Called to this clinic today and they didn’t want to take my brother as a new patient. Because he will be coming from Michigan to Chicago. Travel out of state and quarantine required for 10 days. Seriously? He would be alone in his car for few hours and not planning to stop anywhere to catch Covid.Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Train your stuff how to talk to people first! That lady who answered phone was rude and didn’t even want to listen to me.

Brought my daughter Samantha to see Dr Walner and had a very nice visit with him. He’s a caring good doctor and would recommend him.

I know as a mom taking my kids to doctors offices is very scary but somethings like ears cannot be ignored Dr Walner never disappoints me he is so great with my kids and answers all of my questions I was pleased to see how clean this office was rooms were being cleaned on between patients it made me feel more comfortable I Highly recommend ENT specialist of IL to all of my friends & family

I had extreme pain in my ear and was not able to schedule an emergency appointment with this busy group. I stopped in, waited and without an appointment and Dr. Walner examined me and successfully removed hardened debris from my ear.

I’ve taken both of my kids to Dr. Walner, and I’ve had great experiences both times!

Dr. Bussell was very friendly and attentive. He listened to my issue and concern and had a good idea what the issue was before I was even tested. Even though he was pretty sure what it was, he still suggested a hearing test to rule out 100% my hearing from my issue. Once my hearing test was completed, which by the way, was very thorough, it was exactly what Dr. Bussell said it was. It had nothing to do with my hearing but instead my jaw. I’m not saying he will get it right every time before having any test done...but by him listening, which is rare in doctors, and using his experience and knowledge, he made a hypothesis and it happened to be correct. I would recommend Dr. Bussell and his staff to all who I know and to all who are reading this review. Thank you.

I took my 3 mo to visit Dr. Walner, he was easy to talk with and was gentle with my little one. The office was easy to get in and out of, both with scheduling and with parking the day of.
