Zero Star!!!I called to make an appointment for my son because he injured his knee during basketball, they made the appointment with Dr. Goldberg. I took my son out of school early and drove one hour and half to the hospital, I had the Xrays and MRI were done already in a different doctors office. They asked me to do Xray on my sons knee without looking at what I have. We waited so long in the room and a resident showed up and examined my sons knee and wasnt sure of his diagnosis so he brought in another resident then they left the room and we waited again for a long time until Dr. Goldberg showed up, he was very disrespectful and doesnt have a bed side manners. He asked me if I speak English in a degrading way as we look different, when I said yes he said he wants to refer us to a different doctor and he didnt check even my sons knee or look at it at all and he said he thinks he has a torn ligament without looking at my sons knee. I asked him did you look at the MRI I brought he said yes but I couldnt read it well and asked me to do a new one at this hospital. He spent one minute in the room and didnt look at me son. Very arrogant and careless. I am wondering why I paid a co payment for a specialist who spent a minute with us without any treatment? Very bad experience and I will never recommend this person (called a doctor) to anyone

I had him perform a rotator cuff surgery, arthoscopy, debridment,detriment, clavical resection, bicep tendonesis.I went to collect my Dr. Notes

While at UIC Orthopedics Dr. Benjamin Goldberg was the doctor that was taking a look at my shoulder. He spent less than 2 minute in the room with me and no information was taken during the time. For the follow up appointment which was a tele-health that was 2 hours after the scheduled time, called multiple times into the office only to be sent to different departments in the hospital. When they finally called me back the phone call lasted less than 2 minutes at which point they said that nothing was wrong with my shoulder.Dr. Goldberg would not give a script even for a X-ray or MRI as well as offered me prescription based Tylenol. After saying that they would send the prescription to the pharmacy they in fact did not and would not return my phone calls in regards to it . With all of this they left me in a gray area as to what to do next as no check up was taken.

Professional and able to diagnose a shoulder injury that 3 other doctors misdiagnosed.Thank you Dr Goldberg.

He repaired my right shoulder when no one else could or would!
