How can i start? Everything went just perfect! The staff was wonderful and Dr Harrison and her Dentist Assistant Vanessa were amazing! Im so so so so grateful and satisfied! I am definitely going back. I got my tooth chipped due a medical procedure and i was so self conscious about it and Dr Harrison just fixed and look like nothing happened! I am amazed. I would give 10 stars if i could. Highly recommend :)

Wonderful dentist and staff! I have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Harrison and her staff make it comfortable and easy. Dr. Harrison has Covid safety protocols in place and is the most knowledgeable dentist I have been to.

The office is state of the art with regards to dental & safety standards. And all the staff is very competent & friendly. They go out of their way to make sure that you are very comfortable as their patient. Dr. Harrison takes the time to explain things so that you understand the reasons for the dental procedures she recommends. She makes you feel part of the decision process & plan. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Harrison and her amazing staff. I have been under their care for a few years now. Their initial examination is thorough and went into details I did not realize affected my dental health.I have had regular dental care most of my life so it was surprising to learn so much in just the first visit. Dr. H is above and beyond as a gentle and knowledgeable general practice dentist. I always feel respected and my questions and concerns taken seriously(as a woman myself this is something that is a 50/50 shot in any medical field). Her hygienists are also among the best I’ve ever had: gentle l, thorough, and kind.One last major plus I have to mention: they have also figured their scheduling out to a science and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes with usually being able to bring me right back at my scheduled appointment time!All the stars!

Top notch experience! From the first call with Haley to Vanessa handling my x-rays/intake to Dr. HARRISON. I had an incredible experience. I was treated with respect and empathy and Dr. HARRISON informed and educated without overwhelming or shaming me. Ive only been to 1 visit so far (husband has been to 3) but this office is hands down more thorough in care and assistance with insurance than any dentist Ive been to, including San Diego where were from. Dr. Harrison is knowledgeable beyond just teeth showing interest in all around care. Her staff worked diligently with our insurance to get everything covered and when we had a overpayment on our account offered us to pickup a refund check the same day. I would highly recommend this office.

This is the most rude and pretentious dentist in Chico. DO NOT GO HERE.They refused to see me after THEY had the wrong person in the front room taking my information;that I couldn’t make it there. That person made it seem like I missed ONE appointment. They have NO HEART, NO CARE. this was TWO years ago that I missed the appt, tried calling today. DO NOT GO HERE! They will leave you high and dry when you have tooth pain.

Jen, her assistant, did not miss a beat during my appointment and made the entire experience that much better. Sitting in the dentist chair is not my favorite place to be however visiting Dr. Harrison’s office is a pleasure and I highly recommend her for dentistry.

Ashley Harrison the dentist is quite good at her job. The Office Manager Christina is not. Specifically this last summer I had dental work I needed done and due to me having an outside insurance company (delta dental) I asked for an estimate on what portion of the procedure I would have to pay. I was told approximately 400 dollars. In a phone conversation with Christina she specifically said Would you like me to confirm that amount? I said yes. I never heard back from her before the date of the procedure in September. A few days after the procedure I paid my estimated fee of approx. 400 dollars. My insurance company paid off a much smaller portion of the bill than anticipated and I was saddled with an additional 266 dollar charge from Ashley Harrison DDS. When I called about the bill Christina made the statement that she cant guarantee anything and apologized for being unclear. If it was 50 or 75 dollars I would have just paid the bill, but 266 dollars is OVER 50% of her estimate and it was post her saying she would confirm my portion of the bill. There was no statements made to me pre-procedure that the patient portion of the bill can vary wildly.

They have been amazing ! I love how they explain everything to you. They made me feel comfortable. Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

It was very educational to see the x-rays as Dr. Harrison explained the treatment plan, ditto (this was new for me) for close-up photos of problem teeth. The staff were efficient but also very considerate.
