This was the best experience I have had taking any test. They were fast, efficient, and very nice. It took me less then 3 minutes from checking in to getting bthe test done. Everyone should go there for testing.. if I could give 10 stars I would.

*BIG SCAM* They said they accepted my insurance then sent a bill for $440 3 months later.$140 for the COVID test and $300 for the visit. Do not Book. *UPDATE* Shortly after the review, I was contacted by the Clear Wellness Group. I am currently working with my insurance to take care of the bill.

Best intake process I’ve ever experienced with any sort of medical practice, to be honest. Came by for a rapid COVID test, took maybe 7 minutes to set appointment online, fill out paperwork (minimal) & send them my insurance card / license. Called them to ask a follow-up question and to let them know I was running a couple minutes late & they answered my questions easily & said no problem re timing. When I got there, whole thing took 5 minutes and they return results same day (said sometimes within an hour). I’m looking up what else they provide so I can use them for other services! Definitely recommend.

I scheduled a visit for a PRP test to fulfill a wedding requirement. The front staff was phenomenal with plenty of energy. There were several time slots available for same day testing.

This is place I bring my entire family for COVID testing. The process is fast, and everyone working is professional. It was very easy to book an appointment and most communication is through email, one of the reasons why they are able to get people in and out so quickly. I would recommend.

Very quick to get an appointment and get tested! The woman that tested me was kind and patient and willing to answer all of my questions.

I was able to get a same day appointment less than an hour before wanting to get tested and they also take walk ins. Signs directing you to facility and to testing space were clear and easy to follow. No wait when I got there. Front desk attendants were precise, polite, helpful, and quick. Common area was kept clean and had hand sanitizer available in multiple areas. Check in for the COVID testing in the back was quick and straight forward. Overall good experience.

I was greeted immediately after I walked in the office there were two woman at the front desk both very happy, I noticed the place was super clean ! The service was excellent and fast i was in the best being tested within 3 minutes of checking in the service in the back was amazing as well I was greeted by a woman and a gentleman took my test. Excellent staff and Doctors!!!! I was able to get a same day appointment over video and establish a primary care physician. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for a provider who is incredibly accessible and is complimented by a staff that is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I went here to get rapid tested and they have the process down to a science. I was in and out within 10 minutes despite 5 people being in line ahead of me. Highly recommend.

Went to do a Covid-19 back in December and they simply never sent results or even ever communicated anything back. Had to travel abroad to see my newborn daughter and wasted thousands of dollars because of this companys incompetence on changing flight fees and having to pay a premium to get tested again at an actual competent clinic.Avoid them if you need your results in a timely manner.

I absolutely love Clear Wellness Group. It’s one of the best facilities around. The staff is very professional. Taking the test there are really quick and they don’t keep you waiting period results of test as well. The only drawback is parking in the area. Great staff love it!

Appointments are easy to schedule online and the entire process takes less then 5 minutes. My most recent test was over Labor Day weekend and the rapid test came back in about 15 minutes and the PCR test results came back in approximately 24 hours.

I love this clinic! They are professional and courteous and you are normally in and out quickly. They offer same day appts. if you need to get a Covid-19rapid test. The staff appears to be all women and they offer womens health services so I would be happy to start going here more frequently.

If you need a pain management practice that genuinely cares about you’re well-being, will listen as long as you need them to, AND offers multiple ways to communicate should the need arise (and FYI, for pain patients, sometimes just having the security of knowing you have an open line of communication reduces anxiety, and offers peace of mind), this is the place to be.Dr. Trivedi and his team are hands-down the best pain management practice in the Chicagoland area.

The entire staff, from the front desk to testers and lab workers, were all incredibly friendly and professional. On top of that, this was one of the most efficient groups in any health care clinic I have come across. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and was out of the building in less than 10 minutes. I never do reviews but I was particularly pleased with this experience.

I needed a rapid Co-Vid test for a 6am flight the next day. The staff assisted me 50 minutes before closing; I had my test results via email 30 minutes later. Since Im not a regular patient of the clinic, nor a member of the insurance groups they accept I feel the staff went above and beyond serving me.

The Clear Wellness Center is a very clean environment, as you step in doors the staff greet you and service was very prompt. My visit was just about 5 minutes in total, once my mom and I reached the back room mire staff were there to greet and assist us as well as explain the procedure for which we came in for. Service was performed with accuracy and great patience for my mom. I will without q doubt recommend family and friends to this facility. Remarkable service!

Easy and convenient COVID-19 testing site.

Not sure if it was user error or what: I had originally scheduled an appointment via the website for a primary visit on Saturday but when I showed up for my appointment I was scheduled for a covid test which is not what I wanted. They told me that they didn’t have any more primary visits open so they asked me if I wanted to schedule a visit for Tuesday so I agreed. I show up on Tuesday and first of all they could not find me easily in the system even tho I had provided all my information on Saturday. Once they found me they took me to the back and put me in a room where I waited for 3 minutes when someone walks in and asks “are you here for a covid test?” So I was like no I’m not. So then the lady takes me to another room and I wait for another minute before the nurse finally started taking my vitals for my primary visit! After this point my nurse, Tifanny and my doctor Eric were extremely pleasant people and my visit was great after that. The lady that took my blood was extremely nice and we had a good conversation while she drew my blood! The mix up with appointments almost ruined my experience here but the doctor and nurse and also the lady that took my blood was extremely NICE!

Very dissatisfied with their billing practices. I signed up for a covid test in December in the height of the pandemic. This involved a walk through their garage for a nasal swab after the generic covid screening questions. This was less than 1 to 2 minutes.I just received a bill in July (7 months later) for a new patient office visit. They are claiming every test is ALSO a new patient office visit with the doctor. I signed up for a test I verified was covered by my insurance, but not an office visit or establishing care. The covid screening questions alone also cannot satisfy a billing code for new physican visit.I am challenging this bill and will update this review accordingly, but am very concerned about these billing practices.

This place is so beautiful inside, fully renovated modern space with beautiful contemporary furniture. I felt so at ease there and the staff was so sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. If you live near the South Loop, I highly recommend this location for getting your COVID test. Online appointment is super easy to make and you even complete all paperwork online. You create an online account so you can easily check back in for your results and billing (although my insurance covered most of it - I only had to pay $23). Unlike other locations, you have to go inside, check in in the front lobby, then you go down a hallway that leads to the back garage where the testing occurs. From check in to check out, it took 10 minutes. I had my results in 24 hours, even though it could have taken 48 hours. Very thankful for an easy process!

I have tested here twice now; they have such a smooth and contact free check in process and the entire system is very clean! Staff are also very friendly and safe. I have tested at multiple other facilities and this is by far my favorite, and the most stress-free.

The billing department is inept. They tried to bill me for a an additional $220 over what my insurance paid for a COVID PCR and rapid test. This amount was outside the negotiated contractual rate already paid by my insurance company ($220) and against federal law (CARES Act). When I contacted Clear Wellness Group they gave me an email address to contact that would get back to me in 3-5 business days. Be aware of ANY bills they send months later - check with your insurance company and know your rights because they will try to double bill you! Under the CARES Act you should be charged $0 for all COVID tests.

We were running late to the last appt of the day on Easter Sunday. They still accepted and tested me even though I showed up 10 min late for the appt and 5 min before close. First time I have been tested so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless it was. Left and got results the same day. There was an issue with the report that was sent over email which I followed up on and was resolved quickly. I then needed a sign off from a doctor/physician for employer. I was able to schedule a zoom session and the needed paperwork was sent the same day. This was a really positive experience overall.

Although results were promised within 48-72 hours of testing - it has been almost 20 days and still no results!!! Emails are essentially ignored and no responses even after 10 days. If you are looking to get results (at all) or in a timely manner - good luck. Look elsewhere.

I could schedule an appointment for the same day, while we were driving there, just took us a couple minutes. The website is pretty user friendly. Once there, check in was fast and all the staff was polite and professional. I got Covid tested, in a couple minutes I was ready to go home. I received my results as expected via email, on time. I got tested Monday at 6pm, got my results Wednesday afternoon. Cost free, no insurance needed. I was kind of scared it might hurt (it was the swab test), but it didn’t hurt at all. The doctor was very gentle and made me feel relaxed/confident.Plus I created my online account at Athena Health to follow up and link all my medical info.Thank you so much to all the medical team and staff at Clear Wellness!!
