Such a great experience! Dr. Elbaridi is truly a wonderful doctor. I started going to his office when I lived in the city, and have since moved to the suburbs. Despite the distance, I am loyal to his office and continue to see him because I value his service so much that I wouldn’t be willing to try anyone different. His staff is friendly, and welcoming; always happy and smiling. You can see and feel the positive energy in how he interacts with his staff. The office is meticulously clean. Without a doubt, 5 stars!

I have had to research Covid testing locations in 3 different cities in the last 30 days. Most sites are totally inadequate but the site for Loop Medical Center is comprehensive and easy to navigate. I had only one question via email and my message was answered in minutes! From the reviews I have been reading the care and professionalism at the Center is outstanding as well.

As someone who owns a business in the health care industry I have every high standards to where I go for my health care. I would not trust anyone else but Dr. Elbaridi. He is a wonderfully compassionate doctor with great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and I always leave my appointments well informed. The location is clean and clearly well taken care of. If I could give more than five stars I would!

5 stars don’t do this place justice. The Loop Medical center is truly a place I feel comfortable and taken care of. The whole entire staff is very professional and friendly which is always nice! I went in to get tested for covid, (negative😌) and the whole experience was very smooth. I got my results the very next day and now I can truly feel more at ease!

Great and very professional service!!!My first experience in this office happened in April 2019, when everything started with COVID-19, when no one knew what was happening and how the situation would develop.They performed my first COVID test very professionally, assured me not to worry regardless of the results of the same and provided all the information if a positive result occurs.All my subsequent visits to this medical facility completely met all my expectations.All recommendations!!!

I flew in from out of state to get treated by Dr. B. He treated my knee with platelet rich plasma. I can tell you that I have 100% pain relief I am more functional and have a better quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. B. he is Harvard trained he runs an excellent clinic and his staff members are attentive professional and caring!

Dr. Elbaridi and staff provide higher than exceptional service and knowledge. Searching for a pain management physician, in my opinion, was extremely challenging. I consistently refrained from and postponed seeing a pain management physician - but the second I met Dr. Elbaridi and his staff I immediately felt comfort and knew this was the right place for me. Comfort in a physician is and was my primary concern when engaging with a physician who could help me. I would highly recommend that you seek out the services at Dr. Elbaridis office!

I had a major foot injury that caused me terrible pain I came in and saw Dr Nidal that took great care of me without any complications. I tried to go to 2 emergency rooms where nobody would attend to me. I was checked in almost instantly at the Loop Medical Center. I received a few phone calls to follow up on my visit making sure everything was ok. Great service with attention to their patients, highly recommend.

Very clean and efficient. Everything was just quick, easy and convenient. Got my results the following day and they accepted my insurance card too so no upront cash out. I took my first Covid Vaccine here , I found the place in Zocdoc and made an appointment- that was quick and easy. The check in process was quick without any wait time .The staff was professional and polite , it was no wait and nurse who gave me vaccine was very gentle- I dint feel any pain 😊. I am definitely going back for my second shot here .

Loop Medical Center was great! The staff is knowledgeable, very nice and made me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and conveniently located in the downtown area.

Street Parking was right out front. We actually used the 30 minute standing zone. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Oddly, you take the swab and give yourself the test.

Been here a few times for covid tests. Website says 24 hour results for PCR tests. Things happen and that can delay so be sure to follow up if that window is important to you. I had to follow up when 24 hour window passed but the Dr and office staff was super responsive and worked hard to get my result to me. The staff has been nice when Ive gone. I would recommend them.

I was in a panic mode yesterday looking for a place to get Covid test. I came down with a fever the night before and having an elderly mom staying with me, I needed to find a place that can test me right away. After doing much research, a friend of mine recommended Loop Medical Center, Dr. Nidal Elbaridi. They were able to get me an appointment that day. Upon arriving at the place, they were extremely professional, friendly and the place was very clean and a safe environment. I got the result, Negative- phew and was able to talk to the doctor to gain further insights into the findings. Very helpful and I’d recommend the place to all.

This place is quick and easy. The staff especially Faten and Max are extremely friendly and make the process seamless. They’re amazing! I’ve been tested multiple times here and have never had issue.

Very convenient in testing. I get tested every two weeks and the results come within a few days. They accept basically all insurance and have not had any out of pocket transactions because of that. Staff is great! Max and Fetan explain the process thoroughly and stay calm and considerate no matter how many times they need to repeat it.

Dr. E is a brilliant pain management specialist that goes obove and beyond to ensure his patients get the best treatment and are provided options that work. He is supported by gifted stuff. Gabriela- medical assistance was very professional and through with her intake and notes.Honestly, I couldnt be happier with the results of my procedure. I woke up next day like a new human, pain is gone.And last but not least, this practice has taken substantial measures to make their office clean and as safe as possible during Covid.

Very convenient for Covid testing! I went to the same location in south loop twice so far, and every time I am seen right at my appointment time. Never experienced any delays which is really helpful especially that I scheduled my appointment during my working hours. The whole testing process takes less than 10 minutes. I did provide my insurance information and photo of my ID online before my appointment, which probably helps speed up the process.The test results are posted on the patient portal within 2 days, exactly as I was told.

Safe, quick and easy Covid testing!! I felt comfortable with the staff and clean environment. The first time was performed by a staff member and second time I was able to perform the nasal swab on my own under supervision. Super easy! The antibody test was also a safe and calm process.

I have had no problems there in person and I appreciate the free testing access, but I was a little upset when they CALLED me two days after my covid test before I had gotten my results back, causing me to panic and think I had covid.... and they were just asking me to leave a google review🤦‍♀️

(Second Visit to this place)Very good place for covid testing but very disappointed when I had to go in today to do a new covid test for going back to college and they made me do the swab on myself. I wasnt actually confident if I was doing it right. Now I need to go to another place to make sure I have the correct test results. So a bit frustrated when Im on a very tight schedule before I leave for college again.

I was able to get an appointment at Loop Medical Center the day of, and was there for a total of 10 minutes MAX. This was the most efficient COVID testing experience Ive had thus far. You do your own nasal swab, and there were two employees - Max, and Farook there to guide us. They were super sweet, and the entire experience was painless.

We went into the Loop Medical Center 2 times this week with my 2 kids due to a recent exposure for COVID. The staff there was exceptionally nice especially Faten Samas. She make everyone absolutely at ease and was giving clear directions on how to get the nose swab done the right way. Kids even got a treat when we left today!

BEWARE!!! Do not waste your money for rapid test.Not accurate on covid rapid result. You need to wait about two days for accurate final result.

False advertising and explanation of COVID 19 testing. I went during the summer and was told the test was free. When I arrived they asked me for my insurance card, I told them I didnt have one, and they said thats fine, I asked if it was still free and she said yes and proceeded to take a picture of my ID and told me to sit and wait that I would be attended. I got tested. I month later I received a bill for the FREE COVID testing they had offered. Turns out, theyre billing for it bc I was uninsured. Mind you I got a basic, nasal test, not a rapid test or anything else. I left several messages, dropped by, emailed them several times, called and left voicemails. No answer. Its been months. I called again today, and their system doesnt even direct you to their billing service (it doesnt work!). I definitely feel that they are operating some sort of scam for those who are uninsured. Please go to a CORE testing site instead if you do not have access to medical insurance.

Stunning facility. Dr. K is both informative and caring. Helped ease my concern about needles and hooked me up with the easiest covid test I could imagine. Would absolutely recommend this as it was one of the best bedside manner experiences I’ve had since moving to Chicago 3 years ago.

BEWARE OF GETTING COVID TESTED HERE....FRAUD!!! I got tested last week at this south loop location and at most with how busy they are shouldve taken 3 days to get results according to dr and staff. I called on day 2 was told to check the portal for results, I called today almost a week later, have sent emails trying to find my results and either i get a run around answer from one of the receptionists or no response at all. I went there because I was in the area working and it happened to be close by. I made an appointment, walked into the clinic. Was welcomed by a very rude receptionist that roller her eyes prompted the dr to do what he felt and he guided me outside to get tested outside on the street. May i remind you that this woman wasnt wearing a mask in a clinic testing for covid. How weird, right? For a place that is promoting covid testing you would think that the staff would practice safety and be masked and prompt in providing clients with results. I will be contacting my insurance company if this place attempts to charge me for tests i never received results for. It was a very dirty office, run by people who clearly dont know what theyre doing!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PIECE OF MIND, go anywhere not here!!
