Best dispensary around !! Hands down. I’ve been to just about every dispensary in the western mass area and tried multiple products over the months and MAC has the best buds they actually know how to grow properly and harvest it correctly. I like their variety but now that other dispensaries are selling other sellers products theyre coming out dry and even a month is not working theyre still dry. You guys got to start forcing it if we lose that to dryness that loses all the properties for medical which means Im buying Street pot for $350 an ounce.But this is a good review Im stressing you as sellers and distributors need to make sure you get the best things you can for us and I know thats your mission but maybe you should start taking lot numbers for any complaints about things and see if theres a commonality or force them to have moisture packets or you wont sell their product. I had one dispensary that I went to a few times their pocket being dry and I stopped going to their dispensary. I dont want to do that here so just a little tidbit of info but again five stars

Very professional, knowledgeable and sincere. I was driving by this place one day and decided to stop in. When I got home I realized they charged me but forgot to add a item I paid for, I called and explained and they took care of it immediately and professionally. It was pretty cool but again most of the staff was so nice and compassionate, non judgemental. Ive heard other peoples stories about this place and nothing but positive. Wish they had a Banana flavored strain. That would be amazing.. Anyways highly recommended!

I am a young professional who has her masters in cannabis. I came here for a job interview and it was the most demoralizing experience of my life. I was asked what brought me to the industry and I stated that the end goal is to create my own cultivation facility and my own strain. The ceo then asked me what MAC would get out of me working there and I expressed that I have so much knowledge and information pertaining to cannabis and that I feel like I could learn a lot. He then looks at the other two interviewees and laughs and reasks the question. I continued and he said “so all that I got out of that is you want to come work for MAC and steal all of our secrets and then leave and become my competitor”. That’s not at all what I was trying to express. It was the most unprofessional experience of my life. I get the industry is in high competition but to hault a young, hardworking, goal oriented women from her dreams is not right. I know how to grow weed and all of the secrets that come with it and being accused of stealing is defamation to my character.

If Im being honest as a Medicinal user of Cannabis place is nice smells the part upon entry beautifully flower but way overpriced they have a point system but no vouchers I get vouchers once a year from Beta for 200 off my purchase I guess the end result is monitary gain I get just as good quality from friends who grow than these legal dealers and dont stay broke either if you can afford to pay $300 plus for a 28g of flower you must be rich and have no other priorities or obligations even in the medical line no discount Beta does not tax medicinal users and also gives 20 percent off every visit for medicinal users all these places should have a clearance section weekly and bring the price down for those whom are medicinal users and low income I can go on just advocating on behalf of the not so rich people

After reading positive reviews of MAC, I decided to check it out on 01.16.21. I was excited to recently see a new pricing structure on their that is comparable to the store I have been going to for a few years. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. Their staff helping me out was, from my personal experience, the best example of doing the right thing for the customer I can recall.

Looks like a prison camp so its easy to drive right by it. They have a barebones interior divided between recreational and medical. The products were good. MAC grows their own strains onsite which are worth a try. I was pleased with my visit. Recommend it.

Ok place but card fee is way more then every place in mass .who wants to pay tax then a 6$ card fee for using a Debit Card

If you like concentrates they have the best deal going 3/$155 wax grams. product is as good as it gets. unless someone pops up with better oil for cheaper ill be spending my $ here

MAC is one of the top dispensaries in the area. selection and quality are top notch. staff are amazing. My only complaint and I’ve heard it from other medical patients as well is that they don’t move the medical line fast enough. Many times I have been in there and waited 20-30 minutes to be served while rec flies through. Medical patients actually need this. It is prescribed by us rec users are doing it for fun. There should be zero med customers waiting if rec is getting served.

I am a very happy man to be with him in this world but he has a great deal for him in the future but I think hes a great man to have the opportunity of being able and for his family to do that he will not have the power of his life and he is a very good person to have a life in his own country as he has been a great deal of the power to do so he will be the only person who can be there for him to do that and to do so in his mind

Its only 2 minutes down the street from Theory Wellness and there are never any lines or waits, unlike Theory Wellness which has crazy lines and people coming from Connecticut and other states flooding on in creating too much traffic Too much traffic for it to be enjoyable...!

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience from the moment we walked up to the door. Prices were good and the menu was descriptive and helpful. They had an atm to use which was convenient because it was cash only. Staff was very friendly and awesome and knowledgeable. Smallish parking lot but a very quick in and out in 15 minutes max. type of place. Would highly recommend this place and will be back!!

Favorite place in the area. Coming to western MA from the bay area, it was frustrating trying to find bud that matched CA quality for even close to the price. Luckily MAC opened up for recreational.MACs buds are hand trimmed (rare in the area) and really good.I dont like spending $60+ an eighth but Ill treat myself to MAC every now and then.Get something grown by MAC like the Star Punch or their Garlic strains... basically anything they write knockout or heavy hitting in the description and you wont be disappointed.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is very fast. If you visit their website and look at the menu before you go you can be in and out in under 5 minutes. They have a good selection of products. I have been to other dispensaries and their product is always dry and crumbles to dust. Mass Alternatives products are always dried to perfection and doesnt turn to dust when you break it up. They grow their own products on site so you are guaranteed the freshest product. I recommend wedding crasher 13, wedding crasher to and firecracker OG... Those 3 strands do exactly what the product States. What it crash or 13 works perfect for inflammation and pain. I am usually skeptical on what products claim but mass alternative products live up to what they say. I 110% recommend this place over other dispensary.

99% of business is out of state recreational, their menu for these patrons is about 5% what they offer for medical patrons. The price is ridiculously high after taxes and such. They do have nice buds, sadly this isn’t enough for the lack of strains and other offerings. They offer the same exact strains time after time while medical menu is always rotating, disappointing.

Wow is the only way to describe their product. Ive been to every other Western Mass dispensary multiple times and have found some great strains along the way. Problem always is consistency. You always get a variety of strains each trip and are only satisfied with about half of them. Some dry and others just weak and disappointing. Today I went to MAC for the first time and as usual got a variety of strains. This was the first time I have ever left a dispensary COMPLETELY satisfied. Their menu is a bit lacking but I see the strains changing almost daily which means the selection will be different every visit unlike some other places. The flower seemed liked it was packaged the day before and the quality was out what you expect when you are paying such outrageous state prices. People complaining about MAC prices obviously havent been to Theory Wellness haha MAC blows them out of the water and takes the crown as the best Rec dispensary in the game

I have to say this place is great! I’ve been here twice and each time has been a great experience. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the Store was very clean and welcoming, and over all a great dispensary. I found the selection to be very decent with reasonable prices. The Flower was excellent and we also really enjoy their cartridges. Kelsey was an absolute pleasure to work with and her customer service was phenomenal! I’m looking forward to shopping here in the future, and I highly recommend this dispensary!

I have emailed this place several questions going back almost 2 years, and they have never replied back! The customer service is lacking at least for medical patients and off premises. To start with they can actually email back patients, update the menus, offer actual online ordering, and refund the $5 you charge for ATM use!

The id checkers can be a little on the cold side and I dont care to deal with that when getting my medicine but thats me..Besides that they usually have great strains!

Happened to be in Hartford CT on business. Never in a recreational store before and found this online. Short hop from Hartford so I had to do it. Kind of in a secluded area but very easy to get to. Security was excellent. ID check prior to entry, also inside the door and at the counter. Very impressed. Good selection of products, reasonable prices and friendly knowledgeable sales people. Very friendly and happy to offer suggestions on their products. Cash only and there is an ATM machine on site. Products are top shelf! This is how recreational cannibus should be sold. Only complaint is the very high state tax, but hey, the price you pay for highly quality controlled weed, worth it. Will return!

It was my first time setting foot into and purchasing products from a dispensary. I was nervous that it would be weird, but it was pretty normal. A couple important tidbits- you do not have to be a medical patient to purchase goods here, you do not have to be a Mass resident or have a Mass ID (ie, you can be from out of state), and it is cash only but there is an ATM inside. Heres a detailed experience guide for others like me who didnt know what to expect.- A man outside the building will check your ID. Please show a valid drivers license. You cannot enter without it. You need to be 21+.- Once inside the entryway, the is an official security check where another person will check and validate your ID.- Finally inside the store, there is a table with copies of the menu, as well as 3-5 employees who are available for discussions and answering questions. They didnt attack me with conversation, and in fact, didnt even appear to notice me at all (a good thing).- Around the backside of the table-with-menus are the lines. There is one for medical patients and one for regular adult users.- The cashier will get the items you want off the menu, and maybe ask if you are familiar with the products you are purchasing. She will also check your ID. Please pay in cash only.- Sales tax is quite high so make sure you bring enough cash. For example, the gummy edibles are advertised for $34, but will cost $40 with tax.- There is an interesting protocol for exiting the building. When you get back into the entryway, you need to wait for the door to close behind you, wait for a light to turn green, then make the final exit through the second set of doors to the outside.
