Today was my first time here in 10 years. Back then it was called Kim Ds nails. The experience that me and my daughter had was amazing. I would absolutely recommend.

A gentleman did my pedicure. Poor, poor service. Kept grabbing and pushing my feet around whIhe was workingon my toes. There was nothing relaxing about it.very aggressive

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience at a nail salon. First of all, they didn’t take your temperature when you walked in, or made sure you washed your hands... I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off. They hurt me so bad while doing this, made me bleed, did it in a way that I have NEVER seen done before. Left my real nails completely ruined. When I told the lady that she was hurting me and ruining my nails, she shrugged her shoulders and said “well?” And that was it. They were very unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back.

I have been going to this nail salon since Christmas its close by decently priced and I have never had a problem with them since I had them put on. The staff is nice and personable. I personally love when Yung does my nails but feel comfortable seeing any if the nail techs they are all very good.

Took my family here, the staff was very accommodating even gave my niece a beautiful design with her pedicure, just because. They have the salon set up well for covid and practice safety standards. Everyone is friendly, prices are average.

Im new to going here since New owners a ways back. But I actually think I found a great place. I recommend not to go on a Saturday unless you expect to be there for a lengthy amount of time. Lets face, all the salons are like that on a Saturday/Wkend. I was amazed on how detailed they were. And a extra bonus was before and after they paint your nails they go back around with a file and nail cutters and take all your dead skin off around your nails and no paint on skin. I highly recommend to give those place a try💅. As of May 7th 2018 they will be opened on Sundays 👍

Dont bother making an appointment. They do not honor the appointment time and will treat you as if you are a walk in. They expect you to sit with your hands in nail polish remover while they take care of other customers. They have lost my business.

They ALWAYS do a very good job, but they are very loose with the word no.. I asked for a certain color and he gives me 3 different colors to choose from.. then when I ask for a specific shape he does what he says he thinks looks nice. They ALWAYS do such a. Good job and cheap too.. I just wish they wouldnt tell me how they want my nails rather than how I want thwn

I went to this nail salon because it was the closest one to my house although I have been warned that it wasnt a good nail salon I wanted to try it out for myself. I will say my pedicure that I got there was good. I noticed that the floors behind the chairs in the pedicure section were pretty dirty. I did notice that they did not clean the instruments when they began to start another service on another client. They used the same exact tools from my service directly to another womans service without cleaning them. Which honestly is beyond disgusting to me and Im pretty sure thats against health codes. My toenail color came out very pretty I do admit that. The ladies really didnt speak to me or even say hi when they began my pedicure so it was kind of like I just sat there in quiet but thank God I brought headphones so at least I could hear a little bit music instead of just pure quiet. I wont be returning unless I need an emergency pedicure and all others are closed.

I just got the best gel manicure of my life wirh sandy! she was super attentive to detail and really took her time to make sure my cuticles were perfect and that my nails werent flaking. I also appreciated the minimal use of products at this salon and that they use natural products when possible! i will definitely be back 😀

So while this isn’t the fanciest nail salon I have ever been in, I most certainly got the BEST customer service. I came here after a lazy ass nail technician at Royal Nails in West Springfield names Kevin ROYALLY f’d up my nails. I didn’t know to what extent until I came to D&N and sat with Tran. My gel was lifting from the nail bed because so much hair was left probably when dude was rushing me out of his chair. Tran explained and confirmed my concerns. The other guy had cut into my natural nail when he had done my last fill. My nail bed was so raw. In any case, Tran was kind and gentle enough to save my natural nail and basically gave me a new full set for the price of a fill. He was informative and I greatly appreciated the time he took to save my nails! I am so grateful to him. I also got a pedicure and while I don’t remember the young ladies name she did awesome. Again this is not a fancy place but they care about their customer satisfaction which to me is far more valuable.

I liked the staff and service. It was very busy though so they told me half hr on the phone but I waited an hour. I noticed something DISGUSTING how all the TOOLS were in white container that was dirty and they didnt CLEAN the tools before using on me. I wanted to SCREAM and tell him to stop and clean them but I chickened out and prayed I wouldnt get an infection. He did however put alcohol on my nails(cuticles) after he used the cuticle tool. But I will have to tell these people to change this or else someone will be visiting their salon. Enough said..

Pay 40 bucks for a pedicure and it looks like they were done by a 5 year old. They did nothing but paint my toes. Most pedicures come with a lot more for 40 bucks.

Basically had me sit there for an hour and then went and took someone in front of me . Then wanted wait other hour.

Nails came out nice, but there was a bit of a wait. Price was reasonable and the staff was pleasant. Would go again.

Nasty customers service!I got there with my sisters and my daughter they dont even bother to said Hi can or can i help u we wait for 10 minutes when we got up and left they stated talking to us an offered service... Never again yah lost 4 good customers

Awful Work. I Have Natural Nails & I Like To Put Get So They Are A Little Harder & Not As Thin. Idk Her Name, But Whoever Did My Nails Was AWFUL. No Attention To Detail. I Feel Like I Have Big Jelly Beans On My Fingers!!! She Globbed On The Gel && DID NOT Use A File To Shape My Nails So They Are Rounded And Uneven & So Crooked. I Dont See How My Natural Nails Could Be THIS BULKY & A Professional Thought She Did A Great Job!!!! I Wanted To CRY My Whole Way Home. Im Trying To Add A Photo Of These Green Monsters But Cant Figure Out How.

The staff are very pleasant and do a wonderful job. Unlike most other nail salons Ive been to, they concentrate on your nails only and dont do 2 people at the same time.

Didn’t listen when I said I wanted my nails shorter just shook their head and kept saying okay. Lady laughed when another lady came over and told her that she didn’t file my nails the right way.

I’m so upset.They sanded off my gel nails!!! I’m horrified. This is not the correct process. I should have spoken up. I am now crying about the state of my nails. And I asked for square with curve and that is not the shape I got.Soooo upset don’t go here. I should have listened to some of the poorer reviews.

I went for a pedicure the other day and I was very disappointed. If I could leave zero stars I would. They rushed me while picking out my color, the water was barely warm, and the pedicure itself lasted 10 mins my feet didnt even get to soak before they started rushing the whole process paying 27 dollars you would think it be a good pedicure I was in disbelief how quickly things went. The only reason I went there was because my normal spot was closed for vacation big mistake. Also it was dirty they use the same tools on people with out even cleaning them they were just sitting in a dirty cup no cleaning products in sight. To top it off a few hours later I took a shower and the polish started to come off. I would never return. Also been there multiple times for eyebrows being under new management I figured Id give them a few chances 3 chances later and I still did not like how they came out.

My nails always look awesome because of Sandy... this is also the only place that can get my eyebrows looking fabulous thanks to Young!!!
