter yesterday to get help for my extensive amount of pain that I live with on a daily basis. Mikey, the sales rep. was so helpful and very knowledgeable about what to recommend after explaining to him what my needs were. He sold me hybrid gummy’s that will actually work better and safer than any other medication that was prescribed to me by my doctors. I also spoke with the owner/manager and he was so appreciative of hearing my positive comments about his employee. We will definitely be back there and hopefully so will our friends!! Good medical product, had a small issue with the drive through experience, I would put your order in online then go pick it up in store as opposed to drive through. Avoid the drive trough line and idling cars its a quick in, out for medical., not sure on recreational side.

I have yet to have a negative experience at theory wellness in Chicopee, the staff is courteous, respectful, willing to answer any questions I may have, and generally upbeat people. The service is as fast as it is praiseworthy. Which is very. Definitely recommend them

Take your money elsewhere. Their flower is consistently not cured properly, not trimmed properly and overall not a great quality for what they charge. They also are completely unwilling to work with you if you accidentally preorder something and either cant go inside or go through the drive thru. Its difficulty for the sake of being difficult. The fact that these places also pass the debit card fee onto their customers is outrageous. Its their cost of business and no other retailer does this. If you cant support customers using their cards dont offer that option.

Hands down best tasting medical cannabis I have purchased in W. Mass, the rest tastes like a mouthful of chemicals when you vape or smoke the flower.

Let me tell you, this place makes you feel super chill about being there no matter who you are, you feel at home with a friend getting what ever you want, when it comes to the bud the thc does not matter. Avid smoker from way back and experienced some excellent highs in the 70’s and 80’s. The quality of flower I got from Theory Wellness was right up there with them. The raspberry chewie worked so effectively for my friend especially, who lost her 18 year old friend/cat. It did not disappoint neither did the Chillum. I was surprised by the seriously fruity taste and etc. The bud tenders were angels the whole experience and my first at that has it so this place set the standard for us. Yaaay something positive. Drove from CT to this location, i pre-ordered the same day and when i got there it was fast friendly service. They sanitized their stations after they’re done with customers, making you feel safe and clean in there. Nicole was nice she showed me the way to use their Tpens which helped a lot me being a first time vape pen user. Nice clean friendly place from the time you step in til you step out. Worth the hour drive. Would recommend anyone to come to this location

Review update: I had to reduce to 3 stars due to 8 seeds found in the 1/8 of firewaves I purchased for my patient. 8 seeds is a lot for an eighth and at $55 pretty unacceptable. I sent an email regarding the problem weeks ago and never received a response. Maybe the review change will get their attention. 🙏

They dont update their website when there are changes such as, the drive up window. When they had to shut it down did they tell us on the website? No! When the pick up window reopened did they announce it on the website, and that its for medical only? No! Medical only? doesnt make sense to me. The staff are great but, when you tell them something negative their eyes glaze over, typical in todays world. The whole showing ID three times is a bit excessive too . So its time to try other dispensary like Insa. Been going to Theory for two years and theyve hit my 3 strikes.

The staff was very gentle with me being my first visit and all. They were very knowledgeable and serious about the situation. The staff also practiced social distancing and wiped down all products/devices after each customer (thanks). I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Im pretty sure Ill be visiting again on my next trip. Only had one problem since I have been getting their products. Got two 1/8 ounce containers. The took the unopened container back and refunded me. Unfortunately had to eat the price of the one I opened. Hopefully this is a rare occurrence.

Staff was very friendly. Not because of theory but for everybody else make sure you check the dates on the bottles when it was harvested packaged and of course the date youre buying it some of them do not have moisture packets and they will be dried out which turns medical marijuana into Street pot too expensive for Street pot. If their pot is dry and no good the medical properties are gone. And they dont take it back which Ive already been in touch with the cannabis commission. If were going to pay this much money everybody has to have moisture packets. and if its more than a month and a half old I would not buy it. if you pre-order make sure you ask what dates on the bottle they are on the phone.Again this was not the issue at theory I just want to get the information out to everyone
