I had an appointment with Ashley Stanton to remove nose splints from a surgery performed by another doctor and asked her if she can video my nose to see what it looks like post-surgery and she said no. I don’t understand why she couldn’t spend 2 minutes to show me what my sinsuses looked like post surgery.

The Office Manger and portion of the staff directly related to ENT for Inspire Sleep Medicine are absolutely, HORRIBLE. Multiple variations of the truth, blocked phone calls, phony appointments, lack of leadership and commitment to patient care and continuity. NWM is very much aware of the ongoing issues and continue choosing money over patients well being. They poorly communicate what is needed to you, your provider, insurance and any other parties that are Need To Know. Please be very careful and have everything documented if you ever choose to visit them. Have someone else with you as a witness and ensure you get everything in writing upon every visit. Otherwise, they will lie and deny you services and pretend they were unaware of issues; especially when they ignore your My Chart messages and you have to file complaints to get them to do basic functions of their jobs. The administration at NW is allowing negligence to happen on their property and abuse of privilege by its staff. Remember, you deserve the best patient care from any doctor and provider, not when it suits the providers and its hospital systems own interests. They are well documented about neglecting low income people and areas and are still granted millions of dollars; wherein, they do nothing to actually support the community in which it grossly benefits off of year after year.

The doctors are good. The Northwestern billing and insurance department are awful. Major problems billing my insurance and a severe lack of customer service trying to get it resolved.

Working with this office is a nightmare. Im sure the doctors are great, but the office is terrible and makes me not want to begin care at this dept.

I had to have my fractured nose repaired and Dr. Reagan Thomas was phenomenal.
